sauber, ordentlich,freundliches Personal, Frühstück gut und ausreichend wird im Gebäude gegenüber angeboten, für die Durchreise sehr empfehlenswert, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wohl weniger, da das Umfeld einen nicht so vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck machte, Preis/Leistung o.k.

We asked for a quiet room and were put furthest away from the freeway so we heard no noise at all at night. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The bathtub did not drain very fast but it didn't bother us at all. Breakfast was very good - lots to select from. All in all I would rate it excellent. Excellent in each and every catagory....well, there could be ice on each floor for convenience...but other than that very nice.

they were very friendly and helpful. they made and organized a suggest for getting to the airport, very early in the morning.

We felt very comfortable with down comforter and extra pillows. Very quiet and great full breakfast!!!!

Clean, conveniently located, recently renovated and very pleasant. All the staff we encountered were great. Not all the televisions have been upgraded yet, and the bathrooms in the older section are tiny. However, the rooms are large and the linens, amenities and toiletries were better than the norm for a mid-range hotel. Though close to the freeway it was not that noisy. A good place to have as home base while visitng friends and family.

Although my stay here was brief, I found the staff to be helpful and the hotel was clean and nicely appointed. We made a request to stay in the main building which was accommodated by the staff and resulted in a room that faced away from the freeway. If there is anything negative to say about this hotel, it is that the property is close to the TransCanada. […] Certainly everything else is a step up from the typical hotel--the bedding, breakfast, atmosphere, staff, etc... I found the staff very accommadating. I was very please to find that I could leave my car undercover, while we were away. The cafe on the property made it easy for us to have a meal(food was great.) I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel the next time I fly out of YXX. I will recommend Hotel. Thank you.

this hotel was the noisiest we have ever stayed in between highway traffic and a heating system that would not quit whining whistling and make noise all night long no matter what temp we put it on it would not quit which was terrible as we came to the mainland a night early to get a good nights sleep before our daughter started chemo at msa hospita […] l Mehr

It is what you might reasonably expect from this chain. Clean, comfortable and no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast was a bit of a pleasant surprise. Quite good and hearty relative to the usual "free" breakfast one sees at hotels of this sort.

Road conditions to the Okanagan Valley were not safe for travel one evening in November, so we turned around after Hope and looked to stay in a motel in Hope before figuring out whether or not to proceed the next morning. The two motels we checked out in Hope were terrible, so we decided to retreat farther away to Abbotsford. The Best Western was a […] welcome sight after the dismal Hope offerings. The check-in agent was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was comparable to the terrible Hope motels, plus the BW offered a free hot breakfast with cheerful staff. It worked out wonderfully in the end. I would definitely recommend this as a good overnight location for long-distance travellers, or even those in town for a weekend or several days. Mehr

We had the jr suite and it was very spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful as well. We will definitely stay here again. Only con was loud children running through the halls at night, but that could happen anywhere.

This hotel is located close to the airport in Abbotsford. It is not centrally located to restaurants and other ammenities (10 minutes away from some of the better restaurants in town). I was working at a trade show at the Tradex Centre at the airport, so if that is your purpose of your visit to Abbotsford, this is a good place to stay. The Best Western Regency Plus was just that- PLUS. Everything from the room to the free breakfast. To the 2 pools & spas & location. Just a block away are shopping complexes & eateries, about 5 blocks away is the country, with vineyards & various artists shops. It was special, especially to go to Harrison Hot Springs less than an hour away. And the […] mountains that surround the area, beckon hiking. The only problem we had with the room was a nice overstuffed chair, that didn't quite fit the space,m other than that we were very satisfied. Mehr

Very good service and hotel as we have come to expect from this chain. The only negative was the fact that the bathroom smelled a little musty. Probably just needed a little bleach poured into the sink and bathtub drains.

Good location close to #1 Highway Friendly staff and a clean well represented accommodation. Small pool but great for kids to unwind. Breakfast was the typical but a good variety in relation to some I have stayed at.

2.2 KMs to Abbotsford airport. Fantastic beds, great amenities within the room and throughout the hotel. Complimentary breakfast (continental) very nice touch. Overall, very pleased. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds. Nice and clean. The rooms away from the freeway are best if you don't like traffic noise. Nice breakfasts in the morning or walk across to a full service restaurant.

Checking in and out was speedy! Only complaint was the creamer for coffee was yucky and the jets in the hot tub were broken. Other than that, great stay at a great price. Will definitely stay there again when in Abbotsford :)
