Very clean and friendly hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the service was good. The food was good, the rooms clean and tidy. Nice gym and pool. The bus stopped right outside the hotel so there was no hassle of having to drive if you didnt want to, but its only a short drive to Stratford and Warwick anyway.

A first class stay. Staff were very polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for the customer. Rooms and public areas were very well decorated, clean and very comfortable. I phoned the hotel prior to my visit, to make enquiries as to what bus I should get from the Town Centre to the hotel. I was wrongly told the X16. This is a school bus and the actual bus needed is a 16. I informed the staff upon arrival and the next day they gave me a bus timetable that still had the wrong information on it! As the buses only run once […] an hour at certain times of day and finish at 5.20pm (from Town) Mon-Sat, it is important to get the number correct as whilst making enquiries on the X16 it would be easy to miss the 16. Prior to my visit the hotel staff also told me there are usually buses running on the Sunday of Warwick races but the buses do not run on a Sunday at all, so unless you have a car you need to get cabs during the evening/night Mon-Sat and then all day on a Sunday, as there are no pavements to walk on and there is a main road directly outside the hotel. Upon arrival at approximately 4.45pm on a Friday evening, I made enquires about the restaurant and was told the restaurant/bar was out of bounds for a private function. Guests should be forwarned as you would then need to go back to Town for dinner and almost certainly need to get cabs unless you have a car. The hotel staff have cards readily available for their recommended taxi driver. Mehr

The hotel was extremely busy, in fact, full the night I stayed, however, that didn't detract the good customer service received. The rooms are okay, what you would expect from a 'standard room'. The staff were extremely pleasant and obliging, but I did think that the hotel was quite far from the centre of Stratford. A return taxi (from Chris the resident […] taxi company of the hotel) cost £15. You should visit No9 Church Street restaurant if you are going to Stratford - fantastic food. Our breakfast was good, but they need to improve their choice of sausages!! Mehr

A couple of things let this hotel down. The restaurant is dull and gloomy with no outside light. The hot breakfast food soon cools down, and when a guest complained that the food had gone cold, nothing was done to improve this. Otherwise this is a good hotel, and if you are a bird watcher like me, there were a pair of green woodpeckers regularly feeding […] below our window, at the back of the hotel grounds! Mehr

A very welcoming hotel with friendly helpful staff. Excellent food at reasonable prices. Located in a convient part of Warwickshire handy for Warwidk and Stratford as well as many Cotswold locations.

Highly recommended hotel chain. Clean, friendly, excellent food and excellent service. This is the second time I have stayed in a Q Hotel and have now joined the membership club and will definitely be staying in one in the very near future!

The Hotel is very pleasing. It served the best Oatmeal porridge I have ever had. Breakfast and room were without complaints. The only draw back... the Hotel is outside of town and Taxi and buses are the only way of getting there.Buses are few and stop going early, don't take very long though. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The leisure facility was very good. The staff were excellent and I would like to stay there again.

I was disappointed with this hotel, it was not in anyway luxurious, the deluxe rooms were particularly disappointing, with a view of the car park. The food was unappetising and not of a high standard. Stratford upon Avon itself was very nice. After we had left the hotel my daughter discovered that she had lost a much loved doll and the hotel did nothing […] to recover it. Mehr

海外運転は初めてでﾋｰｽﾛｰ空港からＭ42で行きましたが、解りやすかったです。ただ中心地から少し離れているで夜は見過ごしてしまいました。部屋はホテルの裏に面していたのですが、明け方眺めているとたくさんウサギが走り回っているのが見えました。もちろんリスも。それと朝食にマッシュルームが丸のままでてきてましたが、おいしかったです。 次回長期滞在できるならジムやプールも使ってみたいです。
