Preis Leistung des Hotels war super. Das Zimmer war geräumig, praktisch eingerichtet und genug Platz zu Viert. Um die Ecke die lange Einkaufsstraße Lincoln Road. Wir hatten eine kleine Küchenzeile. Teller und Gläser waren vorhanden, aber es gab keinen Toaster. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ok. Der Pool ausreichend und sauber.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich laut und daher hat es mir nicht gefallen. Die Fenster und Türen lassen leider jedes Geräusch ins Zimmer. Das Publikum war sehr jung und recht laut. Das Pesonal war zwar sehr nett, und die Lage ist super, aber es gibt in dieser Gegend bessere und günstigere Hotels. Ich würde daher nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen.

Das kleine Hotel ist als Badehotel gut geeignet. Es liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand und ebenso nahe an der Hauptstrasse mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist für die Lage ok. Der Schall dringt ungehindert von draußen ins Zimmer. Die Wand-Klima-Anlage wirkt zwar gut, kann aber nicht betrieben werden, wenn man schlafen will. Das Frühstück war gut, spanische Sprachkenntnissen können hier weiter helfen.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Nähe zum Ocean Drive und Strand. Komfort, Service, Ausstattung ist alles vorbildlich. Nur die Parkplatzsituation ist, sofern man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, schwierig und Valetparking mit 27 $ pro Tag meines Erachtens etwas überteuert.

Wir waren vom 04. - 07.09.11 dort und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer wahl. Das hotel stammt wohl ursprünglicht aus den 50/60iger jahren, wurde aber natürlich neu renoviert und modernisiert. Die zimmer sind sauber und die lage ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten nur 5 minuten zum strand und ocean drive. Auch ein fruehstueck mit kaffee, o-saft, bagl oder baguette […] waren inklusive. Natuerlich kann man kein 5 sterne hotel erwarten. Aber dafuer zahlt man ja auch nur einen bruchteil. Gerne wieder. Mehr

Preis-/Leistung war für uns entscheident. Das Crest Suites liegt in einer Seitenstraße, ca. 10 min vom Ocean drive und 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Für eine Nacht war es ok, Sauberkeit i.O. Leider waren die Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Für eine oder zwei Nächte würde wir aber wieder kommen.

Sehr gut situiertes Hotel (Nähe LIncoln Road, Busverbindungen, Ocean Drive, Strand, usw.) zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Zimmer war groß und hell und hatte eine kleine begehbare Garderobe. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Die James Avenue liegt zw. der Washington Road und der Collins Road und hat somit nicht soviel Verkehr. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich […] und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok auch wenn es "nur" aus entweder 1 großen Croissant, 1 Baguettebrötchen, 1 Baguel oder 1 Riesenmuffin mit Butter / Marmelade und Kaffee oder Tee (soviel man will) bestand. Pool ist nicht so groß und hat auch keine Poollandschaft sondern nur 6 Liegen runterherum, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Praktisch: das kleine Café im Gebäude nebenan wo das Frühstück eingenommen wird und wo bis 15 Uhr auch Snacks und Getränke zu günstigen Preisen angeboten werden. Der großer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke war auch willkommen. Mehr

Wir waren richtig überrascht - als wir einchecken wollten, was unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit und wir erhielten einfach so ein gratis Upgrade für eine Suite (in Amerika heisst Suite nicht gleich Suite wie in der Schweiz). Das Zimmer war doppelt so gross wie das normale und wir hatten seeehr viel Platz, Kühlschrank, Küche, Mikrowelle und das Bad war […] im Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer war mit dem Eingang/Küche getrennt mit einer Türe. Die Lage war perfekt - nur ein paar Gehmin. bis zum Strand und auf der rechten Seite war bereits die beliebte Lincoln Road. Sehr empfehlenswert. Leider sind die Leute in Miami (mehrheitlich Kubaner und Puertoricaner) nicht sehr freundlich. Da wir zuerst an die Westküste von Florida waren und die Leute dort überfründlich sind, empfanden wir die Leute in Miami nicht sehr freundlich. Aber Miami muss mann einfach gesehen haben. Ich war bereits das zweite Mail In Miami und im Winter gehe ich nochmals, da ich eine Karibikkreuzfahrt gebucht habe. Mehr

Nettes Hotel zu einem günstigen Preis. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und im dazugehörenden Cafe wurden wir bestens bedient.

Ruhige Lage, und doch nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Nur einen Steinwurf von der Einkaufsstrasse Lincoln Road (Fussgängerzone) mit vielen Restaurants entfernt. Allerdings ganz schön langer Fussmarsch bis zum Ocean Drive (Art Decor). Frühstücksraum nicht sehr angenehm. Empfehle dort Kaffee "Paul" in Lincoln Road.

