Absolutely fantastic. One of he best hotels / resorts we have ever stayed at, Individual cottages in a canyon along a creek. Large rooms. Service is impeccable. Great location in town. No dissapointments here. We will return.

The service during our stay was fantastic. Never have I been treated so nicely. Even while using the common areas the staff was always pleasant and accomodating. I would not rate my room as high. It felt like an apartment I rented while in college. very small vanity and bathroom for a luxury suite. The patio had little to no privacy.

This place was perfect. I've never come across a mire accommodating staff at any hotel. The food is wonderful, the cabins are stunning and the rest if the hotel is a peaceful oasis in Sedona. Our special regards to the best bartender Russell and to Scott who was so helpful from check-in to check-out!

We had high expectations for our stay at this resort given the reviews and other research done, and those expectations were well and truly exceeded. From the first moment we pulled up until we left, the staff, accommodations and service was exceptional. I travel a fair amount for work and often stay at nicer hotels, but L'Auberge ranks as one of the […] best places I have stayed. One thing I have always hated about staying at 4 and 5 star properties is the "nickel and dime" annoyances. Pay extra for internet, pay extra for water, give me a break... not here I'm happy to say. Internet was included, water was provided in our rooms everyday and throughout the property at the lovely benches by the creek daily as were newspapers. The bath amenities were first rate. The bed and furnishing were very comfortable. To be sure, these are little things, but it was all indicative of the attitude of the manager up front to the polite groundskeeper staff working in the background. I could mention the comfort of the room with its large porch and outdoor shower, the fantastic restaurant overlooking the creek, and even the spa which was being upgraded during our stay... but judge for yourselves. I have no hesitation offering a high recommendation and like Arnie is known to say "We'll be back..." without a doubt Mehr

This hotel was one of the nicest in which we've ever stayed. Everything about it was fantastic, the food was delicious, the staff was great, the spa services were very good, and the location was so peaceful. After two days a L'Auberge we were so relaxed it felt like we had been pampered for a whole week.

Great hotel in a beautiful setting, wonderful service. My only complaint is that I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pool was under renovation after we arrived.

Restaurant for both dinner and breakfast is great. Staff is effecient, but tries too hard in a french way. We had to wait for room to be ready and when it was ready, the check in staff insisted that we had to wait to be walked out to the bellman to be introduced. It was 15 feet away, but he wouldn't let us walk out on our own and had to wait 5 - 10 […] min more for him to finished with another guest. Seems silly. Pool? No. I think it's a shared pool with another hotel, 1972 tile, and though it was windy, no excuse for a pool that was that dirty. Turn down service is just that. Turn down bed, but no clean towels. Had to call so we would have clean towels in the morning. Charming location on creek, easy to walk places. Mehr

Friends and I stayed here for a Bachelorette event weekend. We were all amazed by how beautiful, relaxing and top notch the resort and service was. I would definitely try and come back again for another relaxing weekend.

The restaurant is great but pricey to say the least. A new pool is under construction as of April 2011 and that will be a positive development. Access to down town is superb as well as to the Tlakapaki (sp?) mall. Would also recommend Cowboys for lunch.

Top of the line --highly reccommend

A great place to relax and celebrate (it was our 35th wedding anniversary). We spent a lot of time sitting in the chairs beside the stream and on our cottage deck (worth paying the extra $$ to have the view to enjoy our morning coffee watching the ducks play). I'm 31 years old and took my girl for a weekend getaway. Great time, super friendly, clean, great bar, and food. Little expensive but its what u would expect from a 5 star. I will be back!!

Very relaxing and enjoyable!

What a fantastic romantic getaway! A little more in the way of in-room gifts would be nice for the price.I would have liked to have seen a basket of some sort instead of the romance package.With the cost of this stay it would not effect profit for the hotel because more people would be happy to pay the price to stay if they get a little more without […] having to set up a romance package. The staff was one of the best things at L'Auberge,we were very happy with the service we received and we will be back many times in the future.I do have to say the cost for coffee in the morning was way too much, so in the future I won't be ordering it. I think the hotel over shot the the idea of ,"If you have to ask how much you can't afford it" I just dont like the surprise of a cost that is out of hand, like gas prices I don't like to be gouged. We were trying to get away and relax. Snow arrived and we thought it might be a bust. Got to tell you, the ambiance of the hotel, service and town make us want to come back at least annually. Loved it!

