Zimmer gereinigt, Bettwäsche vergraut mit weißen Flecken! Toaster defekt, macht nichts Brot eben ungetoastet essen. Ansonsten gibt es noch Müssli. Für Anspruchslose zur Übernachtung geeignet. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner vorhanden.

Das Hotel eignet sich sehr gut um zu Fuß die City von Salt Lake City zu erkunden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist soweit ganz ok. Das Frühstück war eher dürftig.

Rude, loud guests. Dirty and very old. Not kept up well. I would Never stay here again.

I could overlook the aging beds, the sloping shower and the 13 channels of cable, but get a better grounds keeper. There were condom wrappers outside of our room.

My 11yr. old son and I were staying just one night while attending an athletic event close by. The description of the hotel and ammenities was ver deceiving. The hotel is run down and not very clean. There were no blankets on the bed, just bedspread and the heater made a horrible noise each time it started up. People were banging on doors late at night […] and I did not feel safe. The worst part of the stay was......my son turned the TV on and it was pornography. We were both quite upset over the incident and it is reprehensible to know that children will be in that room and that was on the TV. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I think it is a hotel used for other purposes than staying the night. Worst experience ever at a hotel. Mehr

The motel was nice but the location was poor. There was only one place to eat and that was subway. It also was inconvenient to where I needed to go each day.

This place is beyond gross and disgusting. They take your money - the basic room are very bad and one can't stay there. The rooms are very old, the decor is infested with germs and sticky to the touch and may not have been refurbished since a VERY long time. The bathtub, etc are worn out and don't drain in fact they back up with hair from the last person […] staying there. The room had no alarm clock - blood stains in the carpet and a ring around the toilet. GROSS! Is below the 1 star category. Mehr

I arrived late and left early so I did not have a lot of time in the room. I was a little nervous with the neighborhood and some of the guests that were coming and going when I checked in. They were a bit odd but then again so am I.

This is a pretty good location, tucked away on relatively quiet Main Street—close to everything downtown, but not so close that it costs you dearly. Also not far at all from Trax stations and freeways for easy arrival/departure. Rooms have been recently redone in fairly good taste. Have stayed here on 3 or 4 occasions and it has always been clean, and […] staff always professional & courteous. Breakfast is a low-key affair with a couple cereals, waffles, milk & fake juice; OK to get you going in the morning (coffee maker in room is nice). Mehr

The customer service at this hotel was great. The man at the front desk saw me struggling with my bag and cooler and rushed out to help me by carrying my heavy cooler up the stairs for me.

We wanted to stay at this hotel for its proximity to the University. We checked in,took one look at the worst place I had ever seen,left the key cards on the desk and went to another hotel. I ha booked through hotels.com and used my free night and really wished I had not. The room was sooo filthy,there appeared to be bullet holes in the vanity mirror […] and most of the furniture had been removed. Chalk it up to a costly mistake! Mehr

We've stayed there before and it seems the hotel has been let go somewhat. I wish the pool or the spa had been available to use

While booking, I was assured there was a hot tub, but upon arrival was told there was no hot tub. The attendant said they don't advertise a hot tub, yet it was on their sign outside the hotel. I asked for a roll-away bed and got a thin fold out pad for the floor. The breakfast was less than desirable.

The staff was friendly and kept our room nice and tidy. They let us check out an hour late, with no hassle or problems. The breakfast was simple and about what you'd expect for this type of hotel. You get what you pay for, so I wasn't expecting much. It was about what I expected.

For that low price, it's OK for an overnight stay. Self make hot waffle in breakfast is great. Only the carpet in my room is very dirty. The bottom of my white flip flop turns black. Wipe with paper towel and you can see its very dirty.

The hotel was not very close to ammenities such as food shopping or retaurants. Very convenient public transport, but at least 2 kms to get to the bus/tram stop.

I booked this hotel on my way into Salt Lake. Bad Neighborhood, looks like some of the tenants rent by the month, missing furniture in the room. Looked liked no one had used the room in quite awhile. Sometimes you just need to spend a little more.

I won't be staying at this place again! The bathroom was not clean, especially the tub with dark stains. The hot tub and exercise room were out of order. There was lots of noise and traffic through the parking lot. We didn't bother eating the breakfast. It was in the lobby which was already a very small room.

