Bostons Zentrum ist mit dem kostenlosen Hotel-Shuttle Bus sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen.So konnten wir uns in ruhiger Lage von den Erkundungstouren erholen. Das Hotel strahlt eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre aus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Super, sauber und Nobel

Wir waren 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern im Seaport Hotel und können es sehr weiterempfehlen. Sauberes, gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Der Wellness-Bereich mit Schwimmbad ist nach einer Stadttour durch Boston ideal zum Relaxen und Entspannen.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. Herrlicher Blick auf den Hafen. Ruhige Lage und doch schnell in der Stadt.

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem World Trade Center und ist auch für Urlauber bestens gelegen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Gute Verbindung mit der U-Bahn zum Flughafen (gleiche Linie) und in alle Teile Bostons, kostenloser Busshuttle in die Innenstadt. Hervorragender Hotelservice. Der Concierge schaffte es, uns Karten für Konzerte, Baseball […] Spiele etc. zu jedem gewünschten Zeitpunkt zu besorgen. Gerade am Wochenende bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mehr kann man sich für ein Stadt-Hotel nicht wünschen. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Mehr

Nicht mehr das neueste Hotel, aber alles gut in Schuss. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sonntags Harbour-Cruise un Fahrradservice inklusive.

Leider können wir die hohe Bewertung nicht teilen. Das Hotel ist super vom Flughafen erreichbar. Die besten Zeiten hat es wohl aber gesehen, der Service ok, leider kannte man sich an der Rezeption nicht so gut aus, um uns zu erklären, wie man ins Ital. Viertel kommt (obwohl sehr bekannt in Boston). Das Frühstück kostet fast 20.- USD pro Person. Viel […] zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Die Zimmer sind ok, gross, etwas veraltet (Tapete blätterte ab). Nochmals buchen? Nein. Mehr

Tolles neues Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und nur 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Klingt viel, ist aber nur ein Katzensprung über eine Hafenbrücke mit toller Aussicht auf den Financial Center.

The hotel is fine, location is great, but everything about the hotel was very over priced.

Excellent, staff great in every respect. Hotel services couldn't have been better....first class.

This is a great hotel. It was right across the street from the marathon expo. I would recommend using the rental bike HUB which is very close.

I reserved the hotel to use after running the Boston Marathon. On race day, I arrived in a space blanket, sweaty, in a running outfit. I went to the desk to check in, and the woman said they needed a credit card. I explained that I didn't have a credit card on me, pointing to my outfit. She repeated they would need either a credit card or $50 cash. […] I said, all I have is $25, an ipod, a cell phone and a license, she is free to hold on to any of those until I check out, just please let me in my room as it is already paid for. She got a manager who said it was for incidentals and they needed it before they could let me in. I advised she could remove any incidentals from my room, I wouldn't be using anything. I just wanted a shower and to lie down! I was so upset that their policy didn't leave room for any kind of common sense- there wasn't any acknowledgment or consideration to the fact that I had just run a race for 5 hours- I wasn't being a jerk I simply didn't think to run with my credit card and bag ticket. Other issues- forgot lens solution- called the front desk- they don't have it, they don't sell it, I can go across the street; the lamps in my room didn't work (one wasn't plugged in, which I solved, the other never worked) and the sugar/creamer/stirrer packet had been opened when I went to use it. I consider myself a very low maintenance girl but this was the worst service at a hotel ever! Mehr

wonderful staff - very clean - beautiful harbor views yet a bit out of the way - quiet neighborhood

Was a great experience and close enough to the T to get anywhere quickly. Rooms were nicely updated and new at a good Price.

Just stayed here and the servic was otstanding. We have an 11 and 6 year old who loved it. I willstay there again if in Boston.