Romantic escape -- everything wonderful. Special dinner very nice, but a bit pricey -- even for such a location. We stayed in one of the "cottages" .. everything perfect. Wood-burning fire and sounds of the creek below, priceless. Especially like the 'resort fee' policy -- no tipping otherwise. Included in the room price.

As most of the reviews of this property indicated, this is a wonderful property in a wonderful setting. It is located near restaurants and shopping, but is tucked away on Oak Creek. I will stay her again on my next visit to Sedona.

This was our anniversary and I was very disappointed. The staff were wonderful! I would rate staff very high. It was the room, Our Garden room over looked the cabin in front of us. The room temperature was very cold. It had a fireplace which my husband had to keep putting wood on the fir most of the night. The heating unit was in a corner so that part […] of the room was warm. The bathroom was extremely cold. I had to come out of the shower and dress in the bedroom. There was two drawers to put your clothes. The door had gaps so cold air kept coming directly infront of the bed. I don't know how different things would be if it wasn't cold. Sedona was beautiful! the other thing that made me very upset was our new's years' dinner. The cost was $94 a perso, I ordered duck and steak, I wanted them cooked medium. The waitress stated the chef perferred medium rare, repeated two more times. So I said ok. when the duck arrived I gave to my husband. The ribeye steak was so raw I could not look or eat. This was a very special dinner, we were celebrating our 44th anniversary. At this point I would not recomend. I do not think this was a 4 star hotel and I am going to write a complaint to the hotel, and AAA. Mehr

It was very very nice. we went there for our honeymoon and it was great. There is not much to do in Sedona but the hotel was great the clean the fireplace and made us a new fire everyday. It was expensive but that was expected. Overall a great place to go for a special occasion.

I stayed 3 nights and I and my family enjoyed the stay very much. The service was so impressive. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. I really want to go back again in the near future.

first the positives...valet parking guys were great and house keeping friendly and respectful. negatives...the condition of the hotel is tired. just look at the lamp shades outside of room 440 and you will know what I mean. When I was checking out the agent asked me if I wanted to sit down. I looked down at the chair and saw numerous, colorful stains...not […] very appealing. +++ not at all what you would expect for $$$$/night My second greatest negative was the restaurant. We ordered our food, waited 15 minutes finally got our salad. While were were waiting for dinner, which was taking quite a while, we ordered coffee and a drink. We then waited another 15 minutes for that to be delivered. We were finally able to get the waiter's attention and he delivered the coffee. 5 minutes later the waiter showed up with our check for the dinner we never received. Really? And this is the best place in town. When we did receive our food, it really was NOT worth the wait. Don't think that we were offered a free dessert for our terrible service...that did not happen. We paid full price. This hotel is NOT a value and at New York prices I would say our experience was VERY negative Mehr

From the moment you drive in the moment you leave, the staff go the extra mile. Need ice? At your room within 2 minutes. Need your car? No hassle, even brought up to lodge when requested in no less than 5 minutes. Restaurant recommendations/reservations? Take the time to explore what you're looking for and confirmed on the spot. What to do in Sedona? […] Personalized itinerary for activities. The manager, Scott, assisted me with both and was so gracious and helpful. Admit the $25 service fee daily gave us pause, but the service was so outstanding it really was no issue and so nice not to have to be thinking about tipping all the time. Lodge room huge and spotless down to the grout in the bathroom. It's right in Sedona, but is so intimate and serene, you felt like you were in another world. They were full the weekend we stayed, but was so quiet we'd have never known. The grounds are stunning with plenty of places to relax, read or meditate, especially by the creek. Their restaurant is the creek's edge which is spectacular day or night (heat lamps keep you plenty warm). If you're doing dinner elsewhere, at least have a glass of wine outside on the upper terrace - completely divine. Mehr

