Overall my stay was ok but it would not be my first choice the next time. The room had an odor, the pocket door was difficult to operate and the breakfast closed to early. The associates were very friendly and food good. Check in and out was easy. Thank you for the grow service.

When we arrived at the hotel first of all the keys were not activated, after going back to the lobby and getting activated the room was fealty the second room they gave us had no towels and it smelled bad.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and they have the best hot breakfast buffet I have ever eaten?

Restroom wasn't properly stocked. Bed was worn in the middle. Other than that, our brief stay was good.

First of all I would like to that I was very dissatisfied with the overall condition if the room that I rented for my family for the weekend . Yes I did request a room change do that and my fiance could have access to a smoking room. When we walked in the room the room smelled like someone had just exited the room and let a cigar burning. The bathroom […] was filthy and not to mention that we were scared to make any sudden moves in the room for being scared to fall through the floor. The hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The upon check out I went to the front desk and asked for a luggage cart and was informed that the hitel had none. Then when I turned the keys in the receptionist then informed us that they were availiable. There is a sign posted that patrons would not be allowed to enter the lobby for breakfast and as I look up there is a guy in his slippers and night clothes just helping . Complete turn off. Would not allow my animals to stay at this hotel and will not be renting another at this hotel Mehr

An older hotel kept in good shape & clean. It could use some minor touch ups, pool resurfacing updating of the hallways etc.. For the price it's worth the stay if your on a tight budget. I would have given them a 5 on hotel service as most of the staff were friendly & genuinely helpful. But the women at the front desk has a very unfriendly manner, not […] very welcoming. She was like that at check in, check out & the entire stay. Thumbs up for the manger nice guy & makes you feel welcomed and also very helpful. Plus Kudo's to the maintenance man. We were unloading our car and it started to rain. He came out of the hotel and helped us unload before our things could get wet & assisted us to our room. Also the morning breakfast was outstanding. The hotel was not the cleanest, but it was suitable for a spur of the moment get-a-way. The staff made up for everything else. The staff was very pleasant and they always gave us a helping hand.

The place was ...well....dirty. Just needs a deep cleaning.

I stay here about every 2 weeks. They take such good care of me, know my name and always go out of their way to make the guest comfortable.

There are much better hotels in the area for less money. Rooms not clean. Tried to cover up dirt with heavy aroma of cleaning supplies. Stains on carpet, poor maintenance in bathrooms, old TV's and furniture.

I have stayed here several times and this time I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Its was not vacumed very well and all the mirrors had such a bad film on them that I needed to reclean them myself. I enjoy this hotel, I just hope this is not te quality of the future.

This hotel is old and you can tell even from the handle on the front door. The room I was originally given smelled like smoke even though I specified non smoking. I was pleased with the manager on duty because he promptly gave me another room BUT the refrigerator didn't work. The thing that I was really dissatisfied with was the fact that there were […] no smoking signs in the pool area but people were smoking and had beer bottles present and the hot tub was u guessed it, broken. Why have amenities that don't work? I bet when they tried collecting from my bank account it wasn't broken. Ridiculous. I will never stay here again. If I have to pay double for satisfaction it'll be worth it. Mehr

The staff was friendly, and it's a nice hotel. Not the best I've ever stayed in but it was nice. Wine, beer and nachos at night and buffet breakfast in a.m. Was very clean. One bad thing bed is not comfortable.

I have stayed here a few times and they seem to remember my name when I walk in the door. I love it and they are always so nice and friendly.

I got a Suite their which consist of microwave and miniture fridge old dirty furniture bathroom had mold on the ceiling and not too clean . Bedroom Sheets not to clean. Slept with my own blanket. Breakfast looked horrible and elevator was not clean and smelled. I would not recommend anyone to go this hotel. The pictures of everything is decieving only […] thing I can say is the staff was nice. First and last time for me. I never wrote a review about a hotel but I had to write something about this one. The staff goes out of their way to please you. The bed was so comfortable. On the bed were two soft pillows and two a little firmer. They served a free complete breakfast. In the evening, they had 2 hours of free beer, wine and snacks. I would diffidently recommend this hotel.

The room, service was great. We asked for a few things such as extra towels and received them. Breakfast was also very good. The only disappointment was that the spa was not working.

In Lafayette on business. Good location for what I needed. Overall good experience.

Hats off to Americas Best Inns (Lafayette) and all of the friendly staff. I have never been treated so good at any other hotel. I will definitely be looking for Americas Best Inns in other destinations.
