Anis Hotel - Nizza

Das Hotel Anis in Nizza wird seinen Ansprüchen als 3 Sterne Hotel absolut nicht gerecht. Das Personal (insbesondere Rezeption) ist wenig zuvorkommend, unverlässlich, teilweise sogar unerreichbar. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, d.h. neben alten und schon sichtbar in Mitleidenschaft gezogenen Möbeln, gibt es keinen Zimmersafe. […] Selbst einen Mülleimer lassen die Zimmer vermissen. Darüberhinaus hatte das Zimmer nicht funktionierende Lampen. Sehr unangenehm war darüberhinaus auch der Zimmergeruch, der insbesondere nachts bei nur leicht geöffnetem Fenster als modrig bis rauchig beschreiben wertden kann. Der Geruch war dann so intensiv, dass er sich in den Klamotten festsetzte! Auch der Pool und der Aussenbereich entspricht nicht den auf der Homepage verfügbaren Bildern. Schönes Hotel - leider ist der Flughafen nicht ganz so schnell zu erreichen wie beschrieben.

lange Telefonate an der Reception-Warten. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren in Ordnung. Viele Dinge sind abgenützt. Die Türen sollten etwas gängig gemacht werden und ein neuer Antstrich wäre auch nicht schlecht. Die Aussenanlage wartet auf eine Fortsetzung der angefangenen Arbeiten. Die Parkplatzordnung müsste neu konzipiert werden. Kurz und gut es […] fehlt an einem richtigen Management. Das Morgenbuffet ist reichhaltig. Auf die Holztischsets kann man verzichten, wenn diese nicht richtig, d.h. nach jedem Gebrauch gereinigt werden. Für das Schneiden des Brotes empfiehlt es sich Servieten zu Verfügung zu stellen, damit nicht jeder Gast das Brot anfassen muss(Hygiene.) Preis/Leistung=i.o. Man könnte an dieser Lage und mit dem Objekt mehr erreichen. (Wirtschaftlichkeit) Kein Hotelaufenthalt zum Verweilen - zum Übernachten und Ausflüge machen reicht es. Mehr

Schwer zu finden,Zimmer sehr klein.Külschrank nur halb funktionstüchtig.Dusche mit Schimmel.Parkplätze immer voll und es hat so lange es hat.Ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert anzureisen da an steilem Hang gelegen. Nizza immer wieder aber dieses Hotel sicher nie mehr.

Located close to the airport but it is still Euro $40.00 in a cab. This hotel needs a renovation its old and dark. The hallways are pitch black and have motion activated lights which were not working when you exited the elevator. Internet is availabe at an additional charge. Staff were very nice.

the hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was great a good variety of food. The location was a bit far away from the city centre but the bus service was very good.

Perfect stop if you are leaving out of Nice airport. Comfortable room and helpful staff at a very reasonable price.

It is a nice hotel, but the rooms are rather small and the showers are tiny. Very pleasant staff.

We got there in the afternoon so instead of sightseeing in the heat we opted for a bit of a pool and sun lounging time.. The hotel's swimming pool was small, the water filthfy so we just laid on the sunbed matt for sunbathing.. in about 2 mins both me and me friend started itching and within seconds huge red rushed appeared all over our bodies of which […] mist seemed like bites too. I suspected bedbuckes until the hotel receptionist waved in the air after seeing our body saying "i've heard this music before.. you are not going to die". We certainly didn't but made our last day of holiday a hell. He said there was something in the air in the whole city and it wasnt his hotel but just judging by the pool, the old dirty sunlounge matts, dusty room and outdated bathroom, i am not quite sure he was telling the truth... The double bderoom I booked was very tiny and we had to pay for the internet. After the red rushed & bites incident we decided not to eat there so i can't rate the food. It's about an hour and 20 min walk from the old town. Wish I could say something positive but it was simply horrible! Mehr

Not what we were expecting, room was very small and there was no proper bed linen, just an undersheet and a loose type of throw for the top. Very basic to say the least. We met an American couple who felt the same, were all quite shocked that the standard was so low. The man at the desk spoke a little English but was not very helpful. The Anis hotel was too far from anything interesting in Nice and not in the best area. Unless you have a car, I wouldn't recommend staying there. I had to check in around 10 in the evening and there was no food available at the hotel and the only thing in the area that I could find open was a pizza parlor. The room and hotel was clean enough, but it […] looked old and tired. The pool was unheated and definitely could have been cleaner. For a budget hotel, it was adequate, but next time I'll spend a little more for a better location and a nicer place. Mehr

The hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, it was a buffet with everything french and then some. Well worth the money. The room was clean with a nice little balcony. The pool was small but when you are in Nice how much time do you really spend at the pool? It is a bus ride away from the center of town but it was nice and quiet. The staff […] was very helpful. Hotel was OK in a good location but manager and staff hopeless.

