We found the staff to be very accommodating, but the place is clearly run down. When we got to the room, wi-fi didn't work. We were told that 2 of the 4 routers were down, and requested to be relocated to a room that had coverage. The front desk 'upgraded' us into a larger room that had working wi-fi, but the place is generally pretty sad looking. The […] TV was very old and the picture tube was probably finished years ago... blurry smeared pic. I haven't stayed in a room that was this run down in quite a while. The staff was very friendly and did what they could for us. We needed a bed for the night, and it served that purpose. Mehr

I was very impressed with the hotel for the money. The room was very clean and nice. We actually had a great view of the mountains from afar out our window. It is located right next to the freeway so made for very easy to locate on arrival and easy to leave. There is a Denny's right next door you can walk to if need be. We did not as the continental […] breakfast was more than sufficient. They had waffle makers with two different kinds of waffle mix. They had numerous different donuts and pastries to choose from as well as juices and fruits. There is also a Starbuck's and gas station next door for convenience. I would definitely stay there again. For the location and comfort, it was alright. But if you want more upscale, then this is not the place. It's accommodations are retro at best, have not kept up with the times. But it is Quiet.

Was inexpensive, and located near the activities we had planned. The room was clean, and stocked but the bathrooms looked old. The WiFi in the hotel was out, the breakfast choices were meager but there. Just a basic Sleep in the Box set up.

room very comfortable; bed made beautifully and very comfortable. breakfast OK but room where food is eaten and served is too small. very convenient laundry. staff very helpful and courteous. crusty's is a must. DQ & Starbuck's..what else do you need. convenient to rte.17 and Sedona.

Everything was very nice and accommodating. When we arrived, our non-smoking room smelled quite a bit like smoke, but they instantly got us a room at the front desk. They were also very good at informing us of their services including free breakfast and 24/7 coffee. So I stayed here on a road trip from LV to Phoenix, made the reservation last minute, and thought for the price - it would have been much better. Hotel smelled bad - wet dog, stale smoke, and something I just couldnt put my finger on. Room was quaint, but comfy. Neighborhood, made me feel like I needed to bolt the door at night. The hotel was very difficult to get in to. you could not turn in from hi-way you had t ogo around 2 blocks to get in. Then you get in the room and there are mirrors EVERYWHERE... It made me a bit reluctant to get undressed. The swimming pool and hot tub smelled soooooo bad! It was like fish water. Lastly, as we were headed to their so called breakfast, […] the front desk lady kept coming in to see what we were eating... Cozy room that utilized all the space. Nice hot tub and pool. Enjoyed the 24 hr free coffee and the best continental breakfast that I have had.

This was the first night of our vacation. We had family nearby, and this hotel allowed pets (very very important to us). Seeing the hotel from the freeway was easy...however once off the freeway, getting to the hotel was a tad difficult. You turn at the first street, then proceed though the "Starbucks" parking lot, then the Taco Bell parking lot and […] the Denny's parking lot before you arrive. If you don't make the first turn, you will go down and behind, make a u turn before getting it correct. The desk clerk could not have been nicer. Very pleasant fellow. One reason we chose this hotel was it was pet friendly, and he was very nice to our dog. There is $10 (plus tax) fee, but that is ok. Our room was nice. Interesting that it was the handicap room which was at the end of the hallway on the top floor. Oddly set up room. The bed was next to the air conditioner/heater. You got cold long before the room began to cool. There was a pull out sofa bed and a window seat that could double for a child's bed. The sofa bed and bed should have been reversed to allow better cooling of the room. That is the only real complaint. Bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet, price was very good and as stated pet friendly. We will make more trips to the area to see family and we will stay here again Mehr

the staff was very helpful w/all requests, fun & friendly. I especially like the counter,sink, etc that devided the room. never heard my nephew snore once!

Nice suite close to starbucks and dennys. Could not beat the free shuttle to casino. Will do this again and stay here.

We went to the Grand Canyon (from Tucson) and this was a good stopping point for us on the way there and on the way back. Much cheaper than the hotels at the Grand Canyon. Nice clean room with fridge and microwave. Couch pulled out into bed for our child so that was nice. The only negative things I can think of are that the pillows were super thick […] so uncomfortable to me and we were on the bottom floor and I could hear the people above us (sounded like their kids were jumping on the floor) We had planned to stay just one night on our way to the grand canyon but ended up stopping here on our way home too. I stayed there a 2nd time so I guess you could say I give it a pretty good rating : ) Mehr

This hotel had friendly staff and prompt service. The location was terrific, close to the casino and eating establishments. I'm thinking roomy room, because it is a days inn suites. It wasn't the case. Sure there was plenty of room in the lounging area with a couch and wet bar with microwave and fridge and a coffee maker but once you get around the […] sleeping area there is absolutely no room to roam around the bed especially for someone in a wheelchair, let alone if somebody was a large individual. The bed had a dip in it so so it was very uncomfortable. The TV was in an odd place also. I wouldn't recomment this hotel unless you came back from the casino drunk to the bone. Mehr

Great front desk help! The staff is very friendly and appear willing to help you with any of your needs. Room was much larger than anticipated (at least #301). This hotel actually has enough lights in the rooms so you can do work / reading etc. For a hotel close to the highway it is amazingly quiet.

This place was about a 30-40min drive to Sedona, but was close enough to other great tourist attractions that it was almost an ideal spot to be in. Clean, own kitchenette, refrigerator, tv, microwave, pool and jacuzzi, and the staff was super helpful. Kudos to Angie who was of big help when it came to travel recommendations. The room was large, had a small fridge, and mircowave. Lots of room. Sleeping was impossible with the noisy A/C. I had to turn it off and open a window. Thank God it was spring! Other than the train, 'er A/C in our room it was a nice place to stay and worth the price.

The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The location was right by the highway and we had easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Many food choices were nearby and within walking distance. It also has a great large conference room on the third floor. Would definitly consider staying there again!

Comfortable bed, but bathroom needs major overhaul. The lanolium had holes worn through it. The bathroom was as clean, but floor, counter and tub were all stained. Carpet was also very worn. It is time they put some money back into the hotel.

Our stay was very rewarding. But the only problem was one of the room was non smoking, but smoke smelled in the room and hallway.
