Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zwischen Tourismusströmen und Einheimischenquartier gelegen. Gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer war einfach und sauber, jedoch sehr ringhörig. The employees were very attentive and helpful, especially Gabriele and Luca. Their restaurant recommendations were very good and the arrangements with the water taxi to the airport went well. We can be glad to recommend the hotel to other visitors to Venice.

Me and my wife spent 4 days at the hotel in februari. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was not fantastic but sufficient. The room was a bit small but warm and clean. The bathroom was excellent. It was a two minute walk from were the ferry from the airport landed. A two minute walk to San Marco. I can strongly recomend the hotel.

Great, reasonably priced hotel, near St. Marks Square. Large family rooms. Breakfast was so-so, but everyting else was great - much better than I had anticipated.

this hotel is exactly as in the photos ,not dressed up for the photo shoot ,very clean and a good location , if you do your research venice is great and not as expensive as first feared , take others advice dont eat or drink on the square (st marks ) and youll be fine , half the fun is finding the different places to eat and drink , get a travel pass […] as the water buses are so easy to get round . We absolutely loved this hotel and Venice. The hotel was quaint(yet with all the necessary amenities), the staff were gracious and very helpful. The room was very quiet, and the bed was firm, but we perfer firm. Public transit was what we used from the airport, and to the cruise docks. This is a very accommodating hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. I found Gabriel and Francesco to go beyond excellent service. I had a minor problem with my reservation and Gabriel immediately took care of it. we found the location to ideal and fairly easy to get around by vaperetto or on foot. Room a little bit small but very clean.English speaking TV would have been nice but as we didnt spend much time in the hotel not that important. Shame we didnt see the Sign in he road at the entrance to Calle della Pieta otherwise we would have been there in 3 mins from the Airport Water Taxi arrival point at San Marco-San Zacarria (?) such an easy journey. Pull your cases to the right over the bridge outside the Pieta church and 1st left. Well recvd by nice staff and put into room 114 in the […] rear annexe. Would have liked to be in the main hotel but the room was warm, comfortable and well equipt.and less than 40 seconds from the front door. Breakfast excellent best scrambled eggs and bacon. This is a beautiful hotel and the location, just a block off the waterfront (behind La Pieta church), is wonderful. It was very easy to find. The hotel and our room looked just like the pictures. Service was excellent with a very good breakfast buffet (the croissants were excellent). The area around the hotel was quiet but just a short walk from the […] nightlife. You can also walk out the back way and find more shops and restaurants. You can walk to San Marco in 5 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 20 minutes. The San Zaccaria station for water transport is very close (you do have to cross one bridge with your luggage though). We used the Alilaguna water ferry to get to the hotel from the airport ($13) and to go to the cruise port ($7) after our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Mehr

lovely hotel, great location, easy to find in the maze that is Venice, and lovely helpful staff.

Front desk staff were icrediblyhelpful, they suggested great restaurants and always gave us clear directions for the city. The room was cozy, but the bed could have been comfier, but I think that's what you get in most European hotel. The complimentary hotel breakfast was delicious with a good variety of cold cuts, croissants, eggs and yummy yogurt […] and cereal. This hotel was spectacular. I travel extensively in Europe, and have booked at over 80 hotels through this website. Hotel Bisanzio was easily the best I have experienced. The location was incredible...set within a quiet street, steps from San Zaccaria water taxi stop, and 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The hotel staff was excellent and friendly, extremely […] helpful, and spoke great English. Our beautiful room was on the 4th floor, had air conditioning, window that looked out onto a quiet square. The interior was great, with exposed wood ceiling beams, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and murano glass lighting fixtures. The hotel had a great breakfast, and an elevator. On our last day, the hotel set us up on a free taxi ride to Murano island. We were even escorted to the taxi stand along Rio della Pieta. I am looking forward to staying with this hotel on my next visit to Venice. It has my highest recommendation. Mehr

We had a great time at the hotel and the staff were all very eager to help in any way they could . Don't expect views from any windows ,as the hotel is situated in a quiet little alley way with buildings all around . Unless you want to spend all your time in your room , this is not a problem as it is dark when you sleep . Check with the hotel your transport […] options before you arrive as the costs vary greatly depending on the boat choice . The public ferry is really efficient and one price takes you anywhere they go . Plus they are situated right outside the train station for easy pick up and drop off . You may be offered a free tour of the Mirano factory by the hotel staff , this is really interesting ... be prepared to catch the public Ferry back . Venice is awesome and getting lost as long as you have time is fun ..you discover so much more when you get out of the "tourist areas " Have a great stay :-) Mehr

Hotel was verry clean and the front desk was very helpful. On their recommendation we had two terrific dinners and suggested for us to go to two islands ( Murano & Burano) where my wife and I were able to take in the island culture. Breakfast was more the american tradition of eggs and fruits. Great stay.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They definitely made you feel welcome at all times, very refreshing considering the rudeness we experienced at other European hotels and restaurants. Location was great, very close to San Marco Square and several great restaurants close by. Wi-fi was quick and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here […] again when returning to Venice. Staff was very helpful and friendly-breakfast was very good-rooms were small and beds were very hard, but room was clean and quiet.

This was our second stay in this hotel. We really enjoy the location, near the park, San Marco square and the vaparetto landing. The staff is friendly and jovial, always willing to please. We recommend this conveniently located hotel as a good value located in close proximity to other very high end hotels.

The hotel was very well run. Desk staff were helpful and professional. The location just a block from the water was excellent and very convenient to the San Marco square and promenade area. Although the room was a little small, as European hotels are, it wasn't cramped, the bathroom was renovated and the place was sparkling clean.

We were very impressed with the gracious staff on duty! The hotels location was ideal to arriving in Venice and the ferry boat stop. A 5 minute walk. the hotel was quiet, very centrally located to all the attractions, and the price was very well justified. Great place!!

Greatlocation, really easy to find, right near the ferry boat station. Staff was super helpful!!! Great room, large, super bathroom facilities!! Great choice!!!

ロケーションは、サン・ザッカリアの船着場から近く、海岸通りから１ブロックほど入ったところにホテルはあります。海岸通りの路面にホテルの表示あり、また、ホテルの一部（ホテル名のサインも）も海岸通りから見えます。部屋はスタンダードルームで、運河などに面した旅情あふれる環境ではありませんが、充分に広く、値段に対してとても価値のあるものでした。フロントの対応はプロらしいしっかりとしたものでしたが、温かみを感じる態度でもありました。次回行くことがあったら、ここにまた泊まりたいと思います。

Principal avantage de cet hôtel : sa situation en plein coeur de Venise, et à un prix très, très raisonnable puisque nous sommes partis hors saison. Notre regret : avoir une chambre sans aucune vue, puisque nous étions en sous-sol. Sinon, la chambre était spacieuse et bien décorée à la mode vénitienne. Salle de bain très belle aussi. Buffet agréable […] pour le petit-déjeuner le matin. Là encore, regret de ne pas bénéficier d'une quelconque vue dans la salle de petit-déjeuner. L'accueil de l'hôtel -je parle de la décoration- est très classe, nous avons apprécié. Le personnel est aimable. En bref, un hôtel très confortable, sans vue, mais en plein coeur de Venise à 5 min de la place St Marc. Mehr

Værelset var latterligt lille og jeg kunne ikke stå oprejst i badet ! (Er 186 cm). Beliggenheden er fantastisk. I nærheden af alt. Men hotellet var bare ikke godt nok !
