Extended Stay Deluxe Fort Worth - Fossil Creek - Fort Worth

The room and most of the staff were good. The problem we did have with this hotel is that we stayed overnight and the next morning at 9:30am housekeeping tried to enter the room without knocking or acknowledging themselves. Just think that this is a subject that should be known.

The lobby looks really nice, but as we got to our room, you can tell the hotel is older and doesn't seem very clean at all. Our comforter had a stain on it, bed was hard - could feel the springs...and the floor felt dirty. Bathroom was the same way - very dirty, found hairs, etc... yuck. The room across the hall from us had dishes in the hallway at […] 4pm when we arrived and when we left at 11am the next day, they were still sitting there yet we saw the cleaning ladies in the halls the entire time we were there, including 9:30 am when they were trying to enter our room that next morning. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel staff, asked them to call us a cab and went down and they forgot too... no one was at front desk to answer phone twice when we called down at different times. Elevators were broke, thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. Can't imagine people lugging their bags up to the 6th floor! Mehr

Had a three night stay. Everything was clean and quiet. Got exactly what was advertised. Only thing that could have been better was the turn down service, found ourselves dumping our own trash and asking for new towels and pillows. Those minor things aside I got what I paid for and would have no problem staying there again.

I liked the price rates and the room was very clean and the staff also very helpful. I will definatley stay here next time.

The hotel was nice & staff was friendly. I had reserved a room for 4 (myself, husband & 2 kids) & the reservation had been put under 1 adult, so we had originally had 1 bed in the room. The front desk quickly changed our room to accommodate us. The only problem I had was that we had a non smoking room, but it stunk of cigarette smoke. We had a nice room. It was clean and good size. I plan on staying there again the next time I am in the Fort Worth area.

I found this hotel to be clean and well-maintained. The amenities were a little-bit old-school: punch-card type door keys instead of magnetic, bulky tube television as opposed to flat screen, for example. But other than these very minor disappointments my stay here was comfortable and reasonably priced.

Heater/AC in room not working. Was a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. Will be my last stay at any of their properties. Pay the extra $ and stay somewhere else. You have been warned!

I was not present at check out but my fiancee was. His name was not on the room so the employees hassled him. The front desk lady wanted to see everyones id's & called the police when my fiancee & friends that helped him pack up the room were leaving due to my fiancee not able to show his id because it was lost! She even went outside on the phone with […] the police telling them our friends license plate number! Very dissapointed and outraged that they were treated in this fashion! Mehr

Towels were stained, luckily there were more. Non smoking rooms had strong odor of cigarrette smoke.Mattress needs to be changed.
