Wir haben unsere individuell geplante Reise in Tel Aviv begonnen. Das Hotel liegt im jeminitischen Viertel und ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der Strandpromenade gelegen. Das moderne Tel Aviv wie auch Old Jaffa können von hier aus sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Es können aber auch Fahrräder im Hotel für kleines Geld ausgeliehen werden. Das relativ kleine Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern wird von ein paar netten jungen Leuten geführt, die auch mit Rat und Tat und vor allem guten Restauranttips sehr hilfreich sind. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber, die Größe der Zimmer entspricht dem Preis. Wichtig: Da wir am Freitag während des Shabat in Ben Gurion ankamen, war der Shuttleservice des Hotels sehr wertvoll, da hierduch sehr viel Zeit gespart werden kann. Bequemer wars ebenfalls.

Ich reise viel, auch in 5 Sterne Hotels auf der ganzen Welt, aber so guten Service hatte ich selten. Ein sehr gutes Beispiel habe ich beim Frühstück erlebt. Ich war 20 Minuten zu spät da und alles war abgeräumt. Als ich gefragt wurde, wie es mir geht meinte ich nur scherzhaft, dass ich leider das Frühstück verpasst habe. Und schon stand ein Frühstück für mich auf dem Tisch. In 5 Sterne Hotels habe ich es schon erlebt, dass ich 5 Minuten vor Schluß komme und nichts mehr bekomme. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit einem hervorragendem Service. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und es macht Spass dort zu sein.

das hostel (ehemals hotel) liegt nur durch hauptverkehrsstrasse getrennt am strand von tel aviv. es ist sauber und einfach. ein tolles frühstück bekommt man im cafe direkt nebenan. das zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend für einen städtetrip. sehr nettes personal, auch deutschsprachig. für surfer absolute toppadresse, da direkt vor der tür. einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr schnell erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Weniger als 5 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Einkaufsgegend um die Dizengoff Str., die "White City", der Rothschild Boulevard mit zahllosen Cafés und Restaurants sowie die Altstadt von Jaffa sind problemlos zu Fuß in etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal des Hotels ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und etwas veraltet aber trotzdem sauber. Einziges Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört alle Geräusche von der Straße und auf dem Flur. Der Pub im gleichen Haus sorgt ebenfalls für "Stimmung" ;-) Meist wird die Musik allerdings ab Mitternacht wieder ruhiger. Trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel wenn man mit diesen Abstrichen leben kann. Direkt um die Ecke vom Hotel befinden sich nette kleine Cafés, Supermärkte und der Carmel Markt um sich mit Leckereien zu versorgen.
Lage
Alexander Suites Hotel befindet sich mitten in Tel Aviv und liegt gleichzeitig am Strand. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar: Strand von Metzitzim und Nordau Beach. Dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Hilton Beach und Hafen von Tel Aviv.

Neben einem 32-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit Premium-Digital-TV-Empfang sind die Zimmer mit folgenden Angeboten und/oder technischen Geräten ausgestattet: kostenlose Filmkanäle und DVD-Player. Zur Zimmerausstattung gehören außerdem: Schreibtische, kostenlose Zeitungen sowie Telefone mit Freisprechfunktion und Voicemail. grundsätzlich ist das Hotel in Ordnung ... die gute Lage zum Strand und ggfls. Restaurants. Das Frühstück, der Service war durchschnittlich.

the hotel is okay it is located close to the beach and the port with many restaurants. The room are rather old and the cleanliness of the bathroom was a disaster, it was rusty and dirty.

Very nice room, a little dark but really cool furnished. One of the best breakfast we ever had. It is a really good choice but a swimming pool is missing.... Hotel is close to beach and harbour.

The rooms and the food are very good . The great advantage of this hotel is that it is Quiet with no noisy organised groups like many large hotels.

I knew nothing about the Alexander when I booked it on Hotels.com so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the hotel and the rooms which are suites. The staff was attentive and stored our excess luggage while we flew off to Eilat. The breakfast was excellent with all the trimmings and eggs made to order. "Relaxing comfort in Tel Aviv"
An excellent staff and the comfort conveniences were very good. There is even a pool table on the main floor. Don't miss the rooftop lounge. It is open air and the furniture is comfy. It provided a nice view of the city while we were being catered to by professional staff who knew to give us plenty of space to relax.

