Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites - North Canton

We had a great stay here. All new and crisp. Lovely staff. My only complaint is other guests not at pool with their children. Signs are clearly posted and parents ignored them.

Very clean and friendly staff. It is always nice to have a place to sit other than the bed while in a room. Nice breakfast with variety. Not real easy to get back out to the highway but close to shopping and eating.

We are planning our next vacation at this hotel - The pool was clean and the hot tub was refilled and cleaned the day after we got there (a little dirty but if was a Christmas weekend) Only complaint is they didn't stock pool room with towels and we had to ask for them every time we swam - also the pool was very cold - we asked them to turn it up numerous […] times but it stayed about about 68 degrees - the room was huge - no problem for my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law to come and open presents and eat with us at the hotel. The bathroom had reverse osmosis in the sink - FRESH WATER!! - I have never seen this and was very impressed with that. A little refrigerator in the room - clean linens on my bed - they cleaned the room everyday - offered a nice breakfast - and except for the front person on his cell phone and ignoring me had a great overall experience with the staff. Only things I wish - turn up the heat on the pool - brrr it's cold - and fix the shower curtain - it was torn from the hooks and was letting water out onto the floor - I have traveled a lot and have to admit was shocked and worried when my daughter booked me here. I was very surprised and look forward to visiting again! Mehr

Canton is my hometown and this hotel is by far one of the best in the area. the rooms are clean, comfortable bed, the shower and towels are the only disappointment

The hotel itself was very decent, room very clean, I was impressed....but for the swimming pool...water was to cold to even get in and the suna was terriable...there was big hunks of hair floating on top and the water looked filthy, very disapointing.

My kids had to catch a flight early the next morning. I did not want to make the early morning 50 mile drive from Cleveland to drop them off. Instead I got a nice rate at a nice hotel within 3 miles of the airport. My kids got to get in the indoor pool, check out the shopping across the street, go to one of two Waffle Houses that were nearby and their […] favorite road trip eatery, and use the free WiFi in the hotel. I booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. I did the whole virtual tour to see what I would get and there was definately no bait and switch! I only needed to sleep there for one night and the price was reasonable so I figured it would be ok, I wish I could have gotten there earlier to enjoy some of the amenities but maybe next […] time I gave the hotel a lower rating for cleanliness because there was hair on the bathroom wall that didn't belong to me, I never mentioned it to management because I didn't realize it until after I was getting out of the shower and I was leaving anyway, hopefully they cleaned it better, I should mention that the hair looked as if it was a part of the design on the shower. Otherwise, this hotel seemed very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a good deal for the money Mehr

Stayed here overnight on a trip for work. The location was FANTASTIC for eating and shopping. Even though the hotel doesn't look great from the outside, the rooms were well kept, clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend.

This place was much more than I expected. Great staff, breakfast, room and neighborhood. One of the best hotels we stayed at during an 18 day road trip. Close to the N.F.L. Hall of Fame. Very clean. Stay here!!

Wonderful hotel, clean, fresh, inviting. Excelent staff, more than helpful with accomodations. Will be staying here again.

This hotel must have been recently remodeled, it is in great shape. The only complaint I have is the pool temperature was a little cool and the breakfast wasnt open long enough. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Basic room, clean, good for a guick stay. Convient to restaurants.

Stayed prior to flying to Denver and again upon the return. Very convenient.

The hotel was near stores and yet it didn't feel like it was too hectic an area. I t was very clean and very attractive rooms and the continental breakfast had french toast and all sorts of pastries and cereals and fruit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay. We had a clogged drain and broken toilet seat, but both were fixed extremely quickly by a very nice maintenance person. Every detail you can think of was provided in all areas of the hotel. We only wish that breakfast would be held until 10:00 am on weekdays for those of us that are not on a business trip, but a very nice breakfast […] was provided. Mehr

the front desk personnal seemed a little confused at first about our reservation through your service but eveything worked out fine. After a little reshearch on thier behalf. room was clean, staff polite , willing to please. Made for a funderful stay

The hotel had great rates and was close to a lot of shopping and eating opportunities. The rooms were clean and the service was good. I would stay there again.

clean, comfortable, convenient location.

Convenient because the provided a shuttle to the airport and allowed us to leave our car there while we were away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whirlpool was not working. It was not real easy to find. There were stains on the carpet and the halls were dingy. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service was efficient and very good.

Took a few minutes to check-in because one girl was at counter and was on phone helping a guest with a reservation but afterward she kept saying she was sorry we had to wait. When we got to the room it was clean and everything was great! The pool and whirlpool were also well maintained and clean! The breakfast that was served in the morning was good […] and a great start to the day. I have recommended this hotel to several friends and family planning to visit the area. I also liked that it was VERY close to shopping and restaurants that are well know. Also close to the expressway, though getting in and out can be tricky.. but simple once we figured it out which took us like 2 minutes. GREAT place to stay for out visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.. literally where there in like 5 minutes! Mehr

We have stayed in several hotels in North Canton so far, and this is my favorite. Rooms have been updated and are very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice linens. Only complaints are smallish size of breakfast room and lack of print cartridges in the business center to print our boarding passes.

I was extremely impressed with the condition, management, and employees of this hotel! Highly Recommended!

The motel was very nice the only problem I had was that the tv cable was very snowy I called down to the front desk and found out the maintance people had left for the day, as we come in late. I tried to tighten up the cable connection behind the tv and the picture came back on. I would think the maids would be checking the tv's in the room to make […] sure they worked. Nice, clean room. Good breakfast area. Did not use the pool or spa, but both looked well maintained. Right off the highway, so convenient location. Nearby restaurants, shopping, attractions. We were visiting family and would stay here again.

Quiet, even though it's quite close to I-77. Carpet in our room was remarkably clean - no dirt on our socks at all! Be aware you must turn right from the access road for the hotel, which takes you away from the interstate. Bedding was very clean- included top sheet over the usually dreaded bedspread. Very comfortable bed as well. Bathroom very clean, fridge with a separate freezer was cool as well. Lol

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly, especially Kristin at the front desk when I checked in at midnight. She upgraded my room when there was a slight mix-up in the reservation from hotels.com. and my requested room wasn't available. I was so tired after driving for 7 hours and thought I might not have a place […] to stay, but she assured me there would be a room available. The airport shuttle driver was very prompt in retrieving my daughter at the airport. We were in a mad rush to get to my aunt's 100th birthday party on time, since my daughter's arrival had been delayed from Friday evening until Saturday morning, (fog in SF). Then one of her bags was missing, resulting in her having to stand in line to file a claim. The staff granted us a 30 minute late checkout so she could shower and dress for the party. The kingsize bed was very soft. For my wife that was a bad thing because she sleeps on her stomach. The next morning she reported her lack of sleep and discomfort and the desire to check out and find a better place. The staff responded very professionally and said they would completely refund our money, even for the night we used the place. She also […] showed my wife other rooms that might be better suited. We then ate breakfast. The breakfast was very complete with good choices, fresh bananas, good coffee, etc. My wife elected to put things under the mattress and tough it out because they were good people. . . This hotel was close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, my destination. Additionally, it was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was warm and friendly- very helpful. It was worth the price negotiated by hotels.com.

The hotel is VERY convenient to major highways, Hall of Fame, and has nearly every kind of store/restaurant/etc. nearby that you can imagine. Plenty of fast food choices, all major shopping vendors, etc. If you need to buy something and you can't find it nearby, you won't find it anywhere! The staff was extremely nice. Special Note: I had to change the amount of nights of my stay (cancelled a night / left early) due to an emergency situation and the hotel did not charge me for the night, even with late notice.
