Very helpful and friendly hotel staff.

Terrific value and the breakfast was great, so close to the cathedral a visit is a must

The location is a convenient 5-minute walk to the train station and to the city center. The staff is pleasant, but the hotel bar offerings left much to be desired. The wines are offered by color only, and I was unable to identify the varietal of the white wine. The desk clerk's description of the breakfast implied that it was included in my rate. Very good location close to city center, you have to pay for parking now, but £3 per night is still very reasonable. We paid £5 each for breakfast which was very good value (continental and some hot food). Hotel is clean and rooms even though basic - do the job.

Hotel is in easy walking distance to the Station. Very friendly & helpful staff when I needed a late night snack!

Stayed at the hotel to attend a conference. Fine for it's purpose. Handy walking distance to the station and city centre, bars and restaurants. Had a comfortable stay. No complaints. Good hotel for a quick visit to the city.

Fri 17/6 - Tried to check out early but trainee at 5.30am hadn't a clue what he was doing and no supervision to help - then after 20mins and trying to double charge me for a room, charged me for the privilege of using the carpark. This was a nice hotel and value for money. 5 minute walk to Coventry Train Station. Breakfast good but book night before as cheaper. Staff very friendly. Comfortable room with all the amenities you need for a one night stay.

A pleasant stay at Coventry Ibis. The Hotel provide ample free secure parking for residents. The rooms are clean, and staff well presented and well spoken. The Hotel is a no frills budget hotel, but the décor is of a good quality. A wide range of food is available on site, although I ate out. The Hotel, is located on the outskirts of the Coventry town […] centre, therefore is locally well catered for, with bars, supermarkets, banks and takeaways in close proximity (albeit the town is a bit grim) The rooms and beds are comfortable, and furnished with a shower pod, which is concealed inconspicuously in the room. This provides a powerful shower, the best I have found in recent stays in chain hotels. The only down side I found was that my room, was roadside facing. This wasn't particularly noisy, but I was surprised that the windows in the room were only dressed with curtains rather than blinds or similar. The absence of blinds, means that there is a distinct lack of privacy, unless you choose to close the curtains (which black out all daylight). All in all, a nice stay, and very good value for money. hotel is modern and clean , with a nice reception area to have a pint and something to eat in .This is needed as there isn`t mush in the local area ! Pizza was very nice to.

This was my first stay in an Ibis and I must admit I booked with some reservations about whether the standard would be reasonable. The hotel though was clean, tidy and well appointed. The staff were friendly and I would book to stay here again. Good value for money when you just need a bed for the night and a decent shower in the morning.

This was a good hotel which was very clean and easily accessible to the City Centre. Only downside was the lack of pillows! Could have done with some extra. Reception staff very helpful and I would certainly stay again if I was visiting Coventry. First experience in an IBIS hotel and will certainly be staying in them again in other areas.

We arrived during the early hours of the morning and with an efficient receptionist we were soon in our room and ready to crash out. We were very pleased with the room and quite surprised at the excellent facilities given the rate we paid for the accommodation. A lovely comfortable bed and very well presented room. The choice of food provided for breakfast […] was more than could have been expected. All in all and excellent find for us and in future we'll be looking for and IBIS first. Mehr

Close to Rail / Bus service, University, Cathedral and City Centre.
