Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Die Klimaanlage sehr störend da sie auch sehr alt ist und schon sehr laut ist. Natürlich entschädigt der Anblick der Umgebung fast alles. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Mittelklasse Zimmer aufgrund der Tiefe des Raums extrem dunkel, ohne künstliches Licht kann man sich darin kaum aufhalten. Zimmerservice, Frühstück einigermaßen OK, Bedienung freundlich, Preise noch erschwinglich

War ok. Zweckmässig, grosses Zimmer, nett eingerichtet.

Sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer am Stadtrand. Exzellentes Restaurant. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

War ein sehr schönes Hotel. Hatten tolle Zimmer, die Leute waren freundlich und es hatte einen Pool und Whirlpool. Neben an hatte es gleich ein Restaurant, welches sehr gut war. Das Hotel ist auch nicht schlecht gelegen.

We stayed in a 2 double bed economy room on the second floor. It was clean with a modern decor despite the exterior being a very 70's design . For a reasonable price we got all the regular stuff plus a bar fridge, a small "kitchen" table and reliable Wifi. The bathroom was bright and modern. The pool was nice and the hot tub looked good though we didn't […] use it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a bit of a walk to the downtown shops so we drove but lots of guests did walk the 10-15 minutes to downtown. I will be staying at the Marmot again should I have need to spend the night in Jasper again. Mehr

MARMOT LODGE IS AN EXTREAMLY PLESANT STAY, I CERTAINLY HOPE THEY CONTINUE THEIR PARTNERSHIP WITH HOTELS.CA AS OTHER WISE IT IS ALMOST UNAFFORDABLE TO STAY.

The hotel isn't going to win any architectural prizes, but the rooms are clean and comfortable with good (if dated) facilities. We stayed in a kitchenette room, which was very spacious. As you might expect, the kitchen facilities are small, but they include a proper stove, which was a bonus. We've stayed here twice and the quality of service was of […] the same standard both times. Hotel staff were friendly and informative, and the location an easy walk into Jasper. The hotel also lived up to its pet friendly claims (we travelled with our dog). Mehr

Our second time staying. Rooms are great, a bit small if you were staying for any length of time. Bathroom seems to be newly renovated, nice! Very quiet. Restaurant next door was really great, great food, great service. A great stay, Thanks

A good inexpensive hotel to spend the night for a ski weekend. Restaurant was very good. Bed was comfy and hot tub was great.

Short walk from Downtown so you can drink instead of drive! Beautiful view of the mountains to the north, cozy fireplace, 42" flat screen TV. The pool is a little small but the out door hot tub was great. Can't drink a beer or even a water in the hot tub though. Altogether, a great change from sitting at home.

Was very comfortable, clean and modern. Complimentary tea and coffee in room, hair dryer, etc. great beds, sheets and pillows. Would definitely go back.

It was very good.Older hotel but well looked after.

staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay in Jasper

Loved the restaurant and that I could park in front of my room. A bit of a walk from the main town center but still walking distance. Great price for what you get!

Ecellent service. The hot tub and pool were alot of fun. The hotel was located near downtown Jasper and was within walking distance. Very friendly and reliable staff.

We were very happy at the Marmot Lodge. The bed was comfortable, it was pretty quiet. We didn't hear room to room noise, just some from outside. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Marmot is just before the main drag of Jasper and our room was clean, tidy and the service was great. I

We love the Marmot. I enjoy the fact you have your own door and don't have to always walk down a long hallway to get to your room. Vehicle is usually parked right outside your door which makes it very easy to load and unload suitcases and such.

We have stayed at the Marmot Lodge twice, once in a kitchenette room and once in a single King bed room. The kitchenette room was very outdated, but clean. The Single king room was redone and very nice and clean. After visiting Jasper a few times this winter and staying at a few different hotels, we prefer stay to Marmot Lodge.

Snowy and windy outside, nice n cozy inside. The only thing missing was a teflon fry pan.

The hotel is located about a 20 minute walk from the shopping district. The staff was very friendly. You will be able to hear your neighbours but we had no problems with any. The room and its amenities(shower, flat screen tv, fridge, etc.) were in good shape. The bed was a typical hotel bed, made you miss your own bed. A bit strange, the indoor pool […] can only be accessed by going outside. There are change rooms with spots to put ur clothes but no way to lock your possesions up. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to a friend. Mehr

The room we had with a kitchenette once inside the room it reminded me a cottage in the mountains . Had a great time Skiing and after Skiing Relaxed in the Hot Tub, Jacuzzi & Pool had dinner In the dining room with the real roaring wood fire place. Food and service was exceptional. Try it out .

We chose this hotel because it advertised to have an outdoor hot tub, something we figured we would love to have access to after a long day of skiing... The hot tub was barely warm, my girlfriend actually got cold in it... Very disappointing. The room was well kept, but the housekeeping staff attempted to enter our room well before the 11AM checkout, […] waking us up. I had to call the front desk to tell them to tell the staff to not enter our room. When checking out, the guest in front of me commented on the hot tub as well, citing it as the reason for picking this hotel... The deskperson's response was, "Oh that's too bad, sorry about that." A pretty generic and uncaring response. They did nothing to try and recover this person as a return customer. I didn't bother complaining, I just wanted to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

We stayed there for our 7th or 8th time, this time over Christmas. We were provided with a couple of Christmas oranges and shortbread cookies on Christmas day. The outdoor hottub is always a favourite, although often busy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff is always very friendly. Note that there is no gym at this hotel. You can go to the […] Lobstick or Chateau Jasper gyms as a guest of Marmot (a 5min walk away), but their gyms are pretty limited as well. It's on the outer edge of town, so a bit of a jaunt in to the shops/restaurants, but the hotel is always quiet and comfortable, so we stay here often (also always a reasonable price). Mehr

I would not recomend this hotel to anyone staying in the japer area. extreamly disorganized. Checkin was a disaster. The first room did not have heat and no action was takin to solve the problem, the second room was cancelled on me even after I did a early check in that morning resulting in a 1 hour wait to get a new room. after all this the hotel staff […] did not have any concern for my situation and no actions were taken to better my stay, Other than a smug comment from the front desk telling me at least I have a room. And I found their system to be out dated and extreamly!!!! dis organized not impressed at all. I would strongly caution any one not to stay at this hotel I was only one of the other twenty customers frustrated in the lobby. not including the line up out the door of people who were waiting to be served. This was a great place to stay without spending too much, but still maintaining a relatively high quality, cleanliness, etc. It's a very close drive to the heart of Jasper town, but a little too far to walk -- in the winter at least. The pool and hot tub aren't anything fancy, but are perfectly nice. I recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't want […] to splurge, but expects a 'nice enough' place to stay on vacation. Mehr

Nice, quiet, comfortable room for a good price, and nice service. 10 or 15 minutes away by walk from downtown.

The only complaint I had was the beds are too hard.

nice rooms, great restaurant, outdoor hottub very nice, indoor pool/hottub/sauna nice but have to go through pool area to get to changerooms so bring indoor shoes/flipflops as pool deck could get a bit grungy from winter boot tracks

I booked the room online and got a great rate, even in the low part of the season. What impressed me was that they were renovating some of the rooms and that is always a good sign! I just needed a place to sleep and rest but the room they gave me was a large room with two double beds, very clean, and well maintained.

This hotel was great! Our only issue is not something they can fix, just something we wish we had known. The hotel is more of a motel, so there is no inside access from the hotel room. We had to go outside, which for little ones is hard. It was clean, and the customer service was great!
