Das Ritz ist ein Hotel in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Ausstattung und Service sind exklusiv und dennoch ist es oft einiges günstiger als eine Menge an Hotels auf dem Disneygelände mit viel schlechterer Ausstattung. For the price I expected it to be superior. I felt the dining room was not up to par - the food was luke warm when served and although they took our dinners back (Norman dining room) and compensated by bringing appetizers which we did not ask for or expect - the dinners were then brought back warmer. I did not care for the scallops - they seemed soggy […] and did not stay warm. Our room I felt could use some updating - the rug and decor - it seemed the hotel was doing some redecorating of the room but not all of it. I think next time we will try the Waldorf Astoria to see how they compare. Mehr

We went there to golf in luxury. The golf course is well maintained but in our view not memorable enough to justify the price. Staff forgetful breakfast orders wrong twice. When we were leaving our golf clubs were missing. Lucky we had left enough time to catch our flight. They had sent one set of clubs down to the golf club about 5 minutes away by […] car (but they didnt know that they had done so) despite being specifically told they were not to and the other set they managed to mislay in the bag room. My husband and I decided to celebrate Thanksgiving as well as our son's third birthday at the Ritz. The Dinner buffet was five star quality and the unlimited champagne the elegant touch that we love. I only wish they would have remembered that it was my son's third birthday on Thanksgiving Day. This hotel, resort, spa, everything was truly a wonderful place to stay for every angle. It offered the perfect amount friendliness, service, food...etc! A great adult hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The spa service was a fantastic deal and a way to get away - use the pool area...it's quiet and romantic. The restaurants were all wonderful. Everything […] ordered was cooked to perfection and was fabulous - pricey but worth every penny. It's right down the street (1.1 miles) from Seaworld. Will be going back next year. Mehr

Your hotel was THE cherry on top after a fabulous Labor Day holiday weekend! As a current employee of a 5-star, 5-diamond hotel, I truly understand the meaning of "valuable service," and your hotel is no exception! This is by far the best hotel in Orlando. It is classy from beginning to end. They offered us a glass of champagne upon arrival on Christmas Day as well as hot chocolate. The service was impeccable! I can't wait to go back!

I am not a big fan of Orlando and so I need to separate my opinion of Orlando from my experience at the Ritz. The hotel is location is not great but aside from that my experience was typical of the Ritz Carlton. Extraordinary facilities and service.

When you think of what service is meant to be, then this is it. No hotel is perfect. What matters is how they address things when mistakes happen. They do an exceptional job, top to bottom.

So, you expect it to be top notch, and it was.

I decided to use my reward coupon at this hotel.(it was an emergency) The a/c stopped working around 1 AM, there was hair on my bed, and the satellite TV was going out all the time...If this is the Ritz Carlton experience, I rather stay at a Comfort Inn! Not Worth the Price.

My family stayed here for the second week of our vacation after having stayed at a disney porperty. Check in was fine we had arom on the 8th floor overlooking the car park(views were still pleasant) and part of te golf course. We had breakfast included with our stay which was adequate from this type of hotel, though the morning before we left it took […] a wait of 10mins before we were seated! I was told it would take under 5mins! We ate at bleu several times which was ok if not pricey for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the bill was generally between $65-$80. We did use the pool at the Marriott which was nice for the children(it has a lazy river).The pool at the Ritz was small and could have done with more umbrellas and the pool area could have done with a clean. That said we were only by the pool a few times as the rest of the days were spent at the parks. Our room was ok with 2double beds not overly huge, beds comfy bathroom quite large though the toilet did smell of damp. Corridors neede a refurb but overall it is a lovely hotel very close to Seaworld etc but the staff are probably its best feature. Mehr

There are so many hotels to choose from in Orlando, but most of them don't fit what we want when we visit. We want a more grown up experience as we are visiting family. The attractions and being kid friendly are not important to us. We have stayed at both the JW Marriot & this year the Ritz Carlton. These hotels are perfect in comfort, service and […] location. The prices were a bit up from last year but still in our range. I would highly recommend both of these hotels even if you are traveling with children (they had lots of planned activities for families) There were two issues that came up that were annoying. First at the Ritz it seems as though there is only Valet parking. We asked for the self park area and were directed to a lot that is very removed from the entrance and it was difficult to figure out how to get to the entrance. After our second day we were given a parking summons. So I don't know what the deal is here. Some staff members are aware of the self park areas and others will issue you a ticket for parking there. The second area of concern was the pool. The first day we arrived and the girl behind the pool desk told us to take any chair with a white towel that didn't have someone's stuff on it. We settled in and then a pool boy came up and told us that they were reserved for someone else. We had to stand and wait for about 20 minutes before we were given chairs. They kept saying things were reserved but there was no reservation desk or list for us to sign for the next day. I think the pool guys run it like a black market operation, the more you pay the better spot you get. One guy even said we could snag an umbrella for $100.00!!! All of the chairs are always reserved because they decide on the spot who gets them. We also noticed that chairs in the best spot would sit empty for hours - I guess because people came early, paid the guys off and then went shopping. It didn't seem fair to hold the best spots when you're not even there. Other than that w Mehr

Vi var mkt nöjda mede hotellet, lyxigt att åka direkt från Seaworld till detta lugna och tjusiga hotell. Efter en dunderfrukost åkte vi till Disneyworld som bara låg ca 20 min bort. Absolut värt ett besök om man ska till Orlando och alla parker.

O hotel tem ótima localização, e o serviço é perfeito. Refeições excelentes tanto nos restaurantes quanto no quarto.

ほぼ満足でしたが、水が硫黄臭いのが気になりました。
