My only complaint would be having a room right next to the exit door. It was a very loud door that slammed quite loudly when people entered/exited. It needed something installed to quiet the slamming. Other than that, the hotel was quite sufficient for my one night stay.
this location worked for us. We had a good time. it was good to have the reservation it gave us a good starting point.

Close to UW platt, which is what we were looking for. People were nice at check in and check out, continental breakfast was good. The shower curtain was very strange as the rod bowed out and the shower curtain was hard to keep in the tub. Therefore the water went on the floor. "Didn't stay"
We had reservations at this hotel to attend a ceremony at the college that my daughter is attending. We called ahead to find out if they were "pet friendly". We were told yes, no problem. There would be an extra charge but that didn't bother us at all. We arrived at the hotel to check in and noticed a No Pets allowed sign. We asked and were told that […] Pets are not allowed even though we called to ask before we made the reservation. Needless to say, we couldn't stay and as there was only one other hotel option in town which was a Super 8, it was a major inconvenience and hassle to have this happen. Mehr

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was decent. What more could you ask want for an overnight stay?

Good hotel, but operator should start thinking of freshening up the room. All Country Inn are fair value hotels, Sill would expect newer bedding, newer carpets. Should also do a better job with their water softner.
