Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient to major sites and transportation. The breakfast buffet was very good. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The room was cozy, but had good amenities, including the safe, TV and other items. The bathroom was large, which I was pleased having stayed […] at European hotels where the bathroom was no bigger than a closet. This was a comparable size to a US hotel. The concierge was knowledgeable, recommended a good restaurant and a concert, and tracked down information when requested. The only criticism I have is that the Internet service was poor. The WiFi worked only one floor and you had to get a ticket from the front desk in order to access the Internet service. The hotel is small enough that there should have been adequate WiFi on demand in the rooms, especially these days. Otherwise, I recommend a stay if you like a small, comfortable hotel. Mehr

Good location, nice rooms, very small bathrooms, nice breakfast, heating was not working ( we were visiting at the end of October ).

Rooms were a nice size. The staff were very helpful. We picked this hotel for many reasons including the right up about its breakfast buffet. I have had better breakfasts at hotels and I recommend that the hotel increase their food choices and provide fresher croissants and pastries for the price paid. The mattresses were hard. I liked the location […] of the hotel. Be careful about purchasing the Hop on Hop off bus that the hotel recommends. You may want to use it for one day and then decide if you want to pay for more days. (The bus can take 2 1/2 hours to get back to your hotel). Mehr

The staff was very helpful to us in this hotel. Breakfast was very adequate and service good. Room clean, etc. However, the beds were the firmest beds I have ever encountered in a hotel in all my travels.

traveling with a family for first time to Rome. the staff especially the ones in the restaurant for breakfast are very friendly and customer oriented. The location is very central and all what you think is steps ahead. If you do not like the noise of the street go outside Rome downtown not from this hotel alone. Hotel personnel were very helpful, nice, and friendly at all times. The location was great, within walking distance of many places of interest, trains, and busses. Although the hotel is a small hotel, it was very confortable and clean. Great for a family vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with my wife for one night so we could easily take the train to the airport the next morning. The location was four blocks away from the station which was helpful since we were walking there the next morning. We had booked a superior double room which was on the first floor. It had a larger sitting area but not a good view. The room was […] dark but nicely appointed. The bed was very firm and slightly uncomfortable. For a four star hotel I was expecting a better bed. This is a great place to stay if you're in Rome for a few days as it's beside Piazza Della Rebublica, just a few minutes walk from Termini station and close to the sights. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. The room was not that spacious but it was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. Average hotel and definitely not 4*! Poor quality bathroom and very squashed. Toilet paper and other toiletries were not replaced each day. Additionally we were placed directly next to the breakfast room which meant being woken from 7am each morning, and noisey building work was happening next door which started extremely in the morning-we should have […] been told about this at the point of booking!! This Hotel is great.Marco at reception was exceptional.Nothing was too much trouble.He recommended the right eateries and transport suggestions without a drain on our budget. The hotel is really central within walking distance of most tourist attractions.The metro is a really short walk away and the area is safe.Room size is tight but is of good standard […] and is airconditioned ..We had a back facing room and had no traffic noise at all.As frequent European travellers this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in .You just cannot go wrong with this hotel.Thanks guys for making our stay a special one. clean verynice-good location-very small hotel not much action going on esp in bar area--very small lobby--other than that no complaints

Väldigt nöjda med resan till Rom med familjen. Hotellet som ligger centralt, ett stenkast från tunnelbanan, var rent och fräscht och med väldigt trevlig personal. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera det.

Hotel muy bonito, cerca de la estación de Termini y no demasiado alejado del centro. Servicio excelente, muy atento. Habitaciones renovadas, todo limpio y perfecto.

Greit nok.

Vi er fornøyd med vårt opphold på hotellet. Hyggelig og smilende betjening både i frokostrom og ellers. Men vi bestilte og betalte for et superior dobbeltrom, det fikk vi nok ikke, i hvert fall om bildene av rommene på hotellets nettsider er rett. Det var ikke internett tilgang på hotellrommet, det er en stor mangel.

Vi var på kulturferie i Rom, og til det formål var hotellet perfekt beliggende. Rigtig god morgenmad og meget venligt personale som samtidig fungerede som en slags guider ved bl.a. valg af restauranter i området. Eneste minusser var at der var temmelig varmt på værelset og det blev aldrig reguleret tilfredstillende. Værelset var beliggende ud til gaden […] med megen trafik. Mehr
