Jacuzzi suite was fantastic!

There is still some construction going on at the hotel, but noise was not a factor while I was there. There is a nice diner right next door and the hotel is conveniently close to the highway.

You can tell that this was a very busy place 20 years ago. Unfortunately it doesn't seem much has been updated since. Not a bad place, just old. But for the money, it served its purpose. Easy to access location, just could use some updates, especially in guest rooms. A little more variety at breakfast wouldn't hurt.

The first floor is a club that creates too much noise. We couldn't get sleep.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We cut our stay at this hotel one day short and checked into another hotel because they didn't have HBO and we love Sunday HBO shows.

When I entered my room it smelled as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it. I can not be around smoke due to allergies and one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it was advertised as all non-smoking rooms. I was given another room which smelled better but it still smelled as if someone was smoking in the bathroom. Maybe it […] was coming through the vents but if you are going to advertise as non-smoking then it should be enforced. The rest of the hotel smelled musty and it was very loud at night. The walls must have been very thin because I could hear the person in the next room cough. I usually stay at Hilton properties but decided to stay here due to the good price. Definitely got what I paid for. Would not stay at another Best Western! Mehr

This was an excellent hotel for our 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and efficient. A variety of restaurants are within walking distance. It is "downtown" --about a mile from the Interstate--but worth the drive for the price, comfort, and service.

I am originally from Hagerstown, but have been gone for 17 years. When I initially read some of the reviews I was very concerned because this was once a very great hotel choice. For the cost I was very pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was very friendly and even called me about a half hour after check in to see if my accommodations were satisfactory […] and if I needed anything. The hotel was in very good shape and the room I stayed in seemed to be recently renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable. I work in the airline industry so I travel alot. This hotel is a great choice at a wonderful bargain. Mehr

After reading other reviews of this hotel, we were feeling apprehensive but it was for naught. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. It's also close to dining and shopping areas. My family and I will stay there again.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I travel to the area!

Very satisfied with staffs, room, and breakfast. It's also very cheap. I would stay here even paying $20-30 more.

I was charged 3 times for my one night stay here. Once with hotels.com once again from the hotel. I called and resolved the issue. 2 days later I received another charge from the hotel for a completely different amount. Even once it gets resolved I wouldn't recommend staying there. I can imagine they have gotten over on people quite a few times by doing […] this. the hassle wasn't worth it. This looks bad on hotels.com as well. Next time I'll just pay cash at the closest hotel to my destination. Mehr

The entire hotel was just dirty. My shower was full of mold and in poor condition, as was the room itself and the hallways. The hotel over looks run-down motels and swimming pools--not a pleasent sight. The location of the hotel is not a good area to be in alone, especially if you are a woman. Not recommended!

This hotel could be better. It is in critical need for renonation and maintenence. You could clearly see that around the carpets in the lobby being torn all around. The Ice machines are not working, though they are noisy all the time. The breakfast room has a broken Juice despensing mavhine!!!!. This place was a dicouraging experience. The rooms were very dated, no cups in the room to get water with. The bathroom was small and moldy looked dirty. The room also smelled old and musty. The restraunts advertised with this hotel don't exist anymore. View of an old empty pool and hot tub filled with dirt and debrie appears to have been this way for quite sometime.

The hotel was noisy. Next to night club that played loud music late and then was awakened at 2:30 am to loud talking and workers throwing bags of bottles into nearby dumpster.

evrything is fine but the breakfast starts at 7 am maybe 6 am is better

I stayed mid week for 2 nights in this hotel. The value for the price paid was very good. The breakfast was ok, the location was good and it felt safe. The hotel is a bit dated, but overall it was a great value.

The property is not being kept as clean as it should be and adjacent (attached ?) are run down motel rooms and swimming pools.

I've stayed intermittently at this hotel for over 15 years. This time was it. My room had dog (i hope) hair, all halls were dirty and looked like if they had not been vacuumed for weeks. Pool was empty and with green water giving an unpleasant look. Restaurant and bar were closed and I was told it only opens weekends. It used to be a pretty nice clean […] hotel with a descent restaurant and a nice bar. Now it is a dump. This hotel should be taken off the internet list of recommended hotels. Mehr

It was such a hot weekend and their pool was under construction...not a good thing.

It is easy to tell this hotel was really nice awhile ago. But now it is dull and outdated. Our shower was falling apart and managed to soak all of the stuff on the counter. Everything was "clean" but it all had that dusty smell that most cheap hotels have, that makes at least my throat hurt from breathing it in. The facilities are nice, just in need […] of an update. Great value for the money and location! The room was very large and close to McDonald's Little Ceasars and Burger King.
