would have been better if the rooms were actually seperated from one another and a better quality of TV

The hotel had more of a bed and breakfast feel. There are some needed changes to spoof up this hotel such as the air vents, curtains etc. I don't believe my vent was cleaned in some time so when I turned on the cool air, a mildew smell filled the air and you kind of felt that you were breathing in bad stuff. Finding the hotel would have been a little […] easier if flags or a sign just before the turn was visible but I found myself on 2 separate occasions riding right past it. Great place for me, since I was to spend time in Snellvill nearby. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, not too expensive - sure I'll stay there again!

Very nice hotel, room was clean and beds were comfy,lots of room, hot breakfast was good too, variety to choose from, exercise room and hot cookies at desk, the only downfall was the pool was not open yet. would definitely stay here again.

Awesome service, a great breakfast setup every morning, along with a good room price. I will totally stay here again!!

Friendly staff, clean building, bag of complimentary sun chips & water bottle waiting for me when I walked in the room....need I say more??

Recent stay was excellent! The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I will definitely stay here again.

And that makes up for any minor deficiencies. I would stay again but I found the room somewhat musty, the carpet a bit sticky (the way old carpets give a funny feeling to your feet), the bathroom fan was non-functional, and the tub drain cover broken (it still held water for bathing). But these were minor problems in my opinion, as I never walk barefoot […] in hotel rooms. It just needs some updating. Everyone on the staff was great and that's really important to me! I almost never give 5's on anything, so a 4's good. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel while we visited the Atlanta area and loved it! The customer service was great, the room was clean, and the pool was nice! I traveled with my children ranging in the ages of 4 to 20 and we stayed in a 1 bedroom king and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us! We will definitely be staying here again!!

The staff are exceptionally nice and tend to their customers in a way rarely seen at other hotels in this class. The breakfast had significant variety, but was definitely hotel-quality food. Not bad, not stellar, but does the job. Business center worked well. Decor is "Country", as the name implies. If you are looking for a modern, stylish hotel, this […] is not it. I thought that this hotel was an excellent place to stay given the level of service that we received from the entire staff. The breakfast was very good and fresh, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The only problem was the room had a very slight smell that could mostly be sensed when you got into the room but disappeared thereafter. […] It wasn't a big problem at all really. Great breakfast. Polite staff. For the rate-more than I expected!

The property is lovely and the decor is way above average. The staff is very friendly and most willing to help the guests with all of their needs. The breakfast was filled with a wonderful variety of foods for just about any palate. It is about as close to being at home as can be; makes it hard to leave. Great job! Keep up the good work!!!!

The desk clerks went above and beyond to make sure that we were welcome and comfortable. In fact, one of the desk clerks even made my breakfast for me when he heard I'd never had grits before. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. We truly got everything we paid for and more. We were in town for a family funeral and had to book this hotel at the last minute. We were so pleased with our experience. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly - that good 'ol southern hospitality we'd heard so much about I guess! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff was so accomodating, Doug and Dan were genuinely considerate and helpful to our every need. Comfy beds, clean rooms, inviting lobby and a wonderful complimentarey breakfast all made for great stay!

Stayed one night for business; close to shopping and restaurants. Great hotel for the money and SUPERB staff...willing to help with whatever you need. Would recommend it again.

Wonderful front desk staff, friendly and welcoming.

Country Inn Suites has excellent staff at the check in counter. Very polite and friendly, and knowledgeable of the area for directions and places of interest. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was charming, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding.

lawrence and doug were very friendly, corteous and polite... thanks for making our stay very pleasant.
