Kyriad Orly Airport - Athis-Mons

My stay was only one night but I would definitely use it again. On arrival at the airport on Sunday night, I called the hotel to request their courtesy bus to collect me. It arrived within 10 minutes and I was in my room within another 10 minutes. Very efficient ! I would highly recommend it as a stopover hotel.

The shuttle bus is very convenient but apparently it's ONLY for pick-up from airport when arrive AND send to airport for flight. Too bad we couldn't use it to go back to the airport to take easy way to paris once we put our bags at the hotel. We had to take a local bus and then 2 trains to get to Avenue des Champs-Elysées which took us almost 1hour. Besides […] that, the hotel itself is VERY NICE for the considerable price. Very handy to the airport, rooms very comfortable, my stay had very strong winds overnight so windows were quite noisy. Only one restaurant next door which specialised in seafood and hard to get into so had Pizza delivered, reception staff very helpful. Free shuttle bus to the airport every 20 minutes which was very good.

This place is great if you need to stay over night in an airport, but probably not for a vacation in Paris. I had no problem with the shuttle they provided, and the breakfast was good.

I was pretty happy with my stay at Kyriad Hotel. I stayed there one night on my way out of Paris. When I called to ask the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, the guy at the hotel spoke English pretty well, which is always nice. When I got to the hotel, I actually wasn't very impressed with the lobby area, it just seemed cold and unattractive. But […] when I got to my room I was impressed. Compared to the downtown Paris rooms I had stayed at the past few nights, this one was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and even had a good wifi signal! There is a restaurant next door to the hotel, but they didn't start serving dinner until 6:30 (common), and when they did open it was completely packed due to a wedding reception. I asked the guy at hotel reception if there were any other restaurants within walking distance. When I got to the main road I found a huge Carrefour supermarket-type store that had a cafeteria inside it. It was similar to what you'd find at an Ikea. I ended up getting a great meal and a beer for only six or seven Euros! Overall I felt like the Kyriad Hotel was a great choice for a low-priced hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Mehr

We arrived at Orly Airport on a late night flight from Italy at around 11:30pm. I phoned the helpful English speaking receptionist while we were waiting for our bags who sent the shuttle bus around to pick us up. The bus arrived within 10 mins - the driver was cheerful and informative. Check in was very smooth - the room was perfect - clean with all […] the facilities you would need. The coffee and biscuits were much appreciated. We had a good nights sleep before catching the shuttle bus back to the airport in the morning and thence into Paris. We have stayed in several airport hotels over the years and this one is easily the best we have come across. That said it's an airport hotel - I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a stop over. Very good at what it is - if we ever need to stay at Orly again this is where we will be. ps It was good to see a Concord out of our bedroom window in the morning!!! Mehr

We were very happy with this hotel once we finally checked in. The place is clean and comfortable. Linen and towels clean, bathroom fine, services like wifi and room TVs are good. The location is not good for the city, but excellent for the airport. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the airport from 5am which is great. The area doesn'f offer […] much, but the restaurant next to the hotel is excellent and a great price! The only problem we had was checking in. The receptionist didn't even look at us, and when we went to our room it wasn't ready. We had to wait in reception for about 20mins and the receptionist really just wasn't friendly. Her mistake - not ours, so she could've been nicer about it and not just shrug her shoulders and say that she was so busy. A male staff member came to tell us when the room was ready and we were given a different room. A lesson in friendly customer service for some of the staff wouldn't go astray, otherwise this hotel was great. Mehr

When I complained about the bizarre situation, I was accused of lying! I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Very close to Orly airport, free shuttle which is ok on arrival but not so good if you have to get to the airport in the morning as it is too many people waiting to get a ride. Very clean. A lady receptionist was very friendly, the other receptionist (a guy) was very rude.

Good value overnight hotel close to Orly airport with shuttle service to and from airport. We travelled by Metro and OrlyBus to Orly airport late afternoon because we had a flight early the next morning. We rang the hotel to find out where the stop for the shuttle bus to the hotel was. It was in the middle of the bus station at the terminal and the […] bus arrived within 10 minutes of our call. Next morning, frequency of service to the airport was every 20 minutes. The hotel was fine, and the hotel breakfast was fair value, but the only restaurant in the area was attached to the hotel. There were also take away menus for both a Chinese restaurant and a pizza restaurant in the hotel room. We would advise against the attached restaurant, where quantity was confused with quality and service was very poor. We will stay at the hotel again because it is very convenient, but we will order in take away . Mehr

