Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, zu diesem guenstigen Preis erhaelt man ein Fruehstueck. In 25min kann man die Mall of America erreichen welche eine grosse Auswahl an Shopps anbietet sowie auch Restaurants und Bars. Einzig fuer Kurzaufenthalt gedacht.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es in der Nähe der Mall of America lag. Etwas umstädnlicher zu Erreichen, durch die Serviceroads zu erreichen, ist aber Ami-Like. Aber für "Ungewohnte" eher mühsam :-)

Sehr gutes u. preisgünstiges Hotel.Es fehlt leider ein kleiner Frühstücksraum. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Steht einem gehobenerem Hotelstandard gleich.

Appliances in the breakfast area did not work. Staff was apparently not concerned about the lack of amenities.

You get exactly what you pay for, a comfortable room, free breakfast, clean rooms, and close to the mall. Our room was a little small and the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work, but that is the only complaint we had.

First time as guest. I would stay with you again. I have only two comments. One - the bed sheets may need to be retired a little earlier as there was yellowing of the fabric and a few holes. Two - the water was actually too soft. Otherwise, thank you.

This is a place I will stay again!

It was okay for a mid rate property. There was no remote for the TV when we arrived and had to go to the lobby to get one. Remote given to us was not the correct remote. Could only change channels but could not control volumn or "On" or "Off". Rectified the next day.

The rooms are incredibly small, but I expected that. It was fairly clean and had comfortable beds. Not having a coffee maker or an iron was an inconvenience but I managed. The wireless internet was not working and I've noticed that other people have commented on this also. I believe it is an ongoing problem they aren't fixing so if you need internet […] in your room, don't count on it here. The neighborhood is a little shady, but not dangerous. Mehr

This is a good value, but the overall experience is spartan, and the surrounding area is more industrial than urban - not a lot of amenities nearby.

Across the street from Walmart and about a 2 minute drive to the mall of America this hotel is at a great location. All you'll get is a bed and a comfy room but for the price it's a great value. I will continue to stay here when the purpose of the trip is to visit the mall of america and the surrounding area.

Very clean and comfortable room. Not very big, but the room has all the basic amenities. Very convenient to Mall of America and the airport. Nice having WalMart within walking distance as well as Denny's and Outback restaurants.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel: the sink and toilet drained slowly; hated the towels - very small, scratchy and smelled like bleach and no shampoo so good thing we brought our own. The wireless did not work in our room the first day and the two staff we told were aloof and uncaring. Very small breakfast so we had to eat elsewhere. Like other reviews say, fairly small rooms, so knowing that going in, it was great. It was very clean, friendly staff, decent continental breaky. Easy to get to for those unfamiliar with the area. Literally a few minute and very easy drive to mall of America, ikea, and airport. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has paper thin walls that allows you to hear everything in the hallway, room above and room below. The breakfast area is dirty and the items are limited to carbohydrates. No fresh fruit, etc. I would not stay at this hotel on my next visit.

The staff was helpful and location was very convenient for the training I needed to attend in St. Paul. The beds were clean and the temperature in the room was comfortable. The sink in the bathroom did not drain at all! Shower worked well and was clean. We had multiple issues with our key card for our room deactivating and between the two days we stayed […] there we had to go downstairs to have it activated 6 times. The continental breakfast consisted of two choices of cereal, juice , milk, bagels and mini muffins. Overall would reccomend for a cheap place to stay for a training, not for a family vacation spot or honeymoon. Mehr

this place was a great place to stay for the low price, location ,and the size. Didn't have to walk a mile to get to your room. I will be staying there again.

considering its name the tiny rooms shouldn't be surprising. nice hotel but the rooms were way too small.

The only issue was the room was small (single king). Otherwise a nice place to crash for the night if you have an early or late flight. Shuttle to the airport is an added bonus.

Pro: very clean room, easy to get to Mall of america. Right next to a walmart if you need something Nice size tv. Cons:WIFI did not work in room. loud pipes when person next used shower or flushed. TV though a nice size is on top of a tall cabnet. Laying in bed looking up is the best way to watch it. Wif did not work in room for more than 10mins total […] for me. Staff did not car at all. There were multi ppl in the lobby ( only place where u could get a working wifi singal) So if wifi is important for you to have, this may not be a good place for you. Mehr

What you do get at Microtel is a small comfortable room that is clean. I've been to the Microtel Bloomington many times now and have yet to have a bad experience. Again if you want the comforts of five star your going to have to pay for it. If you need a clean room for the night this is the place to stay.

The quality of this room was excellent for the price. They are small rooms but extremely tasteful and sparkling clean. There was a small mix up with our shuttle/taxi service from the airport which was worked out.The continental breakfast is small but adequate. This is a great hotel for short overnight stays.

Small rooms but for the two of us it was fine. Missed the continental breakfasts, but ive stayed here a few times before and you cant beat it for the price. Right across the street from a walmart which is handy, and a liquor store is right around the corner. there is an outback steakhouse a few blocks down where we always end up having supper. as […] for the Mall of America and Ikea, you dont even have to get on the main highway to get there. you just rip down a side street and pull onto ikea way and you are there in less than 5 minutes. booya! I asked for a room that would be inexpensive and got it. The location was really good. It was right dab center of every location where I needed to be. Very convenient :)

We stayed here the night before an early flight and the convenient location to Park n Fly, and the value of a reasonably priced, clean room was so appreciated, we actually showed up very late after our long flights home and they happily sold us another room with no reservations required. Great for travel on a budget.

Clean, tidy, pleasant staff, just what you need from a basic hotel. Certainly would stay there again.

Nice place very clean airport service easy in and out will stay again near mall of america

Very disappointing stay!! We were not informed that in order to leave your car at the hotel when flying out that you had to have a reservation..We had to find another spot to park and that was a inconvience as we had booked the hotel to leave the car there and to use the shuttle service to airport. Very upset that we were not informed of this previous. […] IF I had known this I would have drove down in morning and not payed for the hotel as this was the purpose of me getting a room the night before..Not a happy customer and will not be back!! The hotel needs to be updated. It seem rough ot me. There was very little space to have your morning breakfast. The garbage on my floor near the ice machine smelled and was not taken care for several days. The only nice thing about my stay was that the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Hotel is fine, but continental breakfast was pretty slim and limited.

Good value for the price paid. Small room, but lots of ammenities. Nice and quiet. No shampoo or conditioner in rooms. Workout room could use floor mats for stretching and floor excercies. Only has 2 treadmills and 2 elipticals.

Only for a 1/2 nigts air lay-overe... near airport . there is also the mega mall near by..... shopping... NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM !!!

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, although a little hard to get to from the main highway. We used the shuttle service to the airport that was provided and recommended by the hotel, and the returning driver was horrible! He texted while driving (which is illegal in MN), swerved all over the road, tipped my suitcase over into the snow twice […] and didn't apologize and hardly said a word, much less a "thank you", "have a nice day" or even "get lost". the rooms were nice. the staff was excellent
