With the low price of this hotel, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Most other experiences that I have had with rooms in this price range were less than pleasant. However, my room was spotless, the staff was friendly, the location was perfect. This is my 2nd time staying here and I'll drive out of my way if in the area to stay here again. Great staff, clean comfortable rooms, easy access from the interstate, truck parking. Chinese delivery is top notch and made my night on both occassions. Best value out there.

Good location, clean and the staff have a great attitude and very attentive . I will return in the near future.

No microwave or fridge. Other than that...not bad.

Had never stayed in one of these before. The bedroom section was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was very spacious. I didn't realize the iron/ironing board were not already in the room, but not a deal breaker. Didn't get to try the breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It nice and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. My kids were comfortable so I was happy.

Great stay. Nice, clean hotel. Small room and no frig but that was not a surprise. I will stay again without hesitation. Good value and clean.

We arrived just as tornadoes were coming into town. All our activities were cancelled, so we arrived at the hotel early. They cheerfully let us check in early, let us know when the worst of the storms were forecasted, and gave us a personal call to come weather the storms downstairs when the time came. Simple accommodations that are clean, quiet and comfortable. Small so therefore the low price per day.

The Microtel/s Proximity to the Highway # 64 makes Interior Noise Unacceptable. Get a Room closer to the street not Highway and for the money it is great Value. Beds are uncomfortable if you have back issues. But again Microtel is a great value.

The people were very nice and the location was good

Clean. Good repair. Comfortable bed. Room very small. Breakfast menu limited. No fruit. No waffle. Very small breakfast area. Over rated for cost compared to other motels.

The hotel we stayed in in Lousiville KY was excellent and the staff was hospitable. The rooms were spacious, clean and very up to date. We are going on another trip next month & hoping to stay at another MicroTel

We have been staying in the Louisville, KY Microtel for almost 10 years on a fairly regular basis and have always found it clean and the staff helpful. The cleanliness of a hotel is of utmost importance to us and this one always gets an A+.

Have stayed here multiple times and will continue to book when we are in the area. Comfortable, clean, well maintained, attentive staff, super easy off-on from highway, multiple dining choices in fast food and dine in.

Hotel is old, so it's a bit dated, but they have redone the linens and the bathtubs recently, so it feels a lot nicer than other older hotels. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is about what you'd expect, which is to say, not very good. Overall, no complaints whatsoever. Very good value.

Not much in the way of breakfast and the rooms are very small with no fridge or microwave but the price was cheap. But on the advertisement page for this hotel right before the reservation stage it said there was an indoor pool and jacuzzi and there wasn't. For the price I would have been surprised if there was but that's no reason for false advert […] ising! Mehr

Cleanliness has always been the number 1 priority for me and the Microtel in Louisville delivered. I hadn't stayed at Microtel before; the low rate made me wary. I figured that a low price would mean substandard accomodations and I am very pleased to say that I was proved wrong. I will be staying at Microtel again and again. very nice staff @ check-in during the evenings. this is a favorite hotel in this area & we stay here when the price is favorable.

I gave this hotel four stars because I think it is very good for the price. The rooms are small but cozy. The free breakfast is excellent.

the combination of price and location is hard to beat. The only negative is that the first floor is for smokers and the smell of smoke is everywhere when you're anywhere near the lobby.

This hotel is a good deal, I would recommend it highly for the money :)

I was looking for a place that was reasonably cheap yet clean, and this was definitely it. I only stayed the one night, but I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general. I checked in really late because I was at a business conference all day, and the desk clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. The hotel was nice and […] quiet, and I was able to get a good night sleep. The next morning, to my surprise they had a free Continental Breakfast!?!? I couldn't believe they offered that seeing how I got the room for really cheap. So needless to say, I will recommend this hotel to anyone and I myself will not hesitate to stay there again. Mehr

This hotel is a real bargain . I was pleased with the cleanliness and service. While the room is small, the space has been constructed for maximum utilization. The staff was helpful and friendly. The serve yourself breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice, cereal,and bagels and rolls in plastic bags. The orange juice was great, but I couldn't finish […] the bagel--it was awful! I would stay here again and recommend it for those that do not need a large room. Mehr

I had a trade show at the convention center so needed an inexpensive hotel. The room was small but absolutely fine. It was a 15 minute drive to the convention center, but the range of places to eat either near the hotel or en route back from the convention center made it worth the drive. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic breakfast was great […] for the price of the room. Glad I didn't pay the high prices the other exhibitors paid!! Mehr

Ok you get what you pay for... it was super cheap. The room was really cramped, we had trouble setting up a dog cage. But we just needed a place to rest our heads so we weren't overly concerned with spaciousness. The only real.concern that we had was that one if the pillowcases appeared to have bloodstains on it, washed out... but still...

Have stayed here a few times and find it to be very acceptable for the price paid. Seems relatively safe. The staff tries very hard to please the customer. It's a good hotel if you're planning to do things in the area. It's probably not the type you would want to "hole up" and stay in the hotel.

We have stayed at a Microtel in Nashville before. So we loved the price of this hotel. However this hotel was nothing like the one we stayed in Nashville a few months ago. The room is very very small. Good if are just trying to spend the night. But not if you are staying with more than just one person. Staff was very friendly. But we were very disappointed […] of the size of this room. Mehr

Was our second say and just as good as the first. Front desk very friendly. Clean, comfortable room. Easy access on and off highway. Variety of restaurants to fit any budget. Only negative was some barking dogs on the floor and loud neighbors one night. People tend to forget that the connecting doors aren't soundproof. Would book there again.

I liked the hotel and staff and cleanliness but bring your own pillow because all of the pillows in this hotel are terrible; they feel like foam rubber. Other than the ultra thin blanket (if you can call it that), there was no warm/soft blanket in any of the rooms (i talked to other guests who confirmed) so you have to ask for one which they'll oblige […] and give you a soft fleece blanket. All in all it was fair for the price. Mehr
