Wunderschöne Anlage etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum von Palm Springs. Schöne Wohnungen mit Küche , Waschmaschine , Trockner , Grill auf dem Balkon . Eigene Garage mit 2 Fahrrädern inklusiv. Aufenthalt war einfach zu kurz.

Sehr grosszügige saubere Zimmer, mit schöner Anlage und nahe Joshua Tree Park. Alles was man braucht ist innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr ruhig, man kann dort gut ausspannen. Wifi und kostenloser Parkplatz inclusive. Insgesamt im Vergleich zu anderen Motels wirklich empfehlenswert.

Best Western Inn at Palm Springs liegt in Flughafennähe in Palm Springs in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Moorten Botanical Garden and Cactarium, Palm Springs Convention Center und Agua Caliente Cultural Museum. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Plaza Theatre und Palm Springs Art Museum.

Hotel liegt Zentral und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Zimmer sind sauber und im guten Zustand. Pool ist im Sommer sehr warm und bietet keine Abkühlung. Zimmer sind mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Frühstück am Pool, gemütlich und gut !

Das Motel liegt keine 5 Autominuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Toller Blick auf die Berge. Nette Idee, das Frühstück am Pool anzubieten. Das Personal war herzlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN im ganzen Bereich, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch am Pool.

Best bang for the buck. In addition to the friendliness of the staff, the room was very clean and comfortable, with nice ammenities. The breakfast was a surprise with waffes, hard boiled eggs, mussins and pastery. Palm Springs downtown, Palm Desert and the Tram were all within a few minutes drive. "Very comfortable"
I was only there for one night, but was very happy with it all around.
I want to say "Thank You" for allowing us to bring our pets. Our 2 small dogs are like our kids. The hotel was nice. All the parking places were taken while we were there so, parking on the street was our only option. The breakfast area needs more seats. "A FEW IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEEDED"
WE WERE TREATED WELL AND THE STAFF HELPED US GET THE AC TO WORK APPROPRIATELY. GOOD BREAKFAST IN NICE LOCATION NEAR THE POOL. SIEGHBORHOOD SO SO. ONE NEGATIVE WAS THE MAIN ELEVATOR WAS LIKE A FREIGHT ONE, NOT CARPETED OR PROPERLY DECORATED. SHOULD BE UPGRADED. BY AND LARGE ACCEPTABLE ON A BUSY LOCAL WEEKEND.

Overall condition of lodging was good. Beds were comfortable. Personnel were pleasant. Breakfast was limited and "fake" OJ was a disappointment. Doesn't have an indoor breakfast room...served and seated oudoors by the pool...which probably is fine most of the year but not during the rain and wind storm that accompanied our stay.
Friendly staff, could use more options for breakfast and reduce the fees for pet stay. Carpets in the room need to be replaced!

Need to provide a hot breakfast selection. I thought that scrambled eggs etc. would be provided...Some of my team members stayed at a lower priced hotel and they also got hot breakfast i.e. omelettes etc. When you are heading out to play softball it is important to have a good breakfast to start the day. I rate your breakfast as a 8.

The condition of the hotel is worn down. Service was below par. The pillows on the bed were the size of medium sized throw pillows and very hard. The ice machine was broken. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not hot. Will not stay again.

My husband and I and little dog stayed one night. We found the staff friendly, the room clean and spacious - the bed very comfortable and the hotel itself very close to the strip. Plenty of surrounding area to walk the dog also. Breakfast was very good also. I enjoyed the waffles. We will stay there again.

Nice hotel for the money. The staff is great and caring. i would like to mention Ana A. and Pradip, the manager. They are very outgoing and caring people, who are there to respond to any and all of your concerns. the hotel is pretty close to the street fair that takes place every Thursday.

The hotel was nice. Location was convenient. Breakfast was served by the outdoor pool and during the morning it was very cold. But there were overhead heaters. Overall a pleasant hotel.

It was great to be back in the Palm Springs area after being away for so long. The Best Western Inn at Palm Springs made the return even more enjoyable. The room we were in was very comfortable and the pool area is very welcoming. We had cocktails with friends at the table area that was built by the pool. This Inn is highly recommended.

Not in the middle of town, true, but if you came for the desert and mountains, stay here. When you're in the pool, the view to one side is nothing but beautiful view of mountain and sky. Other side is breakfast buffet. Can't go wrong. Very pleasant and helpful desk clerk from Houston.

Only pizza menue in the room appeared to be room service, but was not. We ordered thinking it was somewhat expensive. When it was delivered, there was a delivery charge which mad the cost astromomical. Don't use the menue in the room. We are accustomed to having several food options to choose from.

"Serves it's Purpose"
I don't usually write reviews, but had to b/c there were several strange things going on here... Also, I don't usually stay in fancy hotels... probably in the middle/average range, so I don't expect fancy, just clean and reasonably comfortable. We stayed here for Coachella... kind of far, but good price compared to other hotels... and we just wanted […] somewhere to stay. It served the purpose pretty well. That being said, I wouldn't stay here if I was on a "Palm Springs vacation" looking for a nice hotel. There were some strange things about the hotel/room... - first, it was very hot when they got there (happy that they are trying to save energy by turning the A/C down during the day, though) and takes the A/C like 10-15 mins to turn on. It was loud (bad if you're a light sleeper) and we were worried that it wouldn't make it through the weekend, but luckily it did. - strangest thing - the water. We turn on the water at the sink and it is literally scalding hot (you can't even touch it to wash your hands). We ended up having to let it run for 6-7 minutes before it was cool enough to wash your hands or face. Never had that problem before, and this happened every time you used the sink. The shower was the same, except it took longer to cool down. I took the hottest shower I've ever had, and not on purpose. Also, the water temperature would start changing after several minutes - up then down then up, etc. Very strange. - We didn't notice the first night, but they have some smelly water. Maybe b/c it was cooler on the first day we got there, but every night that we got home after that it smelled poopy. It reminds me of some places that have stinky well water. You/your nose gets over it after a few minutes, but still kind of gross. - Bath tub had some gross looking stains, but I tried to trust that they were just permanent stains, and not there b/c they weren't cleaned well enough. Same on bedding, but it was at the foot area, so tried to ignore it. So after all that... Mehr

I asked for a wake up call at 4:00 a.m., instead, I got my wake up call at 2:00 a.m. I could not fall back to sleep. Will not return.
They should not say it has a buffet breakfast, is just avery very simple breakfast , with Tang instead of orange juice.

Very enjoyable stay very clean and good continental breakfast. Pool was also enjoyable if prepaid makesure you have your documents with you as they will not look them up

"Best Western Palm Springs"
We stayed at a few Best Westerns in the USA, it was very good, the rooms were smaller than others that we had stayed in. Nice pool and jacuzzi, very much needed air con in the rooms, clean hotel and friendly staff. Free internet which is nice and a good breakfast. No complaints about this hotel at all.

"No pool towels"
When we first checked into our room the room temperature was hotter than the 100+ degree weather inside. It took atleast an hour to make the room a comfortable (and since we had a dog with us it was very important that the room was cool). Also, there were not any pool towels. When I asked one of the room attentdants about the towels the staff told me […] that I needed to go the laundry room to get one myself!