Auf unserer Reise entlang der Ostküste machten wir in diesem Hotel für 3 Tage Stopp. Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Der Bursch an der Rezeption fand es nicht der Mühe aufzustehen und seine Kopfhörer abzunehmen. Die Fotos auf der Homepage sahen spitze aus und wir freuten uns schon sehr auf dieses Hotel. In Wirklichkeit ist das ganze halb so schön. Die […] Zimmer sind mit sehr billigen Möbeln eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Kühlschrank und die Handtücher sind auch sehr knapp bemessen für zwei Personen. Das inkludierte Continental- Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Man bekommt eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee, ein Glas Orangensaft und ein Stück Gebäck (Croissants, Muffin oder Baguette) mit Butter und Marmelade. Das Frühstückspersonal spricht nur gebrochen Englisch. Das einzig positive ist die Lage zum Strand und Zentrum. Es war das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer 3 wöchigen Reise und wir empfehlen es nicht weiter. Mehr

Das Hotel liegt perfekt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand, auf der Collins Street, es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Quaint, simple accommodations at a reasonable rate. Great location: easy to find, easy to park, and close to symphony center, beach, shopping, and restaurants. .Free wi-fi available, though the speed, at times, was almost too slow to use, which could be a plus, if like me, you are trying to discourage a workaholic spouse from working on vacation.

We arrived in the late afternoon the day before Easter Sunday. Immediately greeted with a warm smile from the woman behind the desk. She was very helpful as we put our things in our room and wanted to get out and explore. Loved this hotel! It's in a great location. Very clean. Will stay there again!

Hotel was fine, room was clean, bathroom small, front desk person was nice. It was a rainy day so we didn't get to use the pool. Big downside, no parking, there is a lot across the street it costs $30/day... Miami prices! For the money, the room was a good value.

Location was great--easy walking distance to the Miami Convention Center, Filmore, and the restaurants/shops on Lincoln Rd. The rooms themselves were no frills except for wi-fi (i.e., no coffee maker, microwave, or refrigerator). Bathroom was also small/cramped. Some dust and mold, but, overall, given the price and location, it was adequate.

We arrived early from the airport and the young fellow at the counter was very accommodating . Took care of our luggage while we took in the sites. We were able to book an event right away with him . Our room was clean , very close to the shopping area. Maybe a little too close ?! The shopping was amazing !! Very close to restaurants. At night or early […] morning it was nice to sit at the patio with a tea or coffee . Just spent one night at this "little gem". Staff were friendly and helpful, held our luggage until the room was ready and offered us different options on the available rooms. Hotel is within walking distance to Lincoln Rd, the beach and basically the fun, social and educational of Miami Beach. Parking is across the street from the hotel. The hotel is a little dated and appears sparse, but it is clean and the rooms offer all the needed facitlities EXCEPT there were no tea or coffee making facilities or fridge and this would have provided an extra comfort. The reason i will recommend it is because of the very good location and the price - one block back from the sea ( a 5 minute walk […] at most) and behind the luxury resorts, and metres to the main shopping and dining of the 5th ave shpping mall - it didn't come with the luxury hotel price tag - if you are looking for a great location, clean and serviceable, without spending the third mortgage, then this is a good choice. My husband and I booked this hotel after seeing a good price for South Beach and convenient location. After reading some of the reviews we were a little hesitant but decided to try it anyways. We found the hotel staff to be quite friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and neat. Everything was spotless, very simple room. It's the perfect hotel […] to spend the day out sightseeing and then come back to sleep at night. Yes sometimes at night it can be a little noisy but it's not awful. There isn't parking onsite but across the street is a pay to park lot that charges $40 for a 24 hour period until 12 the next day and if you want to stay longer, you can pay $20 extra. We stayed 2 nights prior to a cruise from Port of Miami. Location of the hotel is superb. Was very quiet. Room, bathroom and bedding was clean, but the carpet was not and looked drab.Shower was great. Front desk staff was courteous but don't look for lots of service and elegance at this price on south beach. Nice area for breakfast but very few choices. […] Requested "toasted" bagel was grilled! We had a great welcome from the receptionist on our arrival and great help and smiles during our 10 nights at Crest Hotel. Lovely light big room facing the front of the hotel with a huge and very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for a stay in South Beach, within a short walk to the beach and to Lincoln Road (for shops and bars/restaurants) and […] about 10/15 min walking to Ocean Drive. A 7/11 and small supermarket just round the corner. The cleaning was very thorough and the towels were changed daily. The only downside was the room didn't have a fridge- but there was ice available. Good experince and is a great location, very close to the ocean (5 min walk), right next to lincoln road mall and a 10 min walk to ocean drive. Room was tidy, but very small bathroom with no fan, but otherwise a good place to stay and not very spendy.

Location was great, short walk to the beach and Lincoln rd . Restaurant closed for dinner. Lunch was great, breakfast OK for checkout day. Restaurant staff was great. Desk staff could care less, we met four of them and felt like we were bothering them. Check-in with reservations and pre-payed, took 20 minutes.

The rooms are very small with just a bed and a bathroom, but practically on Linclon Rd. ATM across the street and a pay parking lot, too. Good for a weekend of gonig to the beack and shops, but not for hanging around in or dining. There is a small pool with no view of anything around. No room service and limited help from the desk clerk.
