Sehr schönes Hotel in super Strandlage.Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr gut, Kühlschrank, Kaffee-/Teezubereitung möglich,Terrassenmöbel, Klimaanlag/Heizung vorhanden. Zimmer hatte oceanview, war neu eingerichtet und frisch renoviert.. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist ein kleines Paradies ,aber man muss eben die nötigen Dollars haben .Eine Aussicht und eine Ümgebung von allerhöstem Augengenuss.Schade dass wir nur 2 Tage zeit eingeplant hatten.

Super Lage direkt am Meer, Zimmer mit Balkon zur Meerseite. Auch prima Blick vom Restaurant/Frühstücksraum auf den Strand, gutes Frühstück, Restaurant generell empfehlenswert.

Das Haus kann sich nicht entscheiden, ob es eine Lodge mit Service oder ein Motel ohne Service sein will. Die Lage ist gut, aber die Zimmer sind mit Gepaeck nur schwerlich erreichbar durch vorgelagerte Steine und die sehr kleinen Baeder sind unakzeptabel. Wir erlebten eine sehr unfreundliche und nicht kompetente Rezeption, die auch bei Nachfragen nicht […] hilfsbereit war. Es gab auch keinerlei Touristinformation. Das Restaurant hat einen neuen Manager und bemueht sich sehr, der Inhaber ist aber offensichtlich geizig; denn sonst haette er in die Zimmer und im Restuarnt mehr investirert. Besonderes Problem: Man hat keinerlei Platz fuer das Gepaeck vorgesehen. Zur Sicherheit ist zu sagen, dass es keine gibt.. Alles in allem hat das Haus eine gute Lage und es wurde teilweise renoviert, aber letztendlich ist das Haus wegen der Maengel nicht empfehlenswert! Mehr

Schöne, gepflegte und saubere Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Gute Küche im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Freundliches Personal. Leider nur minimalste Dienstleitung an der Reception.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The price would indicate a better quality hotel but we had to ask for our room to be clean and we complained three times because of noise. Lovely location overlooking beach. Room comfortable and well equipped, although decor dark and gloomy.Hotel let down by restaurant. Service very slow and quality of food mediocre / poor. Recommend staying at hotel but eat elsewhere.

We had a pleasurable stay, the location is beautiful, every room has a view, fridge in the room very convenient, comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the price for the room was high and that the front desk could not initially find our reservation. Other than that they were very nice and accomodating.

Staff was awful. Front desk rude and room readiness delayed until 4:30! Price is drastically inflated because of location. $22 for a VERY poor breakfast. It is too bad hotels that have the benefit of terrific locations feel that every other quality can go out the window.

The hotel has a beautiful location on the beach of the ocean but it is a long walk to the town where the bars and restaurants are. So one person has to sacrifice and not drink to drive back. The hotel is a bit dated and can use a facelift. It was too expensive for what it was.

Not happy with the front desk staff, as when I called from the room and ask if the dogs are allowed on the property without leach and the girl told me yes they are allowed . The reason I asked because the guest beside us had big dog running around and I have couple kids who were scared to evn go out because of the big dog outside. My trip was for the […] kids and front desk staff misguide me and didn't do anything to resolve the issue, she just told me that dogs are allowed without leach. And when I was checking out I saw a big sign in front of the desk that the dogs must always be leached otherwise guest could be fined. I didn't want to ruin my coming back trip as i was already upset due to the dogs running around and my kids were scared. They couldn't enjoy they were crying And scAred . Mehr

Admittedly, we booked late (the morning of our stay), and it's the busy season so I'm willing to be forgiving. There was a half-finished can of Sprite in the mini fridge, an empty water bottle on the patio, and a used, hairy bar of soap left in the shower (eeewwww!). But we shook it off (carefully removed hairy soap!) and very much enjoyed our stay. […] The view was phenomenal, the beds were comfortable, and we had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. Service at breakfast was a litte slow - but hey, we were on vacation! Overall, I am happy we stayed there and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Mehr

The hotel has a restaurant but we arrived on a Saturday evening and told it was all booked but if we went back at 8.30 there may be some room. This hotel was clean and comfortable with a fast and efficient check-in, but we found this pension to be surprisingly expensive, especially for the time of year and the amenities offered in the area. The rooms are getting a little dated...their new eco TV remote didn't work at all. Front desk staff were businesslike but not overly friendly, and they […] didn't exude much personal warmth. Sadly, the entire Tofino area seems somewhat of a tourist trap with most everything in the area being a bit overpriced and offering poor value for the dollar. The adjacent Pacific Rim National Park isn't worth visiting. Expensive (high parking fees) and everything that goes on in the park is bureaucratic, micromanaged and controlled to the point of suffocation. Your better off visiting one of the Provincial Parks. Caution, had a very poor experience. Read the fine print regarding 'pets welcome', maybe less expensive to get a separate room for pet in town. Not only was room not ready on arrival, on the 2nd night decided to have dinner at property and were asked to leave dinning room because of lack of people....this is at 6.30 in the evening! They did later send […] meals to room and took them off the charge. However for "quote rst ldg" Have travelled a lot....awfull experience. And trying to contact management as been even more of a joke...seems to be on a extended holiday. This property as no issue with charging large dollars, you are sort of off the map and there is little recourse or choice in this area......Be cautious, simply because there where no guests. A very pleasant stay, courteous staff including housekeeping. A wonderful natural setting with very comfortable rooms. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise, excellent food at an attractive price. Staff were relaxed and yet attentive. Watching the sun set below the horizon beyond the firs was a perfect complement to the meal.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in. Clean, comfy, lots of towels etc. Open the balcony door to the sight and sound of the ocean. The BW was nicer than Pacific Sands down the road. I had stayed there 2 weeks before. BW was closer to the beach and we could hear the surf from our room. The staff was friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay there again and would rerecommend it. The rate was resonable also!
