This was a very nice hotel and the check-in was quick and the clerk was very friendly. They even called to ask if our room was satifactory and met our needs. On our last day of stay, I happened to leave the hotel room before the maids got to clean it and lo and behold, my Garnier Fructis Serum (hair treatment) was missing! I told the front desk and he told me that the maid who cleaned my room that day is running late. We were in a hurry to go back home so I decided to write an email to the manager instead. […] Then I got a reply that practically said I lied; that the maid said she did not take anything and that they could not find it either among the laundy, if it was mistakenly thrown in there. But, the letter goes, they will offer me a free stay. I feel like the manager never really understood my point. I told him I paid a premium to stay in a better hotel that we feel we'll be safer, and yet I got violated. It was not about that forgettable hair treatment I lost. I feel like their security is very lax then because if the maid didn't do it, then who did it? I did not invent a story to earn a free stay! But that was what the manager was practically saying in his reply. To make the story short, that was the last time I will ever stay in that hotel. We have always stayed with this hotel for the last 4 years and I feel the quality of service has really deteriorated. It is a shame that they have such management and staff for a hotel that is in a very nice location. Mehr

This was a very clean hotel and friendly staff. The price was reasonable for the Nashville area. The breakfast buffet was a cut above most. Location is next to Galleria Shopping Mall and plenty of eating places nearby.

Hotel is great, super clean and modern, beds very comfortable, nice wide tub that's easy to get out of (ever been in one of those narrow ones!!), hot breakfast, omelets, bacon, sausage, waffles, coffee and tea all day and chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Best of all was the indoor WARM water pool. Takes a lot to get us swimming when it's 39 […] degrees outside. Mehr

The doors slammed in the hallway when somebody would leave their room. Not too many channels to pick from on the tv. Great location close to good resteraunts. Breakfast was ok, the eggs were like rubber, and the pastries were stale. Waffles were good. No problem with the staff.

Very nice!! Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Loved it would stay here again.

My husband and I chose this hotel due to the location right near Cool Springs Mall, and also because we have been satisfied with other Country Inn and Suites in the past in other locations. It was a nice and newer hotel. Everything was clean and functioned well. The HOT breakfast was awesome, but the breakfast rooom was crowded. I only gave the comfort […] of the room a 3 because the bed was extremely hard and I probably slept only 2 or 3 hours that night. Very uncomfortable. I missed not receiving cookies upon arrival like I have at other Country Inn and Suites. But overall, it did it's job. Mehr

For a moderately-price, it was okay. It seemed to be the going price for hotels/motels in the area. It was the same price on all the other sites as well. The rooms were clean; the staff was friendly; and the location was also good. My two faults would be the limited breakfast and seating area. I think that the beverage I was drinking was orange juice. […] The colder foods should be kept/served at a cooler temperature, and the warmer food such be just that--served warmer. The other fault would be the elevator. It seems that there is just one elevator on the premises that is shared not only with the guests, but also with the cleaning staff. It took forever to get an elevator. Whenever one would arrive, you almost had to arm wrestle to see who was going to get the elevator. I eventually gave up and just took the stairs as it was much much faster. Mehr

The hotel is easy to find. It is a walk away from Coolsprings Galleria and other stores. The service is great; the room is clean and well-maintained. The only thing I find odd with our room is that the sink was too high and the toilet paper holder is located way too far from the toilet bowl that you have to twist to the left to get it.

I cant tell you enough how the housekeeping staff made sure that my room was clean and well stocked every day. I personally seen them sweep the bathrooms, spray down the tub, toilet, and sink area, and vacuum every day. The breakfast was good also. I had a wonderful stay and the location was right by the mall and all eating places.

Last minute trip but wanted a hotel near family and activities. This hotel met all my criteria. The room was attractive and clean. It had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, even more than I was expecting. Access was easy and parking convenient. My Mom and I stayed one night. We were in town for CMT's "Invitation Only~ Toby Keith". The bed, pillows and room was comfortable clean and nice. I would say that it was difficult for 2 women to get ready with one mirror with lighting. There was no mirror in the main room. This would have helped alot. I used the gym and loved it. The dumb bells were […] broken. However there was an elliptical, bike and treadmill with a TV and water available. I told the desk about broken DB's (bowflex type). I asked for a quiet room. We got it on the fourth floor in the corner. I slept like a rock all night. I never heard anything which is major for me! I would stay here again! Mehr

The hotel was extrememly clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical complimentary breakfast, but kept warm and well stocked. Staff was courteous at check-in/check-out. Overall a great hotel - close to the mall and several restaurants.

It was really nice in our room and plenty on towels.. Desk lady was nice.. but the room service doesn't speak any English..the pool is too small and kinda cold... then the walls and doors are too thin.. or the kids were just too noisey ... It was very close to everything, but just not good for sleepin

this room had everything you might want = even a sofa and lounge chair to sit and watch the nice flat screen TV

I went back to this hotel and it was again very nice across the board. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good free breakfast, located next to huge mall in populated area.

We had a great stay, the pillows were good, and that always makes for a nice sleep. Location was perfect for our needs, close to Downtown Franklin for great food, shops, and history. Also, close to a mall ( you could walk) if you forgot anything. Breakfast was more than enough and there was always a hot option for more substance. We would stay there […] again! Mehr

Compared to other hotels in the area it was a good value it had everything that you wanted a clean room and bath room, breakfeast, swimming pool and ample free parking.

THe staff/ownership obviously cares. Check in was flawless and friendly. Free breakfast was tremendous. Usually free breakfast means two breakfasts, because the free breakfast is so sparse/bad you have to take the kids out for breakfast anyway. You make you own waffles and they have eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, and more in sort of a buffet. Room […] was spotless and well finished. Indoor pool was nice and well ventilated. Location is right in the middle of the major retail area - big mall, strip malls, restaurants - which is very, very safe/populated area. I'd give it 6 stars on a scale of 1 to 5. Mehr

Location is fantastic. You can walk to Cool Springs Mall. No noise from interstate.