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect. The staff was great and eveyone always asked you how your day was going and if they would do anything else. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definately stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Upon arriving to the Reosrt, I was greeted warmly by the attending valet and resort representative. My car was taken care of after my bags were wisked away by the attentive resort staff. I was greeted warmly and professionally. We were shown to our cabin by the staff and upon entering the room I was taken back how clean and warming the room was. The […] staff showed us the amenities, and informed us of dinner times and since we were late for the wine social earlier, they brought us a bottle of wine to celebrate our arrival there. The Dinner was beyond anything imagined. The tastes and the aroma of all 3 meals were breath taking and enjoyed emmensly by my wife and myself. The turn down service was adorable and very romantic. Thank you for once of the best stays I have ever enjoyed in any form of hotel or reosrt throughout the world! I will recommend this resort to my co-workers, family and friends with enthusiasm and gusto. Mehr

Lovely property, exemplary staff service at all levels. Room was beautifully appointed, very spacious, had a small deck and was very nicely appointed, with high end linens, bedding, Keurig coffee maker, HD flatscreen TV. The room was very quiet with no sound from abutting rooms We had a late dinner at the restaurant that was serving on the tiered patio. […] The menu was very nice. Our meals were perfectly prepared with great attention to presentation. The atmoshpere on the intimately lit patio was romantic and relaxing, in part due to the peaceful sound of the fast flowing creek just yards away. The large trees and creek quelled the noise from other tables that meandered through the tiered patio. The guitarist who played throughout the evening was quite good and his instrumental offering enhanced the already lovely atmosphere. Dinner was pricy, but appropriate for the cuisine served. The service was attentive, but pleasantly casual, and quite knowledgable. We will stay at L'Auberge again the next time we go to Sedona. The attentive and friendly staff at all levels was a very pleasant suprise. It was a great get overnight away. Mehr

This was one of the all time best hotel/resort experiences of my life. I've been to "nicer" hotels with better ammenities....a pool would have been nice. That said the staff and general vibe of this place is out of this world. It was such a pleasure. We will absolutely be back.

We loved L'Auberge. The hotel has a built in $25 a day gratuity which both my wife and I liked. It took the pressure off having to figure out when to use hotel services, what to tip, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and generally knowledgable. The concierge could use a refresher on things to do in Sedona. We stayed in the Lodge. It was quiet, private […] and cozy...very romantic. We felt like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. The bed was very comfortable. The fresh orange-infused fresh water in the Lodge Lobby with apples and afternoon cookies was a nice touch. The wine tasting was great! Good wine, generous pours, nice cracker, cheese platter and good company. The Australian transplant who ran the tasting was very friendly. Also, the resort is centrally located and made it easy to get around Sedona, as well as, to walk places. Not to bash, but we visited Enchantment, a rival resort, and we were very happy we went with L'Auberge. We'd definitely stay at L'Auberge again! Mehr

I was travelling alone and without transport so the Auberge is a very nice place to stay as you can easily walk to central and uptown Sedona. The actual hotel is to be highly recommended and is set in beautiful grounds. My only gripe would be with the restaurant which was highly recommended. This revolves around the fact that I generally find this level […] of food in America to be too "busy" so I am sure that other people would find the food very good. My overall view of the Auberge is that of an excellent establishment to which I hope to return shortly. Mehr

What a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lodge and the room was very nice - bed was extremely comfortable. No tipping is allowed except in the restaurant. The hotel is located on the banks of Oak Creek and they have plenty of seating down there to watch their ducks! When we checked out the valet washed our windshield […] and had left two cold bottles of water in the vehicle for us. As we drove away we discovered that they had also filled our gas tank. It's pricey but worth every penny. We've stayed at lots of places in Sedona but this was the best by far! Mehr

Everyone on staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was delicious, but expensive. It's just a short (though uphill) walk to various shops and eateries. We were very impressed with the hotel grounds. The area is beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun getaway. We will definitely go back.

Lovely little boutique hotel, with really great service and wonderful restaurant. Great location too.

