Nice stay, could have been an excellent stay if wireless internet was working correctly. Could not get on internet from room, staff stated issue was too many teenage girls in hotel using all the bandwidth, I am a network engineer, here is some advice. We thought the stay was comfortable and the lobby is nice with lots of seating. Also, good seating on the second level. There is also a nice restaurant on site. The staff is polite and accommodating.

The hotel was great and the staff friendly. Across from the airport is a plus. We had a 6:30am flight and a 4:30am wake-up call that never happened. Fortunatly we made our flight without the call. This could have been a real issue. Also, we needed the shuttle to follow us to the rental car lot to drop off the car the night before our flight then take […] us to a casino. The staff insisted on us dropping off the car and returning to the hotel to make arrangements for the trip to the casino. This seemed a waste of time. Mehr

Had to be in Reno several times over the past 2 months and stayed here. Staff very accomodating. Great shuttle policy. My 3 biggies: room cleanliness, bed comfort, shower quality were all met each time. They had some elevator problems but resolved them within 12 hours. Easy on-off freeway and right at the airport with no noise. Would stay again.

The rooms were very commodious; so large, that I sent pictures home to show my family.

I stay here every time i'm in Reno.I'm traveling for business so i don't want to stay in the resorts.This place is perfect.Friendly staff,clean rooms,nice cafe,shuttle service,across the street from the airport and minutes from some nice casinos/resorts.What else could i ask for?Housekeeping does a great job,plenty of parking.Nice property!!

The hotel was decent , not fancy but nice, o.k. about the same as the Grand Sierra. Easier in and out to the airport.

We got to town late, and had an early flight, so we were only in the hotel for about 5 hours. However, in most ways it met our needs. The only negative experience with the room is related to maintenance. The lights around the vanity, and the ceiling light as you enter the room, are controlled by a "high tech" switch that requires a card to be inserted, […] then the lights are supposed to dim or brighten. However, the fancy high tech switch didn't work. The front desk offered to have maintenance check it out, but I just loosened the light bulbs and went to sleep. Had they used a good 'ol light switch, I would have given them a 4 all the way around. Mehr

Very convenient to the airport, 24-hour airport shuttle van; helpful and pleasant staff

Ours was a last minute decision to stay over, we felt it was a good deal for the money. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My nights sleep could have been better without the noise of the airport and the freeway.

nice place to start a vacation. friendly and knowledgeable staff. easy location for airport access and parking is much better price and convenience. I will stay there again.

Although very close to the airport..we heard no planes. The restaurant was also very good and do check the specials posted in the lobby. Beds were omfortable and rooms spacious.

rates awesome, condition great, close to airport but you would never know it. great food and close to everything. friendly staff and very helpful.

Room could use better cleaning especially along the walls and furniture. Blankets could be upgraded. Noisy furnace fan that was on constantly. Overall, we had a comfortable visit to this hotel. Restaurant was very good and the waiter/waitress's were very pleasant and efficient.

The Airport Best Western in Reno is a comfortable low-key place to stay, good for business people or those who don't want the neon lights and excitement of the casinos. Wi-fi is excellent (fast and reliable, in the room). Decent restaurant with reasonable prices. Located right opposite the airport, yet somehow you don't hear the planes. We always stay here the night before leaving on a plane trip. We can leave our car here for free and the shuttle driver is wonderful about getting us to the airport in Reno. They have done some nice renovating so have it cleaned up better than it was. Very conveinient and nice staff.

First of all the layout was rediculus, we had to walk all the way thru and around the hotel to get to our room from the parking lot. My friend had a food rapper in her bed which made me question if the sheets where even changed. And there was zero hot water. We let the water run for 20 mins and it never got above room temp, and the heater sucked so […] the room was cold. However we got what we paid for... a cheep room Mehr

This is a great hotel for the price and location. I like to stay there on New Years Eve and drive into downtown the night of. It lets you excape the crowds when you are ready and it is right off the freeway.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last twenty years when flying out of Reno. The price has stayed reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Room service is quick, and amenities such as the pool and sauna are a nice bonus.

This was a great place to stay while waiting for my daughter to arrive by plane. I was able to wait in the comfort of my room almost until her plane landed and I was not disturbed. It was pretty quiet and very comfortable.

We booked this hotel 1 month before new years and was surprized at the price. We thought well for such short notice for new years eve, it will atleast be a place to lay our head..... My husband and I were surprized at how nice everything was. There is even a restaurant in the hotel that was extremely convenient and the food was very good and at a great […] price. Spent 5 nights here while visiting family. Pros: Clean, quiet, comfy bed, good shower, good-sized room. Quick access to freeway. Ample free parking. Good climate control in room. Great shuttle service. Cons: Food just ok. Fitness room minimal. Will stay again.

Arrived late at 1 am for check in and had a early flight the next morning at 8 am. Was ok for a nights sleep but not much more. Did the job at a good rate. Hotel airport shuttle was convenient.

I was returning from a trip late one night and needed to fly out at 6 a.m. the next morning so decided to just stay in Reno near the airport. The staff were great, the room fine, and the hotel restaurant looked interesting and very inexpensive (closed while I was there). My only complaint was the heating system which was incredible noisy!

The staff were Very good to us. The shuttle to the casino area was available to us 24 hours. No reservation was needed -"just tell us when you are ready to go -call when you are ready to come back to the hotel." We will definately go back!

Our stay was exactly what we required, a clean comfortable, no frills room. After a long day on the road all we wanted was a nice place to crash for the night, so we could recharge for our flight the next day. This Best Western fit the bill perfectly, fast check in, clean well appointed rooms, comfortable furniture, fast check out, and best of all a […] short walk to the airport. Even though the airport is right across the street the rooms are extremely quiet. The best part for me is they allow you to leave your vehicle 5 nights for free with a one night stay, saving us from costly airport parking. Too much audible noise from first floor rooms disturbs the sleep in the nights for the people sleeping in the ground floor rooms. Barring this the hotel is good in all respects

Well managed, good food, eceptional staff. A very convienent place to leave your car for long term parking.

Excellent staff that went really out of their way to make sure everything was right. We can be considered picky travelers, the only thing that was wrong was a loose toilet seat - now that is picky! We'll be back there next week for another great nights stay. Thank you for the great service.