The hotel is very conveniently situated in respect of the airport being only about a mile or so away. Reception staff are bilingual, helpful, and efficient. The room was very clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. At the time of my stay (19/20 July 2010) there was individual room renovation work in progress, with associated noise disturbance […] (drilling etc) between the hours of 10am and 7pm. Pillows were good if you like thick ones, and not so good if you prefer thinner ones as I do. The air conditioning system in the room was functioning, but being only a low powered system, it's output was insufficient to cope with the unusual heatwave of over 90 deg F at the time of my stay. The TV remote control did not function, and although refered to the reception staff an alternative was not provided. Although a free airport shuttle bus is provided you have to phone the hotel from the airport in order to be picked up. Personally, I was denied use of the shuttle on the grounds that I was not flying anywhere and just wanted to use it to go to the airport to meet my spouse from an incoming flight and then return to the hotel. No doubt the adjoining restaurant is fine if you like Tex-Mex food but that genre is not to my personal taste. Overall a reasonable hotel for a one night airport related stay, especially with the substantial price discount obtained through Hotels.com as opposed to the usual published rates at the hotel door. However in the same way that the HVAC can't cope with a heatwave, I suspect that the heating side probably can't cope with freezing weather very well either, so perhaps not so good for dead of winter. If there's a typical, low-budget, minimalist airport hotel, this is it. Could use some refurbishing, but bathroom surprisingly adequate, and breakfast quite good and extensive, though not included in room price. Bed without boxspring; "firm." Lively restaurant next door; one other local option in a commercial center 300 meters away. From the same center, […] we chose to take a local bus to Place d'Italie metro stop (the end of the line), and metro from there into the city -- about a half-hour trip in all. Get the hotel's Paris phone number, and call when you land for their free shuttle; otherwise, you may never see their shuttle. Much more dependable service from the hotel to Orly. Je recommmande cet hotel pour le bon acceuil la propreté et aussi bonne situation pas .loin de l'aéroport ou on est conduit gratuitement

Accueil très sympathique, et chauffeur de navette très serviable.

hôtel calme, café ou thé à l'arrivée dans la chambre, réconfortant quand on arrive tard le soir. Petit déjeuner copieux. Transfert aéroport/hôtel-hôtel/aéroport assuré très apprécié. Rien à redire.

Hôtel très bien , par contre il a fallu attendre plus d'une heure ( après appel téléphonique, car il n'y en avait aucune de passage à l'aéroport) pour obtenir une navette de transfert orly-hôtel... un peu long surtout au mois de décembre...

Très bien situé pour une nuit en attente d'un vol. La navette gratuite avec Orly est très commode. Bon petit déjeuner copieux. A recommander pour les voyageurs en transit d un vol.

Idéal pour les départ d Orly (navette toutes les 20 minute), mais déconseille le restaurant que propose l hôtel (à côté) car ayant dîner dans ce restaurant j ai été malade toute la nuit et grâce à leurs diner ( pas frais) j ai eu un vol très difficile.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Navettes ponctuelles ttes les 20mn entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel (aller & retour) Navette pour nous récupérer tard (23h40) et toutes informations cordialement communiquées à ce sujet par tél. 無料シャトル（ナヴェット）は電話しないと来てくれないように書かれていたけど定期的に動いているようだった。 朝早い乗り継ぎ便だったけど20分おきにシャトルが来るので便利。 難点は廊下側の壁が薄く、廊下を歩く人の声が聞こえること。 部屋は改装されたばかりでキレイ、浴室もとても清潔でお湯の出もよかった。また利用したい。

Nous avons été très bien reçu. D'un point de vue qualité prix, cet hôtel est super. Il est proche de l'aéroport et l'hôtel propose une navette gratuite mais attention aux horaires! Pour ceux qui doivent se rendre à l'aéroport dans la nuit, vous pouvez demander à l'hôtel de vous réserver un taxi (compter une vingtaine d'euros)

Nous devions prendre l'avion le matin de bonne heure. Idéalement situé, facile d'accès, la navette gratuite pour l'aéroport, des chambres confortables, une propreté impeccable, le personnel est très bien, bref à recommander.

situé proche d'aéroport avec un service assez rapide de navette, accueil agréable , proche des centres commerciaux, internet et confort de la SDB est appréciable.

Super hôtel avec belles prestations. La navette gratuite depuis l'aéroport est très appréciable.
