Hesperia Playa Dorada - Yaiza

Das Hotel war für den geringen Preis in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zur Playa Dorada. Zur Hauptpromenade mit vielen Restaurants ist es nicht weit (ca. 7 min. zu Fuß). Auch zum schönen Yachthafen Rubicon mit seinem interessanten Wochenmarkt ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Die Pools waren sehr sauber […] und die Gärten gepflegt. Im Hotel gibt es auch einen Indoor-Pool. Die Zimmer sind sauber jedoch auch sehr abgewohnt was man deutlich an den Möbeln sieht. Wir empfanden dies aber nicht als störend. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und sehr bemüht. W-Lan gab es gratis in der Lobby. Mehrere Internetterminals sind auch vorhanden. Viele deutsche TV Sender sind über den Fernseher im Zimmer empfangbar. Das Hotel bietet zudem ein breites Unterhaltungsangebot welches wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Negativ empfanden wir die größe des Hotels - es ist riesig! Daher haben wir uns beim Frühstück wie auf einem Bahnhof gefühlt. Das ist aber Geschmackssache! Mehr

Great hotel, will definitely go back. Rooms are lovely, very clean, made up each day with fresh towels etc. Fantastic location, outside areas lovely. Breakfast is great. A few pointers for the hotel that I really think they need to take on board: Pots for coffee at breakfast would be very handy plus it would save so many people walking around so many […] times with cups of roasting coffee. I asked for a Mojito one afternoon at the pool bar and was told NO! Eventually I got it. I asked for a Sangria with Cava at the pool bar which was on the bar menu and I was told NO! It just left a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. Some staff were lovely but some really didn't make an effort with customers and came across pretty grumpy. At the very least put a kettle in the rooms so people have the option of making their own coffee/tea, it is nice to sit on the balcony in the morning with a cuppa. Occupies a prime position overlooking sandy beach. Second visit to this hotel. The indifferent restaurant service is amply compensated by the heated pool and surroundings.Overall a very enjoyable holiday with winter sunshine and coastal walks.

We booked a week at the hotel and got a nice seaview room as requested. Everything here is good except the food. Its down to the absolute minimum of quality, and I wouldnt recommebd all inclusive, because you would go crazy. We rarely ate breakfast even tho it was bed and breakfast. The only thing you could eat there was the things made not by the hotel, […] like cucumber and bread. There are many bars and restauranta 1 min walk away, so we went there as often as we could. I recommend Don Giovanni and the pasta there. Pool area is nice and nothing to complain on the rest of the hotel quality. Mehr

I stayed for NYE 2011. So called 4 star hotel with towels laid on the floor from the hall and disgusting clorant smell from the swimming pool, it was a bad sign. The room was correct but no fridge. For heater, for fridge even for the indoor swimming pool and 30 year old looking crappy gym (5 euros per person per day), they charge every single service […] provided by the hotel. Even a late checkout in most of 4 star hotels is complementary, this hotel charges 5 euros per hour! Do not believe what they say as wifi does not work either in the room unless you pay extra. Average tenants age was 60 I would say. Overall horrible experience which ruined my holiday. I recommend future clients to be careful and even better to stay somewhere else! Mehr

Just back from an enjoyable stay at this hotel. I read the many reviews about this hotel before booking and I was not disappointed with my choice. The staff at reception were great, very helpful, friendly and professional. I had requested a room with a sea view on booking and was delighted to find I was accommodated. The room itself was great and was […] cleaned every day. The hotel architecture was very impressive especially around the lobby area and the surrounding grounds were nice with a direct access to the promenade and beach. I booked on a bed and breakfast basis because I preferred to eat out for dinner. The breakfast was good with a large selection of food to choose from and you could eat as much as you wanted if you so wished. The hotel offers free wi fi which is great and there were entertainment acts laid on every night for the guests. The only downside to the holiday was that it was cloudy a lot of the time that I was there, but it did not put me off. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and hope to make a return visit here again. Mehr

Fantastic location on seafront, nice pool area, good sized room. Food fairly good. Unfortunately let down by attitude of staff, all, without exception be it reception, bar area or restaurant are complacent, to the point of arrogance towards holiday makers. The hotel needs to remember, we all have a choice as to where we spend our holidays!

Hotel is midway between Marina Rubicon and the town and just a couple of minutes walk to the lovely beach. Had junior suite which was well worth the extra money, fridge in room , plenty of space , sea view and balcony had sun most of the day. The air con in the room worked very well and as a bonus was really quiet ! . It is however a large hotel and […] breakfast can be hectic ... eat outside to avoid the mayhem if you can. Plenty of choice at breakfast for everyone. There were plenty of sun loungers round the pools all day, even tho it was half term. Service in hotel was fine but very indifferent in restaurants close by. Best bet for dinner is def Marina. The 2 Italian restaurants were very good with excellent service and food but the best meals (although pricey) were at Casa Roja also in the Marina. There is a lovely bar with laid back live music in the Princessa Yaiza (2mins away) and for friendy people, live music and enormous measures try Mollys bar just another 2 mins towards town. All in all Mother (58) and Daughter (26) had a lovely holiday. We have both been to Lanzarote many times before but would recommend Playa Blanca to anyone wanting a laid back holiday. Would def stay at Hesperia again. Having a fridge meant that we could buy drinks in the supermarket (2 mins away) and avoid paying over the odds for soft drinks in the day. Mehr