Much of Sedona has become jammed with tourists, which is one reason that L'Auberge is such a delight. Located on the banks of Oak Creek, it provides the beauty and solitude of a natural setting and the convenient luxury of a Five Star restaurant, a first class outdoor bar and nicely-appointed rooms. Every morning he prepares a variety of scones and other pastries including an apple pastry that disappeared from the pastry plates at the morning coffee in the lobby almost as soon as it arrived. 新婚旅行で4泊、ガーデンヴィラに滞在。初日は部屋備え付けのコーヒーマシーンが壊れて2度も取り替えてもらう羽目に。2日目はランドリーがピックアップされず、3日目早朝にエキスプレスサービスでフロントに持っていく羽目に。この価格帯のホテルではあってはならないことだが、真摯に謝罪し対応するスタッフの姿には好印象。レストランもセドナとしては高価格帯にはいるものの、おすすめのワインもふくめて味、サービスともに満足のいく水準。とくにアリゾナワインがおいしかった。アップタウン至近でありながら小川沿いの閑静なホテルであり、とくにガーデンヴィラは暖炉で薪をくべながらゆっくり滞在でき、宿泊を検討するに値しよう。

ホテルのロケーションもホテルの清潔さもまったく素晴らしいものです。 従業員の態度にはたいへんな気持ちよさを感じました。 特に素晴らしい印象を受けたのが、駐車場の係りの男性の気配りです。 車を出してもらって帰る際にもきちんと水を車の中に用意をしてくれていたり、チップもきちんとノーチップだからと受け取らないなど・・・教育が大変行き届いていると感心した次第です。 もちろん、フロントは男性も女性も対応は素晴らしいものでした。 レストランの男性従業員の対応も良かったのです。 いずれにしても、また次回もこのホテルにしたいとの思いがあるし、友人にも口コミで教えたいと思っています。

80歳近い両親　大学生の子ども二人　50歳の夫婦６人の旅でした。ラスベガスから　レンタカーで初めての目的地で　その暖かいスタッフのもてなしの心に　幸せな気分になりました。費用に含まれているという考えが徹底されているのか　チップは全然受け取られませんでした。 子どもたちはトレイルへ～私たちは　テラカパキへお買い物～という時も　送迎してくれました。 Conciergeが　レストランの食事の予約から　トレイルの紹介まで　親切にしてくれて助かりました。 ぜひ　また　行きたい場所　ホテルでした。　 　　

今回４泊しました。次回も必ず予約すると思います。 従業員の方の温かさ、応対の丁寧さやきめ細かなサービスの質は極めて高く、驚いてしまうほどです。セドナの滞在がとても快適になったのは、当ホテルに滞在させていただいたおかげも大きいです。 部屋から見える景観（レッドロック、クリークや夜空）も素晴らしく、アップタウンに近い（いつでも送迎してくれる）立地が快適でした。 朝ヨガクラスがとてもスピリチュアルで素敵なクラスで、毎朝通ってしまいました。いつでも用意されている飲み物などもうれしいです。 レンタカーは、送迎（無料）付きのリーズナブルの会社を紹介してくれるので、こちらで借りれば十分だと思います。グランドキャニオンまで日帰りでドライブしましたが、お薦めしてくれたコースに満足しました。

ハイアットホテル前の脇道から降りて行きホテルに到着。脇道入口は目立たないので注意。ホテルとメイン通りのお店には無料シャトルで送迎あり。帰りは電話しろと言われましたが会話が難しいと言うと姉妹店のオーチャードホテル（ローベルジュから見上げて真上のホテル）フロントで送迎を依頼すると5分位で迎えにきます。アッパータウンのディナーは6時前ならハッピータイムで格安。メキシカンがお勧めです。ホテルのプールも無料で利用可能。朝も無料のスコーンとコーヒーで十分です。8時からのヨガは目覚ましに最適。火曜夜の天体望遠鏡は土星の環など迫力満点です。是非また行きたいです。

ローベルジュは過去最幸のホテルです！ 環境といいスタッフといい、お部屋といい本当に申し分なく素晴らしいところでした。 次セドナに行くときはぜったいにローベルジュのコテージに予約します！
