Zwischen den beiden Matratzen des Doppelbetts war nicht gesaugt worden, es gab Brösel und sogar Zahnseide. Das hat mich abgestoßen. Aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strassenbahn. Diese verkehrt bis nach Mitternacht. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster bleibt einem der Lärm erhalten. Dies ist jedoch ein Umstand der vom Hotel nicht beeinflusst werden kann. Doch schlimmer war, die Lärmübertragung im Haus. In unserem Zimmer konnte genau verfolgt werden, wann die Nachbarn über einem die Spülung […] oder die Dusche benutzten. Die Steigleitungen scheinen nicht isoliert zu sein. Auch weitere Geräusche aus den darüberliegenden Stockwerken blieben einem nicht erspart. So war dies eine schlaflose Nacht in München. Wer auf dieses Verzichten kann sucht sich etwas ruhigeres. Mehr

The staff at this hotel were not the friendliest; they were somewhat condescending/borderline rude, although they did their job efficiently enough. The breakfast (included in our room rate) was excellent, better than most of the Continental-breakfast fare at other hotels. The location was decent and near some major tram lines, but our room was in the […] front of the hotel, on a busy street, and it was very noisy (unfortunately, we like to open our windows to get fresh air while we sleep). This is a delightful small hotel just outside the central city area but it is well served by the number 18 tram which stops just outside the door and the U-bahn a few minutes walk down the road. The breakfasts are great with a choice of differently cooked eggs. The barman is very helpful and friendly and told us places nearby for eating out. We found […] the little bar a nice place for the late evening drink and the Bavarian ambiance of the hotel very appealing. Wonderful hotel with charming staff who can't do enough for you-great location -it all is so easy to get to the city centre and back ,English Gardens etc Good sized rooms /bathrooms -spotless .The best breakfast .A Hotel you will always remember with pleasure and want to go back to-

NIce hotel with traditional Old World German feel. Not your standard chain hotel. Very nice and comfortable.

We were very happy with our choice of hotels. This hotel is a bit off the beaten path if you want to be in the middle of the touristy district. We needed a place to stay during Oktoberfest and were pleasantly pleased with the service and proximity to the subways, etc.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Had a lovely stay at this quaint, Bavarian hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean, and they served a wonderful breakfast. It is just a few subway stops away from the city center. We stayed 2 nights near the hauptbahnhof and our last night in this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

My Wife and I were very pleased with the room. The service was super friendly. The Hotel is a short trolly ride to the city center. The included breakfast was outstanding.

I initially chose the Printzregent as I was to be in Munich for business. It is an outstanding choice for the business traveler as it is clean, comfortable, and has quick and easy access to the inner ring of Munich. Ultimately my husband and I decided to bring our young children with us on the trip. We stayed at the hotel for ten nights and it turned […] out to be even better than an apartment rental. The staff was very welcoming to my family and assisted us with planning daytrips throughout Bavaria. As for convenience, anything you need is readily available: from the drugstore across the street to fruit stands further down the way. For any curious question we had the staff had helpful answers. The Hotel Prinzregent am Friedensengel is a great hotel in a lively neighborhood of Munich close to the English Gardens and public transportation. The hotel itself was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again without a doubt

The Hotel Prinzregent am Friedensengel is absolutely outstanding! Our rooms were quiet, clean and roomy. The "Comfort Double Room" was perfect for the boys, and our Junior Suite was an outstanding value. But the best thing about the Prinzregent is the staff - Simply Great! The bartender, "Toni" has been with the hotel for 25 years and knows where every […] bone is buried in Munich. Have a beer at the hotel bar and get to know Toni. His recommendations for restaurants, activities and transportation were always “spot on.” When I wanted to purchase a dirndl for my wife and some lederhosen for myself, Toni convened a staff meeting to confirm the best quality-for-value place to shop, and, like everything else, he was right on target. "Florian", a six year veteran at the reception desk, arranged for shipping, and everything was received back home in perfect condition. This is the place to stay in Munich and the hotels.com price is a complete winner! Warning: there are two Prinzregent hotels in Munich. Make sure you book the one on Ismaninger Strasse. Mehr

Hotel staff was a friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is located about a mile (2km) from city center, a metro is a block away that will take you to all the main sights. My wife and I love the top 10 books for city information on restaurants and bars, and not only was the hotel featured, so were some local restaurants and bars within the area. Hotel is some distance away from Marienplatz but the excellent transport system made everywhere handy by tram or tube. Tram and tube stops are about 5 minute walk from the hotel. The reception were helpful and friendly and spoke good English, which was helpful as our German was extremely poor. Nice bar and friendly bar tender.

Kan anbefales på det sterkeste, skikkelig bayersk hotel, veldig hyggelig betjening, fin beliggenhet med trikkeholdeplass like ved, god frokost. Kan absolutt anbefales.

El Hotel debería der de 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones y en especial el baño son muy reducidos. La madera necesita mantenimiento, el cuarto no huele bien y el aire acondicionado hace ruido. Está lejos de todo. Atributos, esta a 5-10 min de una estación del metro y el personal es muy amable.

Tipico hotel in stile Bavarese. Molto accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile anche se non conosce l' italiano. Ottimo il buffet a colazione. Comodo al centro anche a piedi, il tram 18 porta in centro incrociando la metro e passando dal museo della tecnica ( interessante ).

Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain étroite (pas de baignoire). La climatisation est bruyante. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien en quantité et tres varié, de plus une terrasse est disponible. Le personnel est à vos petits soins de plus multilingue (Français, Anglais...)

Molto bello, colazione ottima, personale molto disponibile.

Hôtel proche du métro Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre acceptable