Good value hotel that really benefits from its setting in gardens. The outside space and pool area are the best parts of the hotel. The rooms are fairly basic and similar to generic hotel brands. We didn't have a bath which was a little dissapointing but we did take the budget room. We only ate breakfast but the food and service was good. We were […] attracted to the hotel by the free parking as we were driving. This was good but the trade off is that it is a little too far to walk into central and old nice. We did walk back one night but this took about 45 minutes. You can walk to the first beaches of Prom. De Anglais in about 10-15 minutes. Staff were friendlier the more you got to know them and were helpful when required. Overall, good value, nice setting and staff, handy if you have a car but if you want to be in the middle of nice and to walk in and out this may not be for you. Mehr

Very close to the airport and still somewhat selcuded from the main roads. Very nice hotel for the rates. Didn't use the pool but their restaurant was very good. Internet access was also available. Even though it is so close to the airport, you wouldn't know it over night. Very quiet - as I am a light sleeper, this was an added bonus!

The hotel was soooo nice. I felt like i was in the Caribbean. The palm trees by my balcony and the colors in the surrounding area were so inviting. Everything was close by including bus transportation. Everyone was so friendly. Can't wait to go back.

My wife and I love boutique hotels for the personalized service and found this hotel to be a real gem. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant offers a great menu with incredible presentation. The location of the hotel is a little off the beaten path, but an easy 7 minute walk to the Promenade. There is a Super Market with prices […] well below what we have here in the bay area, and a laundry mat just down the hill. After Paris, we quickly adjusted to the more laid-back feel of this property and were sad to leave. We plan to stay here again. Mehr

We had been travelling for three weeks around Western Europe and chose the hotel Anis as our final destination because we thought we would get a bit of luxury on our last six days. The staff were perfectly friendly on arrival but the room was not at all what we expected and we were very disappointed. We felt like we had been put in the far corner of […] the hotel in a small room which was nothing like what we expected. The walls had marks all over them, there were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, grime in the shower, dirty air vents and a piece of cardboard loosley stuck on the wall where a massive hole was. We presumed all rooms must be the same until we passed them being cleaned and saw that they were airy, light and decorated in the way advertised on the website. We also had ased for a double room but got a twin. We presume that we were asked to pay the same amount of money for a sub standard room, as those who got the room and experience that we wanted. The room was also too hot. The fridge in the room was also unplugged and advertised that we could get drinks from a machine on the first floor at 1 Euro 50, when they were actually 2 Euro's. The rest of the hotel seemed lovely, with a nice pool and lovely restaurant so why not make sure all rooms are to the same standard?! It as only when we had two days left that we caught sight of the other rooms and realised we had been put in the worst room, otherwise we would have asked to move. We would not return to this hotel. Or ate in the hotel-didn't see anybody else eating there also-maybe the recession! reasonably priced but the rooms were not huge and had to use a chair to climb on to activate the air-con. The wind up blind contraption broke so could not open the blinds. Used the pool after a run in the morning. Cost €20 for a taxi from the centre […] of Nice but walked one way-about 50 mins. You cant do this, you cant do that, you cant eat in your room, you cant eat outside only in the restaurant for really "NICE" prices.In different hotels that was not a problem and staff had not a problem with people eating on terase.After I arrived I had problem with one of the staff because I bought the coffee and I was eating own croissants. When I opened the door of my room, that was better, space and nice bathroom, but old looking bed and furniture, loads of ants everywhere, leaking bath in bathroom. For the price you can find better place to stay. Only PLUS was a swimming pool. If you really look for something better go to CANNES, no doubt. Although difficult to find as address could not be picked up on our tom tom, The hotel was near to the airport very handy to the sea front. the hotel is a little tired but the rooms are of a good size and have balconies, everything was clean and worked, the resturaunt is handy were the food and service was very decent at breakfast and dinner. The hotel […] has a swimming pool and although small was never to busy, all be it the sun beds needed cleaning a little and the patio could do with a bit of a sweep. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and reasonably priced but restaurant closed Sunday and Monday. Near Airport. A good bus service to centre of Nice.

When we got to the hotel the owner started yelling at our cab driver. I have no idea what they were arguing about but it gave our vacation a odd start. The Hotel was about 45-60 minutes walk away from the City Center but the walk was nice. It is close to shops where you can by food. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night & realized that it was expensive. […] Breakfast was not included & we did not manage to get a deal for the 9 days we were there. So it was €10/day and the only way to get crappy coffee from the hotel. We started using the fridge in the hotel room & on the 3d day the electricity on that side of our room died. When we asked them to fix it they told us not to use the fridge. When they were trying to resolve the issue they disconnected all electricity in our room but still could not get the fuse to stay up I had to suggest to them that as it was only one wall then maybe the guests in the next room had a issue. It took them an hour & then they came back saying that it had been resolved. We straight away reconnected everything (inc. the fridge) & it worked for the rest of the time we were there. Apart from a few irritations at the hotel it was OK. It was near to the St. Augustine train station so when we went out of Nice we used that. It is also close to the Airport (takes about 30 minutes to walk to terminal 1), which also means that you could hear all the planes take off. I feel the hotel was a bit to expensive for what you got & how far away from the City it is. Mehr

Chambre agréable, lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville mais bien desservi par les bus.