The Hotel is conveniently placed, with a short walk to either the town or the Marina. The hotel is light and the rooms are fairly spacious, and the air conditioning worked really well. The beds were comfortable and the linen changed regularly, as were the towels. The staff are friendly, and most spoke acceptable english. The facilities at the hotel […] are good, with the pool bar and the poolside restaurant doing good business during the day. There are activities for clients during the day, although you are not pestered to join in any of them. There is a good choice of entertainment in the evenings. The food is of a good quality, although I was only at the hotel on a bed/breakfast tariff. I would use this hotel, and visit this resort again. Mehr

Only the spanish staff could speak proper english!!! There were far too few people working cuasing long delays. Rooms were very basic and i would definitely say this is not a 4 star hotel!!

Si bien la zona de Playa Blanca es ideal para las vacaciones en Lanzarote y la ubicación del hotel es buena, el Hesperia Playa Dorada nos decepcionó bastante. Se ve, se palpa y se nota que el hotel ha ido envejeciendo y ahorrando en detrimento de los clientes. Desayuno insulso y repetitvo, habitación sin luz y moqueta olorosa -unido a que el servicio […] no reponía los botes de gel y champú-, tumbonas desgastadas y hundidas por el peso de clientes anteriores y orondos... En suma, no volveremos a dicho hotel ni se lo recomendamos a nadie. Lanzarote es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar y descansar, y por menos precio, estamos seguros de que econtraremos un hospedaje mejor. Mehr

Ya había estado anteriormente en éste hotel y por desgracia cada vez está peor. Sobretodo a nivel de la Recepción ya que por ejemplo les dije que la puerta de habitación estaba descolgada y entraba muchisimo viento, solución: que conocen una empresa de calefactores y si queremos podemos "ALQUILAR " uno para evitar el frío, esta una de tantas. Menos […] mal que el servicio a nivel de mantenimiento y sobre todo de comedor un 10, gracias a ellos los huéspedes lo sobrellevamos mejor porque ponen de su parte lo que el hotel ( más bien la Cadena NH) no pone, ya que está muy dejado. Var der i begynnelsen av februar. Bortsett fra spisesalen var det kjølig på hotellet, og på rommet var det ingen oppvarming; for kladt. På hjemmeisden sies det at alle rom har minibar. Dette måtte vi i tilfelle betale ekstra for. Det samme gjaldt safe, 2,50 euro pr. døgn. For innendørs basseng måtte vi også betale ekstra. I informasjonen sies det også […] at alle rom får "complementary newspapers", men dette så vi ikke noe til. Maten var helt standard. Etter vår mening er dette et hotell som ikke tilfredsstiller 4 stjerner. Mehr

El hotel no cuenta con calefacción central (dicen q están en una isla calurosa), y nos toco una semana con bajas temperaturas por la noche. Al pedir un calefactor dijeron que lo tenían que cobrar extra. La habitación es muy húmeda, tuvimos frió. Hemos pasado cinco días en este hotel. En cuanto a mi opinión general es que es un hotel de tres estrellas y no de cuatro. Pero esta en una zona estupenda y aunque las habitaciones están viejas y descuidadas repetiría. Habitaciones antiguas y descuidadas, escaza limpieza. Reservamos habitacion de no fumadores y nos metieron en una de fumadores, en 6 dias no cambiaron las toallas, habia hormigas en el baño..en fin las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien así como el desayuno pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. gracias

Ideal para descansar. De lo mejor, el personal del hotel, los eventos que organizan todos los días, etc. Tienes todas las comodidades sin salir del hotel y está en una de las mejores zonas (por no decir la mejor) de Lanzarote.

El hotel esta muy bien en general pero durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que soportar colas de hasta de 45 minutos para poder acceder al comedor todos los dias a la hora de la cena, y lo peor, viendo que habia mesas libres... la conclusion personal que sacamos nosotros es que habia problemas de organizacion por parte del responsable (metre) y falta de […] personal.Los camareros siempre fueron muy profesionales y muy amables. Por otro lado, un gesto muy feo por parte de la responsable de recepción del hotel que estaba la noche que pedimos las hojas de reclamación fue que nos intentó colar que las hojas de reclamacion eran unas que ponia NH en el membrete y no tenian calcos, en lugar de las oficiales del cabildo de las Canarias. Finalmente, se las volvimos a pedir y nos la dió. En ningun momento se molestó en interesarse por ello, dar explicaciones o dar unas disculpas por la "equivocación" al darnos las hojas. Es intolerable que un Hesperia NH tenga ese nivel de descontrol a la hora de cenar. Mehr

Хороший отель - отличное местоположение (минута от пляжа и прямой выход к морю). Номера не новые, но вполне нормальные. Не понравилось заселение - долго ждали в очереди, на рецепции персонал почти не говорил по-английски (основной контингент отдыхающих-испанцы), а также очереди на ужин в ресторане. Het hotel Hesperia Playa Dorada is gelegen op een perfecte locatie, vlakbij veel restaurants en winkeltjes. Tevens op 100m van mooi zandstrand. Hotel is wat gedateerd, maar wordt wel keurig onderhouden.