The hotel location was perfect for our visit. The Old Port is a great part of Tel Aviv to experience, and it is a short walk to the beach. The hotel, while not over the top deluxe is very comfortable. The staff is excellent and accommodating in all regards. The roof top restaurant has an wonderful view and a great Israeli breakfast. "Excellent hotel in Tel Aviv"
The hotel is located near the beach, yet it's quiet, walking distance to Dizengoff and all bus lines, near the port of Tel Aviv. Friendly staff, nice and comfortable suites. Only a bit pricey.

Room is great. Everything is new, clean, modern. Realy felt at home. restaurant is good. Ask for a sea view at the check in if possible. .
Very nice hotel close to the beach. Friendly staff. Having breakfast outside on the top-floor is just spectacular. The room was excellent and spacious for the three of us. I can only recommend that hotel.

We stayed in this hotel three nights last week and had a wonderful experience! We showed up at about 11:00 am and they already had a room ready for us. It was the weekend of Yom Kippur so a lot of things were closed for part of the time we were there but the hoitel took very good care of us. By the time we came back from our tour Friday afternoon they […] had already put a box breakfast in our refrigerator for the next day. The only thing that that was kind of disappointing was that we were expecting it to beach front and it is not. It is about a half block from the beach and from our window we could only see a tiny sliver of water between two buildings. "Alexander Hotel was a great place to stay."
I went to Israel for a conference in Herzliya and decided to stay in Tel-Aviv rather than pay top dollar for a not-so-great hotel in Herzliya. I was very happy with my decision. Taxis were only 70 Shekels each way. I chose the Alexander Hotel because it was close to the beach. The pictures on the website made it look nice so I thought I'd give it a […] shot. I had to wait quite a bit for my room to be ready, as I arrived early in the morning. It wasn't an issue since they have a beautiful outdoor lounge/restaurant/bar on the top floor. When my room was finally ready, I realized they had given me a smoking room which was kind of stinky. They changed my room without a problem. I would recommend staying in the "newer" part of the building, with the more recently renovated rooms. All in all I enjoyed my stay. There was an amazing breakfast buffet every morning and the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach. There is a 24 hour AM/PM grocery shop two blocks away and an assortment of restaurants nearby on the boardwalk. I ordered room service a few times and it was ok. Don't order the pizza if you are in the mood for a NY style pizza. I got some red sauce on a tortilla with cheese that was not mozz. The staff was really nice, from the desk clerk to the bartender. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. Mehr

This a 4 plus star hotel. Detailed and friendly. Great food and service. Exceptional front desk staff. Location has to be one of the best in the city. The beach at the hotel was fantastic one local told us our beach is the best in Tel Aviv. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms had picturesque views. Easy to get to and get around from. Fitness […] and business centers very good. Rooms come with a DVD player, cable channels nice touch and wonderful breakfast buffet was included. "No milk"
Very nice room and really comfortable bed. Adequate but underwhelming customer service. Sufficient gym, but insufficient opening hours. Despite advertising that they have "tea and coffee facilities" in the room, we were asked to pay a ridiculous amount for milk when we asked for it. My wife and I had a wonderful time here. It has its quirks - the room furniture feels a bit low, and the breakfast is plentiful but not the best - but it's a charming spot just steps away from the Harbour with great shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Plus it's easy - if you have the time - to walk all the way down to Jaffo along the beautiful promenade. Dejligt at kunne sidde i andet end sengen i soveværelset. Vi brugte ikke alle mulighederne på dette sted, men man kunne godt have haft et liv " lidt væk fra restauranter". Masser af muligheder for indkøb nær ved - og større marked længere væk - ogg et basalt udstyret "køkken".

Ligging van hotel bij oude haven en op loopafstand van strand is geweldig. Openbaar vervoer om de hoek. Het dakterras, waar een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt wordt geserveerd in buffetvorm, met uitzicht op de stad en zee, is een echte aanrader. De oude haven waar mooie restaurants en winkels zijn is heel dicht bij het hotel. De kamers zijn licht en ruim […] en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt waarbij de bedden ook dagelijks verschoond worden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar in het restaurant is het personeel niet goed opgeleid. Iedereen doet maar wat en lijkt enigszins ongeorganiseerd. Ligger enkelt i forhold til strand. Store rom og velfungerende air condition. Suiter er store rom, men ingen spesiell følelse av luksus.

Tout était très bien et conforme à nos attentes sauf le petit déjeuner, assez léger et peut conforme à nos goûts européens. Rajouter une odeur d'aspirateur très forte dans le couloir des chambres et cela laisse une impression moyenne. C'est dommage.