Nous ne somes resté qu'une seule nuit dans cet hotel , l'acceuil est austere , tres ancien , pas si calme que ça , dejeuner exhorbitant et prix de la chambre cher pour le rendu , nous sommes un jeune couple qui avons passé un weekend de 5 jours sur la cote d'azur nous avons trouver d'autres hotel beaucoup plus sympathique

J'avais une chambre économique, il manquait des ampoules, il n'y avait pas de téléphone, la salle de bains très vétuste et pas de système pour fermer le lavabo. De plus chambre mal insonorisée. Je n'irais plus à cet hôtel, le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais.

Hôtel bien situer par rapport à l' Aereport, Parking gratuit et acceuille ouvert 24/24 Mais malheureusement L' hotel mal entretenu des vises qui tombes des portes qui grinces, et sur tout mal isolé on entends tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine. J ai pas pu fermer l' oeil les deux premiere nuit car les voisins fesait la fête... La douche et […] tellement miniscule que si vous avez 2 cm qui depasses vous risquez de ne pas pouvoir y penetré ... On demande de payer les Taxes de sejour en avance ce qui est deseagreable quand on vien d' arriver, mais bon c'est pas le plus inquietant, par rapport au reste !!!! Mehr

rapport qualité / prix satisfaisant . Le personnel de l'hotel digne d'un 3 étoiles . accompagné d'un bébé je n'ai pas pris avec moi son lit pliable ... le personnel m'a proposé gratuitement une chambre triple pour que le bébé soit plus a l'aise . Merci Anis hotel ! Proche de la mer et des boutiques .

le site et l'accueil fait oublier l'ensemble un peu vieillot de l'hotel ; bien situé au calme et dans la verdure près de la promenade des anglais ; petit déjeuner copieux et restaurant sympa bon rapport qualité prix

Un hôtel excellent placé dans un endroit tranquille de la ville mais avec un accès rapide à la mer (5mn à pied) et au centre ville (5mn en bus). Le personnel est très gentil et compréhensif. Et surtout, le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, les plats sont très bons et pas chers

Vi fik en meget fin velkomst og servicen blev fastholdt på et højt niveau under hele opholdet. Værelserne var pæne rengjort og værelset havde alt hvad man kunne ønske sig bl.a. aircondition god seng og TV. Visse steder virker hotellet lidt slidt, men det er rent overalt. Restaurantens udvendige område er særdeles hyggeligt og maden var o.k. Receptionen […] talte endvidere rigtig godt engelsk. Mehr

Un buon hotel accessibile a tutti per il prezzo ottimo ed abbastanza contenuto rispetto alla buona qualita' dell' albergazione . Non male la posizione . L' ottimo servizio, il buon ristorante (bravo lo chef) la grande cortesia e la professionalita' di tutto il personale invitano a ritornarci . C'e' anche da segnalare la bellezza del verde rigoglioso […] di cui e' dotato l'hotel, nonche' della piscina a misura degli ospiti . La disponibilita' e la gentilezza infine, del titolare Ing. Hotel is wel ok qua prijs kwaliteit. Gratis parkeren. Redelijk ver weg van het strand, qua lopen is net niet te doen. We hadden auto dus dat ging wel. Ontbijt ruimte en ontbijt was goed. (echter niet in prijs hotel) Let op dat je toeristenbelasting betaald voor dit hotel. Zwembadje is leuke bonus. Kamer was ok, ruim genoeg met balkon (daar we met drie […] volwassenene waren.) Mehr

Hotellet kunne ha vært bra, hvis det hadde vært bedre rengjort og noe mer oppgradert. Når man skal bo der i mere en et døgn savner man aircondition og et lite kjøleskap Det var fra 33 til 40 grader varmt og oppholdet på hotellet ble et mareritt. Det var kun en bordvifte som bare resirkulerte den varme luften i rommet. Vil alikevel gi stor ros til pesonalet […] som var vennligheten selv og som hadde full forståelse for vårt syn på saken. De kunne også såpass engelsk at komunikasjon ikke var noe problem. Hotellet kan anbeales hvis man kun skal bo der et døgn. Det overlever man. Mehr

Siden vi skulle avslutte ferien med 1 natt i Nice valgte vi hotell pga beliggenhet nær flyplass. Svømmebasseng var også ønsket da vi skulle tilbringe en hel dag på hotellet og det var sommer og sol! Beliggenheten var ok, men ikke så komfortabelt som vi hadde trodd siden det var 10 min å gå til bussen. Den største nedturen var bassengområdet. Det så […] ut som en drøm på bildene, men de var tydeligvis tatt for altfor lenge siden. Det var rett og slett shabby med falmede madrasser til solsengene, hullete soffa og ellers mye rusk og rask både i og rundt bassenget. Det var veldig synd, for dette var virkelig en falmet skjønnhet. Her har det nok vært kjempe fint en gang! Personalet var heldigvis hyggelige og frokosten smakte godt! Mehr

Anis oli siisti ja kohtalaisen edullinen majapaikka helpon kulkuyhteyden päässä lentokentältä. Erityisesti WC-tilat olivat todella hyvässä kunnossa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja aamupala hyvä. Hotellilta käveli meren rantaan kymmenessä minuutissa. Keskustaan oli vartin bussimatka.
