The Pros: -Good neighborhood -Fairly near restaurants and MOA -Price -Room was clean and had new paint -Airport Nearby but exterior sound proofing was good. The Cons: -Bed was defintely NOT a queen (it was more like a full so very uncomfortable for two adults and a toddler). -HORRIBLY noisy maid service, they would bang around the doors, talk extra […] loud, and sound like they were demolishing the neigboring rooms at 7:30am EVERY morning for the 5 mornings we were there. -VERY thin walls so had to listen to other rooms TVs and arguments up to 1am in the morning, just to wake up to the maids bright and early. -Didn't honor request for refrigerator or top floor that was given two weeks prior in booking. -No coffee maker! Overall I would look for a different hotel next time we stay regardless of any savings we may have with this hotel. Not worth the difference. Mehr

Because all the sound from the next room heard, so I could not talk at allbut also could not take a breath all the night. Breakfast was good comparing the price.

Clean Room, aside from minor mold in the bathroom. Friendly Staff Cont. Breakfast was banana, toast, baegel, muffin or frozen waffles. Major issue was extremely thin walls. Normal volume conversations could be heard. Neighbors TV , Shower, etc, all could be heard clearly.

Receptionist had difficulty being pleasant. People walking in lobby areas and coffee room without shoes, shirts. No welcome or thankyou for staying.Reported a horrible disturbance on third floor at 4:00am and couldn't get anyone to answer phone at desk.Stench of tobacco in hallway of third floor so strong it was gagging.The mattreess in #319 was pathetic […] actually sagging in middle.When reporting the previous night disturbance, receptionist looked disinterested and said "just someone drunk;!" Never use this motel or firm again!!! Receptionist reading a book and couldn't be bothered. Mehr

I never check into a hotel without some sanitizing wipes, this room didn't make me feel they were as important. The bathroom was actually clean which seems rare. I was very pleased with the cleanliness.

Everything went well despite some woman next door who decided to sing at the top of her lungs at midnight on Saturday. The sheets were clean, the towels were replaced and room cleaned well both days. Enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning as well.

Room was tiny, glad very short stay

Room was clean, beds were really comfortable. Location is very handy, minutes from the mall of America or downtown. The continental breakfast is pretty bare bones though, but what do you expect for the price.

Easy hotel to get to. Quite neighborhood with not much but industrial around it! Fairly close to everything around. Quick drive to xcel center or mall of America or intl airport!

The hotel was very clean, The room was small, but for over night stay was great and very nice for the price. Could have been larger breakfast seating area as there was not enough room to sit down.

Convenient to Minneapolis Airport and major highways. 15-20 minutes south of St. Paul. Close to shopping centers once you figure out how to find them. Room was comfortable but you have to request a microwave/fridge if you need them, and they're not always available. A comfortable chair would have been nice in the room & TV was older model which sat […] on top of the closet, a bit too high for most. Nice place to stay at a good price

If you're simply looking for a a pace to sleep at a good price, look no further.

I'm a 65 yr old woman traveling on my own and was skeptical of staying at a lower priced unknown chain. After reading prior reviews I decided to try it. I was plesantly surprised. Excellent staff, better than average continental breakfast, clean rooms.

Great staff. Good price. Room was small but it was all I needed. I will stay again.

Hotel is perfect for the price. Small rooms but very clean. No complaints. Easy access to the freeway and airport. In a very secure area.

We went to Mall of America for the weekend and stayed at this hotel. We only really needed a place to sleep and the included breakfast was a bonus. We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is very basic (cereal, toast, yogurt and bananas) but for the price was great. I would highly recommend […] this hotel. Sometimes the low price scares me that the hotel will be a dive. But don't let the price fool you. You are getting far more then what you paid for! Mehr

Within short driving distance of the Mall of America and the Zoo/IMAX. Good size room, free breakfast, pleasant staff.

Very helpful front desk staff. One thing is no hotel shuttle shallow $40 for cabs if you don't have car.

Great value for the cost. Clean. Great sheets and bed. Didn't have a blow dryer which seems pretty standard for hotel rooms. Very accomodating staff.

We needed a place close to the airport and this was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels and hot water. The free breakfast is pretty much sugary stuff and cereals, but I didn't choose it for the breakfast. I didn't hear highway noise as another guest mentioned but I wasn't in a room facing the freeway. […] The price is very reasonable and the airport was a hop, skip and a jump away. Two thumbs up! Close to Mall of America.

Needed a place to stay while visiting family for the holiday. Stayed there only to sleep, and it was fine, the beds were comfortable.

Was a bit tricky to find, but very comfortable. Extra blankets in the room would have been nice as we arrrived from a surprise snow storm.They were on the spot plowing and salting the parking lot which was wonderful. Breakfast was adequate, but seating was available further down the way from the food site.

My family and I wanted a hotel close enough to mall of america but not spend a lot of money. I must say I was very impressed with the hotel here and when we opened the door to the room you could smell the freshness in the air! We would definitely stay here again,and for the price,IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!!!