The hotel is in a decent area, it's clean. It is a two star but I'd stay here again. :)

Forget the location. I watched as a couple walked in to the room next to me. Four post beds and a clean, maintatined room. Our room? Smelly, mismatched lighting, potch marks on the wall, an AC unit without real nobs or setting markings and those were the good points. I was afraid to set foot into the shower itself. It looked like the room was being […] 'renovated' and they decided in the middle to say "oh, hell with it". It was a holiday in Salt Lake at the time and they were not even filled to capacity, not even close. That says something. Breakfast was a joke. They offered waffles. You'd think they would plug in the waffle iron but they has too few many plugs as was. I was afraid to make a bowl of cereal as the milk was a jug in the mini fridge and who knows who drank from it. The bread for toast was stale and the "orange juice" was orange. Being a diabetic, the girl at the desk who spoke little english could not tell me what it was or if it had high fructose corn syrup in it so i could take care of my medical diet. RUN. Run far away. The Name is definitely a misnomer. I chose this motel for specific reasons. Located close to the Train Station, Breakfast Included, and Shuttle to the airport. To begin with, it was about three times farther from the train station than I had calculated, and I did my homework on Google Earth. Breakfast, IF you got there before 7 AM, was orange juice […] and pastries or muffins. When I got there at 7:30, there was no juice, and one muffin. When I asked about the shuttle service, I was told that there was none - even though it had been advertised as being available. When I asked how I could get there, they told me "take a Taxi". So, I did, to the tune of $25. In addition, since I arrived in the middle of the night I planned to sleep late. There was no sign available to say "Do Not Disturb" , so I was waken by the staff for cleaning. Although the staff was very courteous and helpful, I felt that the hotel was grossly misrepresented, and for that reason would never stay at an America's Best Inn Suites again. Mehr

The hotel staff were friendly enough but not very knowledgeable about the area. The condition of the hotel was only average - the rooms large enough but spartan and the beds hard. It was cheap and provided a basic breakfast but a bit far out of town which made going for meals a trek.

Hotel was basically clean, but all furnishings and beds were old and not that comfortable. Needs updated. The service was good, and the price was good. In kind of a run down area.

We chose this hotel because it said it was in the Downtown Salt Lake area. It was further away from the downtown area than we had expected. The first room we got was a smoking room, but the smell was even too much for my smoker bf to handle, so we switched to a non smoking room. The room was nice, but the hotel was more of an apartment complex. There […] were people living there who didn't look like the kind of people you want to be around. If we would have been closer to the front office, all would have been ok. But we were in the back part of the hotel complex and felt very uncomfortable. This hotel is cheap and in downtown Salt Lake City. It's a mere fourteen blocks from the temple and the rooms are well kept and cleaned. A good buy for someone wanting to be close to downtown but wanting to save on some cash.

On our recent stay in Salt Lake we were greeted warmly and obtained excellent service at a very reasonable cost. America's Best Inn and Suites located very near downtown but not in the high rent district is the place to stay if you are looking for a great deal. We were well taken care of my the staff and were pleasently surprised to find a hair dryer […] and refrigerator included in our room. It was clean and quiet although the room and hotel itself could use an update but then the prices would have to be raised I suppose. Mehr

I wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton but this was a disappointment. Good: Convenient location right off I-80, free Wi-Fi, price. Bad: No blanket or comforter, no washcloth, no pens or paper, paper-thin walls, noisy street.

I have mixed feelings, We checked in on the 2nd and was told that our room was for the day before. Thank goodness that I had my papers that said we were to check in on the 2nd.

This motel is great and the rooms are big, clean and nice. The bathroom is huge and the bed was very comfortable. We turned on the AC and a terrible smell came out of it so we had to keep it off. The hotel is nice but you are wondering if the guest next door was not on 'America's Most Wanted'. Many people currently live in this motel where they rent […] per month. I walked in to my room. They hadn't even serviced the room they assigned me. The bed wasn't made. There was NO clean towels. (all still on the floor) The room smelled like an entire bottle of Febreze was spilt. (Headache) The hair dryer was broken off the wall. The Desk drawer was broken. Nothing good to say. Heater didn't work right. Wall plugs were not working. Guy at front desk didn't speak much English and couldn't help answer even the most basic questions. Room has obviously not been renovated for some time and needs it. Shower didn't function very well. I could go on, but won't. Don't stay here!!!
