The Innsbruck Luxury Condominiums Aspen - Aspen

I would highly recommend this complex. It was beautifully updated, walking distance to the town and Mall area of Aspen and also Aspen ski area. Very friendly staff and helpful as to recommending places to eat and etc. A short distance to Snowmass (maybe 30 minutes). You could drive or take the shuttle bus. I loved it. We absolutely loved our stay at Innsbruck! The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The fireplace was very cozy and we like having two full bathrooms. It is very updated with beautiful furnishings and a fabulous kitchen. I would definitely stay at this place again. Fantastic room and great comfort but no desk to work on, room was a bit small (but the bathroom was great with a huge shower with steam room capability... as should be expected... great for a skiing vacation! About 6 blocks from the ski lift...

What set this hotel above others was their staff. They had some of the most helpful and freindliest staff that I have ever encountered! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Innsbruck. Also, the sauna/shower combo rocks!

High quality room (although a little small) with very comfortable bed, great bathroom with wonderful shower and steam cubicle, 10 min walk to local restaurants.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was modern, clean and well maintained. Easy walking distance to town as well as free van transportation there/back. Would stay again!

The local staff were exceptional in trying to assist our every request. The location is great for walking around town. We parked our car upon arrival and did not move it until we left.. The rooms are very well equipped and is a home away from home. Highly recommended for any visitor to Aspen.. R

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room and facilities are nice and clean, and the location can't be beat! Hats off to a great establishment and to people who know their business and how to make people want to come back!

Room was great, awesome service and even opened the hot tub for my wife and I. Great time and very happy we stayed here.

Spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and within walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer. Highly recommended for families

This was a great place. We had a garden level (below ground) suite, and that protected us from any road noise. This is conveniently located right on Main Street, so I was concerned about noise. There was no problme in our suite.

This cabin is in a great part of Estes, right up close to Rocky Mountain, and is easy to find. The cabin is in great shape and very clean. The owner was very friendly and gave good recommendations on places to go to in town. Inside the cabin there's plenty of room, a TV in the main room and bedroom. couches, a nice kitchen and table, and a fireplace. […] My wife couldn't find a hair dryer though, which most places usually have. It was great to hear the stream flowing behind the cabin, and it's far enough away from the center of town so you can clearly see the stars and Milky Way above. I would highly recommend this cabin. This hotel was convenient for walking to everything in Aspen. It is located on the main street, however it was not noisy at all. The room and bathroom were decorated nicely and had high end accessories. The spa was on the front side, so we didn't try it as it didn't lend itself to much privacy. A pool as well (very small). So this is a strange place. 9,000 elevation and no cups or glasses in the room to drink the water needed to prevent altitude sickness. Great location to stay to go take pictures of Maroon Bells at sunrise, only there is no coffee in the room, nor on the site. "If you want coffee wait until 7:30 and walk a couple blocks to buy it" we were told, "if you […] wanted glasses and coffee you should have bought a suite. We had only bought a hotel room" And no ice, but what would we do with it anyway? Walls were paper thin, and if you got up early to photograph Maroon Bells, and wanted to nap? a complete joke, cleaning crew brought their kids ot insure lots of yelling in adjacent rooms. No elevators Owners spent lots of money on physical plant then skimped on items that would make the rooms useable. Clearly wouldn't go back. Mehr

We were in the back of the hotel, but still had a wonderful view of Aspen Mountain. We were able to walk everywhere in town. The room was very clean and elegantly appointed. My only disappointment were the pillows, which were very large and a bit too hard for my tastes. We didn't request others, but probably would have received some if we asked.

Clean, quiet, good location. But - smaller units do NOT have the kitchenette facilities (fridge and microwave, etc.) mentioned on hotels.com, i.e., " All guestrooms provide sofa beds and fireplaces. Guestrooms feature kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, and cookware/dishes/utensils." Not. This is Hotels.com's fault in the listing […] -- the Innsbruck's own website makes no such claim. Fortunately, we brought along a portable electric cooler for our travel food. If you go, be sure to talk directly to the hotel to verify which features are included with your room. Mehr

We very much enjoyed the Innsbruck because it offered the comfort of a condo with the convenience of a full-service hotel. Rooms were beautiful and well-appointed. Air-conditioning issues were my own negative to this great say.

We drove from Denver to Aspen to see one of our favorite bands and stayed one night at the Innsbruck. It was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was nicely appointed and located near everything we came to see. The front desk personell were very kind. The "king" bed we reserved was actually two twin beds shoved together and that coupled with the horrible rock hard pillows made for a very uncomfortable night. They would not accommodate a late check-out which we also found unfortunate […] since the town was completely empty. Mehr

The Hotel was beautiful, very good, size. Modern, homey colors, very comfortable. The mattress was a little firm for our tastes but over all a lovely place. Maids were great! They even did our dishes for us! I would and have recommended it to friends and family. Can't wait to go back!

The renovations for this hotel were beautifully done. It has the feel of a rich mountain cabin, with warm wood tones, hardwood floors and beautiful stone. The appliances are very high end, stainless steel and everything you need is included in the kitchen. The rooms are warm and comfortable, with comfy leather couches and oversized beds and the bathroom […] was very large and luxurious. Aside from the beautiful and comfortable interior, the service provided by this hotel exceeded our expetactions, from free wireless access to a free 24-hour shuttle service. The young man at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and must see hiking spots. If you can reserve a ground level room or 2nd floor room, that might be best. We were in a "garden level" room, and so it was a little dark, but still great. Won't stay anywhere else next time we're here! Mehr

The room was rather small, with room for only one night stand, but the bathroom was newly remodeled with a seamless glass shower door and steamer inside the shower, very nice size. The bedroom looked newly remodeled, tv on the wall, nice furniture. Great location. We walked to Aspen and never used the car.

Our stay at the Innsbruck was in the local vernacular, "AWESOME". Staff were courteous and accommodating. Facilities were immaculate. Located close enough to the heart of town to walk with ease to all points, but far enough out to be away from the crowd hustle and bustle. A keeper in our book.

Ótimo local para ficar em Aspen com a família. Tem uma cozinha bem equipada que permite fazer as refeições no quarto, uma piscina externa muito boa e um pessoal que atende muito bem e é muito gentil