Muy bien ubicado, con la playa a los pies y acceso desde la piscina. Por ese mismo lado, en el paseo marítimo que va desde la Marina Rubicón por todo Playa Blanca, con oferta gastronómica para todos los gustos y agradable para pasear. Las habitaciones (al menos la parte que está sin reformar) necesita urgentísimamente la reforma. En cualquier caso, […] la limpieza diaria muy mejorable (que hagan la habitación para mí es más que hacer la cama). Las zonas comunes (piscinas, desayunos) y la animación, bastante bien. Sólo lo recomendaría cuando todo esté reformado (ahora te cobran bastante suplemento si quieres una habitación de las que ya está cambiada) y suponiendo que la limpieza también mejore (me dieron ganas de hacer check-in y out cada día para que la habitación siempre estuviera a punto). l'hotel si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia di playa dorada che ha un mare splendido. le camere sono molto spazione pulite e con un grande poggiolo. si mangia molto bene con carne e pesce alla griglia tutte le sere.buona l'animazione e belle le piscine.

Lo mejor para mí, su localización al lado de Playa Dorada. Y en un paseo vas a la zona de restaurantes del centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca o a la del puerto deportivo de Marina Rubicón.

El mobiliario de las habitaciones es viejo y está deteriorado, la moqueta muy sucia y el baño es también muy viejo, y no esta bien limpio. La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, para tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas es inaceptable que no se limpien los vasos, y no es un olvido de las camareras me confirmaron n receción que eso no […] entra en la limpieza de las habitaciones. El spa no puede llamarse spa, consiste unicamente en un mini yacuzzi y un baño turco que tienen cerrado. Eso si tienen una piscina cubierta muy buena. Te piden 25 € de depósito por las toallas y el gorro hay que pagarlo. Los desayunos y las cenas están bastante bien. La situación es muy buena. Mehr

El hotel tiene 4*, en zonas comunes vale pero en las habitaciones le sobra 1*. Me parece muy cutre que los hoteles cobren suplemento por usar una caja de seguridad que una vez instalada no produce gasto alguno, pero es que este hotel cobra hasta por el minibar, si señores si quieres tener un sitio para enfriar el agua tienes que pagar tu cuota diaria […] de casi 4€...en fin, son como ryanair se paga por todo. Únicamente comentar que podrían mejorar la limpieza y poner nevera en la habitación. Por lo demás, el hotel está fenomenal, muy bien situado, el personal es encantador. Era nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y seguramente repetiremos.

Hemos estado 6 dias en Lanzarote y la impresion del hotel en general ha sido muy buena. Tenia algunas dudas al principio al leer alguna reseña que indicaba algo de antiguedad en el hotel pero no me lo ha parecido para nada. Estan pintando los comedores, los cuales son confortables, el servicio es muy bueno, la comida es correcta y variada y su situacion […] es inmejorable. SIn problemas de aparcamiento y la habitacion muy limpia, con buen servicio de habitaciones a diario. Sin duda, si tengo que repetir, escojere el hotel y tambien sin duda, se lo recomendaria a cualquiera. Un saludo Mehr

Nuestra estancia ha sido genial, a pesar de los comentarios de esta página decidimos reservar y ha sido todo un acierto. La situación inmejorable, la habitación una pasada y las intalaciones muy bien también. Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. El buffet del desayuno fantástico también y muy variado (incluso había leche de soja que no lo suelo encontrar […] en ningún buffet). Las limpiadoras muy antentas, nos lo dejaban todo perfecto. Lo único que quizás igual sorprende es que aún tengan cortinas en la bañera. No obstante no nos defraudó y hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas. Mehr

Somos una pareja joven y hemos estado en semana santa 2011. Al grano: Cucarachas ni una. Lo de la moqueta en la habitacion y los baños tan anticuados lo peor. Lo mejor la situación y los espacios comunes. Estos si están a la altura, piscina, duchas, pasillos, comedores,... En definitiva, este hotel ha sido parte o ha contribuido a que nuestra estancia […] en la isla sea digna de recordar y lo hayamos pasado genial, con lo cual, buena elección el hotel Hesperia Playa Dorada. No es nada moderno, más bien pretende aparentar pero se ve anticuado. Enfocado a los turistas alemanes con ganas de piscina i espectáculos nocturnos. No se recomienda a parejas que busquen romanticismo. No se incluyen las bebidas en la media pensión y además son muy caras.

excelente ubicación para quien busca entretención pero en un ambiente más familiar. Cerca de la mejor playa y con vista inmejorable. Hotel de unos años pero bien mantenido. Su gran debilidad son las comidas. Mala calidad, malas preparaciones, baja sofisticación, realmente no ve la buena comida española en ninguna opción del buffet.
