Das Hotel ist nicht nur sauber und schön, es stimmt einfach Alles!!!! Es ist romantisch, alle Angestellten sind aufgestellt und sehr nett, zuvorkommend: sie spielen das nicht nur!! Es ist wie in einer anderen Welt- einfach fantastisch!!!! Unbedingt ausprobieren!

My wife and I visited Sedona for 4 nights. Sedona is wonderful but the real treat was the L'Auberge. From the cottage to ALL the staff, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and down to earth and there at a moments notice to help with absolutely any request. Will certainly make another trip to L'Auberge.

I don't know how you couldn't like this hotel! The service is impeccable. The valet service is prompt, friendly and very helpful. The room itself is wonderful. Very modern and clean! It was very hard to leave this hotel.

Great service, great place, would definitely stay at L'Auberge again.

One of the Best hotels in Arizona

The L'Auberge wa a very nice hotel. The staff was always helpful and it was nice to have complimentary morning coffe, tea, hot chocolate and scones. They have an astronomer come 3 nights a week to show the guests the heavens above Sedona. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but I'm sure the meals wer good. Another plus it that it was right […] on Oak Creek and you can feed the ducks and mallards. A very nice experience and I definitely would go back again. Mehr

Good location for exploring Sedona. We arrived at night and therefore could not see the surrounding mountains. The next morning, after heavy snowfall, the scenery from the area of the hotel was spectacular. Personal service, good food, quiet rooms and bungalows -- all in all a good experience.

Very nice place with access to a lot of amenities close by that they will book for you. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We spent two nights there and the staff was excellent. We were there in December so just be aware that ALL the room are either cabins or the the lodge... where we stayed... and you must get there by walking outside. We did not eat in the restaurant it was a bit too pricey for us. My husband saw 22 dollars for locks and bagels and that pretty much ended […] the idea of eating there :) BUT... from the front desk to the bell hops they were GREAT. Even cleaned out the car and the windshield and left bottles of water for us on our way out of the hotel. Mehr

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was beyond courteous and accommodating. A very relaxing stay in Sedona. We really enjoyed feeding the ducks every morning and the stargazing session with the local astronomer. We loved this property, from its beautiful creekside location, to the charm of the Garden Cottage. But the main draw is the great service provided by every member of the hotel staff, from the front desk, valets, restaurant and maintenance personnel. We felt completely pampered!

The gentle sounds of Oak Creek greet you for breakfast, lunch and dinner next to the splendid outdoor dining terrace of L'Auberge de Sedona. The service is magnificent - from the parking valets, the concierge, the room service, and the dining. It is certainly the place to stay in Sedona.

This place was excellent for celebrating my wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, 100%.

The Hotel was wonderful but there were a lot of maintenance issues with the room. They were fixed bit caused some inconvenience to us. In fairness to them they gave us a substantial credit off our bill without asking, which confirmed their commitment to service and our comfort. Without these issues it would have been a 5 all the way. We would go back […] and recommend it. Mehr

We stayed in the hotel section of L'Auberge and it was very nice. They had creekside rooms that also looked amazing and we might try those the next time we visit. We ate at the creekside restaurant and the meals were incredible as well as the view! Regarding service at L'Auberge! We were completely pampered in every way! Everyone from the Vallet gentlemen […] to the Consierge provided unprecedented exceptional service! We will definitely go back and would recommend L'Auberge to anyone. Mehr

We only spent one night this week, wish we could have stayed much longer! We stayed in the lodge (the original hotel) which was recently refurbished. There were very few people in the lodge when we were there, presumably because it was the first week in September, so it was exceptionally quiet. Although it was lovely, next time we'll upgrade to one […] of the cottages with the outdoor showers. The beds were marvelous, the service 5-star, love the hotel's "no tipping" policy. The hotel is located right off 89A at the bottom of a very long, steep driveway so you will either need to use the hotel shuttle or drive your car to get to Sedona's "uptown" area even though it's nearby. The hotel restaurant is an absolute marvel. Ask for an outside table by the creek, it's gorgeous! Mehr

This was our first time in Sedona. L'Auberge was the perfect romantic getaway. The location on the Oak Creek was serene and beautiful. The staff was attentive and did not accept tips for valet and housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable and the location was in the center of everything. Definitely will go back again.

If you're going to Sedona, this is the place to be. Service is impeccable, rooms great, setting beautiful. Definitely would return if we get back to Sedona.

Loved the fact that gratuity was included in rate. Friendliest staff I have encountered in my travels around the US.

