I stayed at the Ibis for just one night in order to make a morning flight connection. The rooms are typical for Ibis - almost Euro prison like. Clean, compact, efficient. Wish they would provide more than one wastebasket per room.Once again the restaurant was closed so a limited selection of reheated food was available at the bar. The chicken marsala […] was surprisingly tasty and the price was reasonable. The Wi-fi was a bit slow (< 500 KBps). The shuttle bus is convenient and runs on time.The staff was helpful and friendly. There are 16 or 17 (can't remember the exact number from the ever knowledgeable taxi driver) airport hotels. This is not the best but of course the price reflects this. Small box rooms typical Ibis but this one let down by the surly restaurant staff who would probably have been happy if there were no customers. Breakfast expensive and poor wifi free […] and poor. Taxi 16 euros to the airport (not main terminal) usual Europe price which seems to be about 2 euros per minute. Mehr

Better off spending a few more $$ for a safer hotel. Shuttle bus took 45 min + location not so good.

These hotel is 100% recomended to person that need to stay for a nigth in brussels before taking an airplane. If you are a torusit coming to visit brussels, forget about these hotels, because you gona find that it is not close to tourist atractions. Have a very convinient and puntual airport shuttle. The hotel have only one elevator, so it is very unconfortable for rush hour, the ggod time is that we arrive very late to the hotel and leave very early so we did not have these problem. Mehr

Shower basin cracked, patch leaked. Drains slow.

The only good part was the shuttle to the airport.

this hotel is close and convient to the brussels airport.and provides a free shuttle. We found it be a clean nice little hotel which met all our needs on our stop-over.It also had a nice restaurant

The Ibis hotel is convenient to the airport. This is a great hotel with nice rooms. I liked everything but the restaurant prices.

This hotel is a perfect Airport Hotel with everything you need and nothing you don't. The room was clean with very practical yet comfortable furnishings (Ikea?), very clean, bright and modern bathroom with a large stand up shower. It would have been nice if they had included Internet access in the price, but despite that I highly recommend it.

This hotel is bare minimum. No hand towel or wash towel, only 2 bath towels in bath. The bed pillow is just tiny. It is a 10 minute ride to the hotel, hardly meets 'airport' in title. One saving grace is free airport shuttle. If you are arriving look for hotel shuttles on the lower level. The area was under construction and hard to find first time but […] you'll save 15+ euros on a cab. We used the shuttle to have dinner at the airport - better choices and prices than anything near the hotel, and the hotel food was very expensive. Fantastic, there is a supermarket in Brussels airport. We picked up a pastry and fruit and saved 14 euros on the hotel breakfast. Overall - I'd look somewhere else next time - not the best value Mehr

Easy to get from and to the airport by free shuttle! Food @ hotel is not realy the best. My bathroomdoor was not clean, but the shower and sinck were spotless! Ideal for a short night, before a flight !

the hotel was ok and close to the airport. room nice but small. the only problem was that the elevator went out of service soon after i arrived and was not able to be fixed so i was sort of stuck in my room as i didnt want to wqalk up and down 3 flights of stairs. the front desk was very helpful getting my bag down the next morning. but the man said […] there was a very serious problem with the elevator and since this is the only elevator dont know if there will be a problem for future guests Mehr

We booked this hotel as a last minute thing. Our flight back to the states was cancelled due to maintenance and due to my wife and I being airline employees, we are responsible for our own hotel. The rates seemed reasonable so we booked it due to its location to the airport and the fact that they offer a free hotel shuttle to the airport. What we didn't […] know was that the shuttle does not run during certain times of the day (I think between 10 am and 4 pm) and we booked the room at 11 am. Fortunately, a neighboring hotel has an agreement with this hotel and their van came to pick us up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was the typical small European type room. The TV was fun to watch in that they seemed to have a TV station from every country in the European Union, China and Japan. As for location, it's located in a cluster of other hotels owned by the same management company. There are no restaurants around however the hotel had one that seemed nice (although we didn't eat there) and, if your adventurous, a pizza vending machine in the parking lot (similar to movie vending machines near grocery stores-we didn't try that either but we were tempted). The next day our flight was cancelled again so we booked a room at this same hotel. Overall, not much around but a decent hotel close to the airport. Mehr

I just needed someplace to crash for the night as I was traveling through Brussels. I got to the airport after 11 o’clock so the buses had stopped running to the hotel. (It cost about 20 Euro by cab.) The hotel somewhat clean but lacking character or warmth. I got the feeling that there were better airport hotels surrounding it. The TV in the room […] got a lot of channels from all over the world. I didn’t like the bathroom. It felt like the bathroom at a gym. There were no bars of soap for the shower or sink. There was a pump soap dispenser in the shower, which was weird. No shampoo. No shower curtain. Breakfast was not included – it didn’t look very good and was expensive so I skipped it. If you’re just looking for a cheap place to crash for a few hours, this should do – but you won’t particularly like it. Mehr

it is what is expected of a budget hotel.......clean though....

We appreciated this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. We were coming from Bruges to Bruxelles-Midi. We just took the train to Brussels Airport and then the free shuttle to the Ibis Hotel. Our room was very clean and confortable. We ate at the bar. Lasagna. OK for bar food. We appreciated not having to go and take […] a big meal at the restaurant after 20 days of vacationing all around Europe. I would recomend the Ibis to anyone needing to stay close to the Airport for a night but if you need to get to Brussels Center, you will have to pay 5,10 euros one way. Mehr

Ett helt ok hotell om man vill ligga nära flygplatsen. Men frukosten var hutlöst dyr...

man får hvad man betaler for. Meget behjælpeligt personale.

朝早いフライトであったため空港近くの当ホテルを利用しました。空港まではシャトルバスが、特に朝の時間帯は頻繁に出ているので便利かと思います。部屋は広い訳ではありませんが、比較的新しく、清掃も行き届いていたので満足しています。

DegelIjk hotel met shuttle-service naar het vliegveld, hebben wij helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken omdat we vóór 6u op het vliegveld moesten zijn! Taxi was dan de oplossing, binnen tien minuten waren we er. Kamer was schoon en in orde!

Bra läge nära flygplatsen. Maten är bra. Min kollega krävdes på betalning för ett rum redan bokat och betalt. Vid incheckning och utcheckning! Det tog mer än en timme att reda ut detta. Receptionisten var inte trevlig. Inte förrän vi ringt upp Hotels.com fick min kollega checka in!
