wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug für uns drei. Es hat sich absolut gelohnt etwas mehr auszugeben.

Wir haben zu zweit hier übernachtet. Sehr günstig für 3 Nächte über Ostern. Für ein 2-Sterne-Hotel echt TOP ... mindestens so gut, wie die meisten 3-Sterne-Hotels! Das einzige, was gestört hat, waren die unfreundlichen Reinigungskräfte - trotz "Do not disturb"-Schild sind sie einfach reingekommen, und waren sehr, sehr unfreundlich, weil wir noch nicht aus dem Zimmer waren. Die Metro ist ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir sind anfangs mit dem Auto nach Paris reingefahren... ist aber nicht zu empfehlen - die Metro (Tagesticket lohnt sich!) fährt sehr regelmäßig und überall hin und man hat keinen Stress mit der Parkplatzsuche. Einen Supermarkt hatten wir nicht gefunden... aber der McDonalds war auch nicht weit ;-)

La Défense am äußersten Ende der so genannten "axe historique" (historische Achse) ist ein modernes Hochhausviertel im Westen von Paris und gilt als Europas größtes Geschäftszentrum. Sein Zentrum bildet der Grande Arche, ein modernes, fast würfelförmiges Stahlbauwerk in Form eines stilisierten Triumphbogens, dessen Fassade aus Glas und Carraramarmor besteht. Das Gebäude dient als Amtssitz des französischen Handels- und Transportministeriums, beherbergt die Büros verschiedener Firmen ist Sitz der Internationalen Stiftung für Menschenrechte. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine große Aussichtsplattform, die über vier gläserne Panoramaaufzüge erreichbar ist. Ein IMAX-Kino sowie ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit Cafés und Brasserien werden sowohl von Touristen als auch von den in der Umgebung beschäftigten Angestellten frequentiert. Skulpturen, Mosaiken und Brunnen hauchen dem von Hochhäusern geprägten Viertel Leben ein.

Very close to the Metro with easy access to central Paris and shops/sights at La Défense, as well as to trains to Versailles (Rive Droite) from La Défense. Also close to Port Maillot if you are travelling on the buses to-from Paris Beauvais airport. Walking from the hotel to the Arc de Triomphe is around 30 minutes. Good hotel.. small but clean rooms... reception staff ok ...location is good enough .. near metro station and really close to bus stop... but one word of caution .. AVOID THE RESTAURANT ...ABSOLUTELY SLOW SERVICE ... STAFF IMPOLITE ALMOST TO THE POINT OF BEING RUDE....BLAND DISHES .. UNINSPRING MENU ... all reasons to ruin a perfect stay...

"Beware of the "free" parking catch.."
I've just spent a night at this hotel. Having been to Paris before, I was looking for a hotel that could allow me to drive into the city, drop the car, visit for the day, sleep and then go. The service in general was "ok" but they're clearly understaffed at the reception that can get quite busy at times. The bar opposite the reception has a few taps […] for draft beer. BEWARE of the price of a pint. Suffice to say you can buy more than one back in the UK for the price of a french pint! But the coup de grâce has to be the "free" parking. First off, the parking entrance is a nightmare to find, and I'm not joking.. once you know where it is, then it's fine. Even once inside the parking, it's quite difficult to find the area designated for the Ibis hotel customers. But the worst came when I tried to get out the next day after "validating" the parking ticket in reception. It turns out that the "validation" is to allow you to park in the Ibis area (?!?!?) and I had to pay the overnight fee - not cheap!! - I spoke to the manager at the parking and he said: "this is an ongoing issue, we've complained at the hotel because people get hacked off when they come here and find out" - rest assured I was not in a mood to go back to reception.. so they must be counting on that. They hotels.com still shows "free parking" certainly not the case.. Mehr

東横インみたいなシンプルなビジネスホテルです。 ラ・デファンスという幕張みたいな新都心にあり、行き交うのは仕事がえりの人も多くて、安全そうな感じがしました。 観光目的の方には、中心街から離れていて、少し不便かも。 朝食は現地で9ユーロ払いましたが、パンとハム、チーズくらいでイマイチ。 前の日にパンでも買って部屋で食べたほうがよかったです。 パリにしては、比較的新しい建物で、部屋もキレイで、清潔。 ただ、客室フロアの廊下だけ、ものすごく酸っぱいニオイがします。部屋に入ると、ニオイはしないのですが。 私は、廊下に出るときは、息を止めて、移動しました。 そこだけ目をつむれば、値段相応のホテルです。

L'espace accueil est étroit et pas de salle d'attente pour nos visiteurs car en travaux d'après la réception. Refus de nous servir un petit déjeuner dans la chambre...

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Paris (à 150 m du métro) . Restauration satisfaisante (petit déj et repas) , mais service un peu lent .Chambre conforme à la chaîne Ibis (ni plus , ni moins) . Parkink couvert avec zone réservée à l'hôtel .

Il ne faut pas avoir une chambre au dernier étage, vrombissement continuel des aérations qui doivent passer dans les plafonds. Demander une chambre sans porte de communication avec la chambre voisine sinon si vos voisins italiens parlent même normalement vous avez l'impression qu'ils sont dans votre chambre. Faire attention à la carte des menus même […] avec la mention toutes les entrées, tous les plats il y a des restrictions qui ne sont pas marquées et vérifiez bien de ne pas payer le café du voisin................. "Never agagin!!!"
never again!!! very bad service, the staff there are totally not friendly, if you ask something, they never give you the answer right away. not willing to slove the problem or try to help the gests. very very poor english speaking. on the website says car parking is free, but when we leave they said" it is free to drive your car into parking, but for […] parking itself you have to pay", so 50 euro for 2days parking. the parking is a big mess, we struggled 1 hour to get out the parking area. the most important thing is the bad service and rude attitude from staff totally ruined my holiday in Paris. at the end I would like to thank the lady "Leila" if I remember correctly, she was the only one helped us to get out parking area after two time visits to receiption. so never again to this hotel or only if you can speak French with the staff. "hotel ibis la défense"
cette hotel est situé à 10 min à pied du RER "la défense " , ce qui le rend très accessible. les chambres sont confortables, bien insonorisées. petit déjeuné copieux et varié. gros moins pour le personnel de nuit peu accueillant voir incorrecte lorsqu'on commande de quoi se restaurer (service proposé 24H/24H).
"Parkering"
Vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet og parkeringshuset, men havde forventet at parkering var gratis, da det stod under faciliteterne på hotellet. Vi fandt dog ud af, at det stod med meget småt på engelsk at det ikke var alle hoteller hvorpå det var gratis. Det vil være godt hvis det fremgik tydeligt at man skal betale for parkering.
"Very nice and clean hotel"
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and I would definetly recommend it! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was until 11 and it cost 8 €. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the yellow metro line, and it takes 10-15 muntres to get to the city centre.
