pros: hotel was clean, modern, had free internet in lobby. staff was good. the first room they gave us was a larger family room which had a poorly functioning AC so they changed us to a more modern room immediately. hotel is 1 km from the train station which was convenient and one can walk easily. cons: the hotel is in the modern part of seville so […] have to take a bus to go to the city center. the last bus back is at 11.15 pm so if you are planning to stay out late, have to take a cab back. from what I saw in seville, there are a lot of good hotels in the city center also. the free wifi also didn't work most of the time. There were cockroaches in the bathroom...one day the room was cleaned well, the next only beds were made, and all the soaps and shampoos were removed! Ramon at the desk was extremely helpful getting a parcel to us as we moved on to another city, so he was the highlight of the stay! bus 21 takes you to the sites about a 10 minute ride, very handy. breakfast […] buffet not worth the money, no fruits or vegetables on the menu.... Internet access in room was terrible, had to sit in lobby. the room was well airconditioned, and quiet for sleeping...the mini bar prices were reasonable. the safe reqires a key from the desk and is barely large enough for a wallet, and a camera....not good at all for laptops. desk staff generally were pleasant and helpful. there is a Cortes de Ingles across the street, handy for anything you forgot! The hotel itself is very nice, lovely reception area, rooms were very nice and cleaned with towels/ toiletries replaced after the first night. The problem was two-fold. The first being the staff. We pulled ip outside the hotel and asked where we can park: the man said outside the hotel on a busy road, where there were no spaces and it would cost 15 […] euros a day. So after driving to a public underground car park we later found out the hotel had it's own underground car park. Later on asking another staff member to book a taxi, when one pulled up outside she came running out shouting away in spanish, (I know were in Spain and we should understand them but it's a tourist city and English people tend not to be able to speak any over language than their own), the just was that we had got in the wrong taxi. After repeatedly saying 'no entiendo' (I don't understand), she continued to berate me in Spanish!! The second issue was the location. We had read it was only 1km from the centre but it took a good 30min to walk there. From then on we chose to get a taxi which in fairness was reasonable prices from 5-8 euros. Mehr

I only stayed one night in this hotel. It's nicely decorated and has modern rooms, albeit dark. They lose one point on cleanliness based on the used ear bud I found in the bathroom. As a tourist the location was only good for it's proximity to the Airport bus stop or if you want to spend the day in the big shopping mall. Walking to the old town is […] a good 15 minutes each way, which is fine if you want to do it once a day, but by the time I walked in, walked all around for the afternoon and then back to the hotel, I was too stuffed to walk back for dinner, and there really is not a lot to choose from near the hotel. The guy who checked me in was borderline rude - I almost felt like apologising for arriving. He spoke next to no English (which is fine since I was in Spain, but just as a warning) and when I asked for a map of Seville he just pointed me in the direction of the brochure stand. The man that replaced him later that afternoon was much friendlier and helpful, and is the only reason I give the service a 3/5. Mehr

The room was good and the location was great...a 15 minute walk or $2 bus ride from to the key attractions. The only down side was the thin doors and walls, plus wooden floors. Bring your earplugs, especially if you're a light sleeper. The front desk staff was hit or miss in terms of courtesy, but no major complaints.

BIEN. EXCEPTO LAS VISTAS DE LA HABITACIÓN. DABA A UN TEJADO SUCIO QUE DESFAVORECÍA POR COMPLETO EL HOTEL.

Autant le hall d'accueil est sympa, autant les chambres sont tres basiques, voire un peu vieillote... Le Wifi qui etait sensé etre gratuit ne fonctionnait pas..Pas contre, il est possible de prendre le bus ou marcher (entre 20 et 30mn) pour aller au centre ville.. Correcte pour y dormir, mais c'est tout

hotel sympa au vu du prix, ligne diret en bus pour aller en centre ville en 10 min, un peu excentré à pied en dehors des heures de bus.

La recepcionista a nuestra llegada fue muy parca y poco amable. Afortunadamente al día siguiente había otra persona que fue muy colaboradora. Esto es muy importante pues veníamos de un largo y agotador viaje además solo pernoctaríamos esa noche para seguir muy temprano nuestro viaje, lo que uno espera es amabilidad y cordialidad de quien lo recibe.

Todo estuvo perfecto en su hotel, especialmente la atenciòn del personal, inmejorable. Aprovecho el presente para que por favor chequen si no dejè una camara fotògrafica roja, que estoy segura perdì en Sevilla, pero no sè en donde. Les voy a agradecer mucho la informaciòn, no tanto por la càmara sino por las fotos. Muchas gracias a todos.

Realmente son personas muy atentas y preparadas para informar, Antonio y la señora de recepcion conocen bien la ciudad y son muy amables. El Hotel esta muy cerca de Santa Justa y del Corte Ingles, en autobus se llega facilmente a todos los puntos de interes de Sevilla en muy breve tiempo. Las habitaciones comodas y bien limpias, descansamos bien. Si […] volveria a Sevilla me hospedaria otra vez alli. Mehr

Destaca el trato del personal del hotel, sobretodo en la recepción TODOS MUY AGRADABLES Y ATENTOS.

Great hotel to a nice price. We were very happy with our vacation. A little away from the town, but it's a nice walk. They did not speak much english but neither did they any other place! I really recommend it, we had a great stay!