Our son was married at L'Auberge last weekend and several members of our family stayed at the resort before and after the ceremony. The ceremony was creekside and beautiful. Some of the family stayed in the units on the hillside with gorgeous views. We stayed in rooms in the Lodge and I can't say enough about how wonderful and attentive the staff were […] and how great the accomodations were. On the day of the wedding I called the front desk and asked for a paper cutter and a one hole punch so that my son and his fiance could make reserved signs for seats at the ceremony. Within 5 minutes staff delivered both items to our door...truly amazing service. We will definately be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Mehr

My husband and I just returned from a stay in Sedona. We loved L'Auberge. When you arrive, you are treated to a complimentary glass of the wine of your choice, which we enjoyed by oak creek which runs along the property. It is soooo beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant was incredible with the tables along the creek also so you can watch the ducks […] swim by. So relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, we loved the outdoor shower, that was amazing. The staff were perfect they treat you like royalty. The maid service is perfect. It's close to everything. I know it's the best place to stay in Sedona. I can't imagine any place better. We would go back tomorrow if we could. I highly recommend. Mehr

Absolutely fantastic. One of he best hotels / resorts we have ever stayed at, Individual cottages in a canyon along a creek. Large rooms. Service is impeccable. Great location in town. No dissapointments here. We will return.

The service during our stay was fantastic. Never have I been treated so nicely. Even while using the common areas the staff was always pleasant and accomodating. I would not rate my room as high. It felt like an apartment I rented while in college. very small vanity and bathroom for a luxury suite. The patio had little to no privacy.

This place was perfect. I've never come across a mire accommodating staff at any hotel. The food is wonderful, the cabins are stunning and the rest if the hotel is a peaceful oasis in Sedona. Our special regards to the best bartender Russell and to Scott who was so helpful from check-in to check-out!

We had high expectations for our stay at this resort given the reviews and other research done, and those expectations were well and truly exceeded. From the first moment we pulled up until we left, the staff, accommodations and service was exceptional. I travel a fair amount for work and often stay at nicer hotels, but L'Auberge ranks as one of the […] best places I have stayed. One thing I have always hated about staying at 4 and 5 star properties is the "nickel and dime" annoyances. Pay extra for internet, pay extra for water, give me a break... not here I'm happy to say. Internet was included, water was provided in our rooms everyday and throughout the property at the lovely benches by the creek daily as were newspapers. The bath amenities were first rate. The bed and furnishing were very comfortable. To be sure, these are little things, but it was all indicative of the attitude of the manager up front to the polite groundskeeper staff working in the background. I could mention the comfort of the room with its large porch and outdoor shower, the fantastic restaurant overlooking the creek, and even the spa which was being upgraded during our stay... but judge for yourselves. I have no hesitation offering a high recommendation and like Arnie is known to say "We'll be back..." without a doubt Mehr

This hotel was one of the nicest in which we've ever stayed. Everything about it was fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff was great, the spa services were very good, and the location was so peaceful. After two days a L'Auberge we were so relaxed it felt like we had been pampered for a whole week.

Great hotel in a beautiful setting, wonderful service. My only complaint is that I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pool was under renovation after we arrived.

Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast is great. Staff is effecient, but tries too hard in a french way. We had to wait for room to be ready and when it was ready, the check in staff insisted that we had to wait to be walked out to the bellman to be introduced. It was 15 feet away, but he wouldn't let us walk out on our own and had to wait 5 - 10 […] min more for him to finished with another guest. Seems silly. Pool? No. I think it's a shared pool with another hotel, 1972 tile, and though it was windy, no excuse for a pool that was that dirty. Turn down service is just that. Turn down bed, but no clean towels. Had to call so we would have clean towels in the morning. Charming location on creek, easy to walk places. Mehr

Friends and I stayed here for a Bachelorette event weekend. We were all amazed by how beautiful, relaxing and top notch the resort and service was. I would definitely try and come back again for another relaxing weekend.

The restaurant is great but pricey to say the least. A new pool is under construction as of April 2011 and that will be a positive development. Access to down town is superb as well as to the Tlakapaki (sp?) mall. Would also recommend Cowboys for lunch.

Top of the line --highly reccommend

A great place to relax and celebrate (it was our 35th wedding anniversary). We spent a lot of time sitting in the chairs beside the stream and on our cottage deck (worth paying the extra $$ to have the view to enjoy our morning coffee watching the ducks play). I'm 31 years old and took my girl for a weekend getaway. Great time, super friendly, clean, great bar, and food. Little expensive but its what u would expect from a 5 star. I will be back!!
