Hallways could use some work.

Smoky hotel. Spotty comforters. Nasty Breakfast.

Good location if you are going to the hospital areas. Easy access to I35W and connecting highways. Staff were cooperative. Rooms decent but not spectacular. Some highway noise. Didn't have opportunities to use other amenities. Breakfasts good. However, other dining surrounding hotel is limited without driving. LOVED IT!!! WANTED TO STAY THERE THIS COMING WEEKEND, TOO!!! BUT THERE WAS NO ROOM!!! :(

I have spent 20+ days at this hotel over several months on business trips. People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. I will be returning.

The hotel is very clean and friendly (and their cookies are delicious!), unfrotunately it's location - very close to the intercontinental makes it quite difficult to stay there as it's quite loud.

We registered for a three night stay. I believe the hotel told housekeeping that we were staying for two nights because entry to the room was denied on our return in late afternoon. Housekeeping removed some empty plastic bags and a pill box even though our posessions were not packed and in full view. From the moment we arrived for our 2 night stay we were impressed with the comfortable atmosphere and friendliness of the entire staff. The manager was particularly helpfull with some dining options and recommendations. I loved staying at this hotel. Everyone was polite and having a courtesy shuttle really saved me a lot of hassle. Breakfast was great too. My only small problem was my room ws musty. Maybe the ac had leaked. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay and my son really loved the cookies-lol

Staff is very friendly, shuttle service is convenient and fast, and breakfast is really good. It's a little older but the price is reasonable. Only complaint was the room smelled musty. When I unpacked at home, my clothes smelled that way too.

Two previous stays at this hotel were great, the last one not so much. The A/C was very noisy, the refrigerator did not work, and the hot and cold water in the shower were reversed. Not crazy about the bed coverings. You either sleep with a very light sheet or a heavy comforter. Nothing in between. Staff is great. Very friendly and helpful.

nice staff and clean rooms but you need a rental car. Not too far from downtown Fort Worth.

The hotel staff was very helpful. I was in for a huge conference and it was a little hectic for them but they kept a smile on their faceand stayed positive. We made good use of the shuttle service and the breakfast. The warm cookies in the evening were also a welcoming treat. There is also a yummy restaurant next door that we really enjoyed. Nice hotel, great location to stockyards, only a couple of problems, cable tv didn't work, and couldn't get shower setting off of 'needle' (could almost peel paint) but overall o.k.

Great breakfast and shuttle service second visit will come back again

We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. The room was clean and everything was as one would expect at a nice hotel.

I thought the breakfast was below par. The eggs were like cardboard. The TV was missing channel 14 HBO and didn't have a channel show line-up. other than that it was a good stay

Very clean room. The hotel was older and bathroom and walls etc showed the age and needed to be updated. The room was all we needed and they had a shuttle that ran to the nearby "stockyards". Was a good experience all the way around.

The front office was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel was easy to find and close to the Stockyards and Livestock show. The free breakfast included eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. It was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

if you are visiting the Fort Worth stockyards...then not bad. my air conditioner did not work...but too tired to complain.

We stayed at the Country Inn while attending a Dallas Cowboys football game. The staduim was about 20 minutes away and very easy to get to. We also used the shuttle visit the Stockyards. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming (the fresh cookies were inviting as well). The breakfast was always fresh and there was plenty of it. We will definately […] stay here again. Mehr

We had a one night stay and all was great. Pool, hot tub and location close enough to the stockyards. But check out was noon. At 12:05, we got a phone call. Then, a housekeeping maid told us to call front desk...We did that and then we got another knock on door at 12:10.... This ruined our whole feeling on this hotel. Room spacious, staff very friendly, breakfast all right BUT the room smelled , a bit musty, the internet did not work reliably in my room on the 3rd floor. They had changed from a wired internet connection to wifi, but reliability was very, very poor. As I had work to do, this was a big disadvantage. Because of this, I will not stay there again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were there to go to the stockyards, Denton, and downtown Fort Worth so the access to I-35W was excellent. The breakfast was good. Loved the cookies.

We found the hotel to be convenient to the Stockyards and much better value than those located centrally. Willard was a "good 'un". Pool area was quiet most times but on the Sunday we arrived had not been cleaned - but Melissa sorted it out quickly. Close to I45 and easy access to Downtown and restaurants. This hotel was right off the interstate one direction, and just a couple of miles with one turn to the Stockyards and other Fort Worth attractions in another direction. This made navigation through the area easy. Good breakfast, pool was small but clean, fitness room for cardio, and our room had been cleaned every night when we got back to the hotel. […] For families with a budget taking a vacation, this hotel is hard to beat becaue of the price and quality. We chose this hotel because everything at the Stockyards was booked out. It took less than 5 minutes to drive there and so wasn't a problem. We were allocated a smoking room as it was the only one left of the type we booked. After complaining of the smell in the room, we got upgraded to better room, which was fine. The breakfast was excellent. The only […] problems that we could see with the hotel were that the breakfast area was too small, although luckily we managed to get a table but others had to carry their food outside. In addition, it was very close to the highway and traffic noise was a problem at night. Overall for the price we paisd, the hotel was a great deal and I would stay there again. Mehr

We were very satisfied with our service from the hotels.com associate. When we arrived at the hotel, we were put in a smoking room (after requesting a non-smoking room). We went back to the desk (the room reeked with smoke smell). They very reluctantly put us in another room. After returning from dinner that night, another guest entered our room with […] a key while we were there. To say the least, we were all three very surprised. She apologized and left. The following morning, we were to be at the convention center and the main reason we booked with this hotel was because it offered a shuttle service to the downtown area. When we asked about that, we were told that we could get a ride to downtown "as long as the manager wasn't busy". So we drove. Returning to our room the second night, our keys did not work, forcing us to return to the fron desk again. We were told at this time that we were being charged for another room (#303) that we had never been in. The clerk said we were there long enough to require "cleaning". Saturday morning when we were checking out, the clerk would not give us a bill so that we could make sure we were charged correctly. So during our entire stay (2 nights) the staff was very rude and not accomodating at all. I have stayed in other Country Inn & Suites and they were great but never again at this one. Mehr

This was a great hotel for the money. Just a few miles away from Sundance Square. We were able to get prompt service from the shuttle driver and that was a big bonus. The cont breakfast was ok for a free meal and I found the overall experience pleasant.

They have a good breakfast. We especially liked the shuttle service that was offered from 5 pm - 2 am. We were able to get everywhere we needed to go using the shuttle. It was great. The staff was friendly and the location was great.