My son and I visited Boston on college visits. I cannot say enough about this hotel ranging from cleanliness to hospitality. Unfamilar with the city, the Consierge services at Seaport made navigating around the city extremely easy and affordable. The doorman went out of his way every time we left the hotel to ensure we had transportation and were comfortable […] with our journey out. The Room Service personnel could not have been more accommodating as well as the front desk staff. I travel often across North American on business and stay at some of the pricest hotels with all the bells and whistles and I truly can say staying at the Seaport Hotel was just as enjoyable, if not more, than any other hotel I have stayed. I found the hotel to be clean and friendly. I did not like the 18% gratuity added to everything, and I really did NOT like having to pay $32 per day for parking. As a patron of the hotel I would think the parking would be discounted or free but for four days we paid more than a month of parking in the garage. If we did not have a handicapped person […] in our group we could have done without the car but with having him in the group we had to have a car to go any where. The hotel is nice enough physically. You need to stay on a fairly high floor to get any decent view of the water (which we did). No real complaints about the physical infrastructure of lobby and our room (although I think the lobby has a very scattered design and does not feel like a place you'd want to sit and wait for someone). Our room was comfortable, […] the bathroom was very nice. I'm not happy with most hotel pillows, as I like to read in bed and it feels like no designer ever thinks of that (too soft or too hard, no support). But our real beef was only this: we felt that we encountered two totally hidden charges after being told what something would cost by staff. (1) - room service. We ordered breakfast. Very acceptable, good food, very expensive. So the price is very high, but we said OK. When the lady brought in the wheeled tray with the food, we tried to give her a cash tip. She nicely refused and explained that "Everything is included." She said this twice. We signed and were told a total dollar cost. Great -- except it's not true!!!! The hotel slapped another large percentage of the bill on TOP of what we signed for (which was extremely high, but we had every reason to believe that was the TOTAL). We really felt deceived, and wonder if the staff even gets any of the surplus that was slapped on our charge card. Deceptive, in my opinion. (2) same with the parking garage. We asked both at start and end of our stay and were told a certain amount (same number). Guess what -- once we are in the car and want to exit the garage, it is two dollars more than that. WHY????? Although the hotel itself is fine and the food and location pretty good, this is a big problem. Just tell us the real numbers and we would not be upset -- it's the bait and switch that is so disappointing. Mehr

Very nice hotel. Were surprised upon arrival that there were no rooms with double beds as we had requested. Upgraded to harbor view room which was lovely. Enjoyed watching the ships go by in the harbor. Rooms were very quiet...no sounds from nearby airport. Great gym and pool. We'll stay here again.

The hotel is very well kept, the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and feature modern amenities. The hotel staff are very polite and hospitable, and very knowledgable about thngs to do in the area. I would definately stay there again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Seaport hotel this past weekend. It was clean and nicely decorated and a great location. The parking was less expensive than in other areas of boston as well, so that was a bonus. It was fun to stay somewhere different than we usually stay (usually back bay or financial district) and have access to so […] many restaurants right outside our door. The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend it to others. Mehr

Great location. Take the watertaxi from the airport and it drops you a very short distance...well worth it. Hotel was great with the concierge service, very friendly.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and in great location. Salvatore's and Pier 4 were great restaurants and conveniently located in walking distance of hotel.

My sister and her 2 teenage boys stayed here for one night as a gift from me. They raved about it!

This hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful and the rooms are very clean, comfortable, etc. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Also - the pillow menu at the hotel was a very nice touch!!

Stayed at the Seaport for St. Paddy's day 2012, awesome hotel, perfect location to waterfront, Southie etc. Right across from the Whiskey Priest and Atlantic beer garden. Great hotel and wasnt that expensive considering the quality and location.

Stayed a Saturday Night at the Seaport. Was able to check in early with no issues. Front desk Staff was great, room was very nice, overall great hotel

The hotel was clean, the hotel food was wonderful. Grilled artichoke salad is a must! Delicious! I got a great massage there. Its an all inclusive tip included hotel, so you dont have to tip for any services which makes it easy. Very nice experience.

Great stay, great overall service. The only reason I am giving it an overall rating of four is because the service at Aura during brunch was very slow. We are planning on returning for all future visits to Boston.

This place was really nice. We chose to go on a VERY windy day/night, though, and it's right on the water so just be aware of that. But the hotel itself is very nice. Pretty low priced for the quality. The beds were fantastic

Very nice hotel, very clean, eco-friendly. My only complaint would be the beds are uncomfortable.

Very nice, clean hotel. It is within walking distance to the Aquarium and Quincy Market. The customer service was excellent, seemed very eager to help in any way possible!!!
