Das Hotel ist in typischer Motelform (einzelne Zugänge zu den Zimmern von Außen) gebaut. Wir hatten das Glück, dass der Pavillion im Außenbereich frei war und konnten deshalb abends grillen. Keine besonderer Konfort, aber die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Handynetz nur marginal vorhanden. Man muss im Außenbereich einfahc probieren, wo Empfang ist. The room was very nice for the price. The bed was also very comfortable, and everything was located relatively close to where we needed to travel to.

This hotel has been remodeled and feels more luxurious than the chain name would suggest once you get in the rooms. It's conveniently located and a quick 2-3 minute trip to downtown.

The rooms face a parking lot and tunnel road and the outside light is so bright that I found it hard to sleep at night. The curtains were inadequate to darken the room sufficiently and light even came in under the door.

I was surprised to park in front of hotel room. Reception is far from some rooms and lady was not very welcoming. Room was clean but when it rains and you have nowhere to wipe your feet it becomes messy quickly as there is no corridor before opening room. Tunnel road is a major road so some traffic noise. Clean sheets, king bed and whirlpool tub made my night. I love clean hotel rooms - what a treat!

We reserved a room for two nights at this hotel. When we arrived we were delighted to find our room was large, nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is conveniently close to downtown. We were particularly happy with the location of our rooms as there was a green area just across the parking lot that served as an excellent place to walk our dog. The […] hotel even provided bags to clean up after the dogs. We were clearly in the pet section, which worked out well for us and Zoey as there were lots of new friends for her to meet! Excellent 2 night stay - we had a king room with jacuzzi. Good towels, very clean and modern bath, comfortable bed, excellent TV with good selection of HD channels. Staff let us check in early. Overall, strongly recommend this place if you're looking for a place convenient to Warren Wilson College, I-240, and downtown Asheville through Tunnel Road.

Clean, well kept. Staff was pleasant. Good breakfast variety!

Close to the biltmore estate and village. Also convenient to many restaurants and stores.

I have stayed twice at this hotel and have been pleased with the cleanliness and closeness to the downtown area. The rooms are roomy and they have updated tvs in the room which allows for connection of laptop or other devices to stream videos.

Excellent value for the money.I will definitely stay there again

I was very satisfied with the accomodations. It was neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying. It was conveniently located. My only issue was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was way too loud. I did find two stink bugs in the room. All things considered it was a good value for the price. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Dollar for dollar a great bargain, priced less than many similarly situated motels. Large clean room and a good hot breakfast. Located five to ten minutes from the Biltmore Estate. And when I accidently left my coat behind, they had it safely stored at the front desk.

I booked this Best Western in Asheville based on the positive reviews on hotels.com. It is true that the hotel has friendly staff, updated rooms and a good breakfast. HOWEVER, as other reviews have stated, the room walls are paper thin. In the evenings you could hear people talking and the TV audio from the rooms next door. If you are a heavy sleeper […] then this might not bother you. We had to turn our TV volume up considerably louder just to drown out the sound of our neighbor's TV audio. We left a day early. Thankfully, Hotels.com made the process very easy and refunded our money. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Mehr

My fiance and I traveled to Asheville for a Valentine Weekend Getaway. We booked this hotel because of it's reasonable and afforable pricing, as well as convenient location to the Asheville Mall, The Biltmore Estates, and the Mountains. Much to our surprise, our King Suite was very suitable, clean, and comfortable. Remodled property that is clean and affordable. Not fancy and not extravagant. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. An old fashioned motor lodge type property that has been recently updated.

I enjoyed the stay I was kinda skeptical about it since I reserved it off Hotels.com but it was well worth it for the money. I would recommend the hotel to others looking for a nice place to stay, The staff was very friendly and helpful,

We stayed here while we searched for a new home. The decor color was refreshing. Staff was very helpful. Location turned out to be centrally located to every place we planned to visit.

I was skeptical after reading reviews for this hotel, but for the price it was definitely more than we expected! The room was clean, service was great. We didn't wake in time for breakfast, so I can't give a review on that, but we would definitely stay here again. It's close to all kinds of shopping, only down side is it's near a highway. It's still […] relatively quiet, just traffic and movement starts early in the morning and if you want to sleep in like we did it may be a problem. Overall great hotel! Mehr

Clean, comfortable, and recently remodeled. Excellent breakfast. A great value we will stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and easy to get to. It's close to restaurants and stores in the area. Biltmore was only a 5 minute drive! The breakfast was good but the area was a bit crowded. The only 2 drawbacks were: we had a non smoking room and for some reason our bathroom smelled like smoke. We told the front desk and they were very apologetic and reported […] the issue. The one other minor thing was that our bathroom door didn't close properly. So no major complaints here! A very nice, convenient, clean and budget friendl hotel!
