Great location, very helpful & friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful hotel and lobby area, great room service avail 24 hours, enjoyed this hotel and will be staying again. Got a great deal through Hotels.com, that was half the price of the hotel itself.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Loved the historic feel. However, I was a bit annoyed with the plethora of Christmas decorations still on display. We were there on January 21...

The experience definetly was one of the hightlights of our Holiday Season. We are planning on going again next year.

This is a really beautiful old hotel. It was a nice overnight for our Pittsburgh to Boston holiday travel. It was over the top for Christmas decorations for obvious reasons.

It would have been FANTASTIC, except for a funny smell in the lobby both mornings... were they cooking goose livers??

Dining room hostesses could have been nicer and more accomodating when seating us. Were not cooperative in seating us for 7PM reservatiuons because it was 6:50 PM! Table was set - we saw it. Instead they refused to seat us until the exact minute. Waiter wasn't knowledgeable about some dishes being served.

Loved this hotel. Not the slickest, not the sparkliest. But character, comfort. Loved it.

we looked long and hard for a nice hotel to stay at on our way up to new york. this was perfect, clean and quiet, considering there were two weddings being held within the hotel . the food in the taproom being very good. parking $5 per night . we will call back sometime when we return to the U S , 2 very happy British visitors. just two hours from j […] f k ,sat-nav took us to the door. The room size was ample, The hotel had a great bar and the food was lovely. Christmas celebrations finish on the 23rd in Bethlehem, the hotel was very helpful and offered a wonderful shuttle service to attractions and shopping

This is a classy place and doing rehab on rooms bit by bit so it should be even better. The neighborhood is a fun location any time of year but especially beautiful at Christmas time. We had an issue with a mystery smoker on our floor and the management took care of it quickly. Recommended!

Upscale Old Hotel. Sunday Brunch is fantastic. Great Resturant in the Hotel and also near the Hotel. Mama Nina's a block from the Hotel is wonderful, but go there hungry.

This is a beautiful hotel in Bethlehem with it's own special history. We enjoyed our one night stay. The check in service was excellent and they helped us with a special issue we had. My one comment was the disappointing service we recieved in their Tap Room. We saw the waiter once in 20 minutes and did not even able to order our wine. They were clearly […] understaffed for such a busy night. On the flip side we ate at the bar and the food was delicious. Mehr

My wife and I had a great stay at the Hotel Bethlehem! The rate was excellent and everything about the hotel was wonderful! We plan to come back in the near future for a longer stay. We would heartily recommend this hotel to any one.

This was a great experience. The comfort of the hotel was outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful. The downtown area was charming. We plan to visit again next year and bring the entire family!

A great place for a weekend getaway--it is decorated tastefully for the holidays and the food at both the restaurant and the pub is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Bethleham. The service was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful and the history adds a little magic. It's a special place and we plan on coming back.

Great accommodations and staff were top notch. I was kinda spooked out though after I read through the website about the ghosts. I would go back though.

Our stay was perfect! The room was great, room service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The man in the registration when we arrived Oct 12, was very nice, arrived at about 9 A.M (before check in time) coming from California, and he gave us a beautiful room with a view. Thank you very much for your consideration. We will stay again when we come and visit our son at Lehigh University. Wilma

We stay here at least once of year when we come to town on business. I love the comfort of the nice linens, big bed and I really enjoy the main street for shopping. I think there are even more shops and restaurants this year than last. We've been there during the winter and it's enchanting. With that said, you must realize that this is an historic hotel. […] The bathrooms (marble) are tiny (at least the ones we've had) and there is a small closet. The ac/heating is not always comfortable. We like a cooler room for sleeping and we had to open the window during the evening for the afternoon heat to cool. I don't remember being cold in the winter. I took a really small fan that helped. I'd definitely recommend this old town charm for romantics like us! Mehr

This was a fantastic hotel. Staff was absolutely wonderful. They shuttled where we needed to go. Beautifully restored. Walking distance to restaurants

There were a few surprises - room was cold and heater would not work. Charging for parking ($5.00 per day) was another surprise. There was no mention of this charge in the information provided.

What a great old hotel. The Sunday brunch was very well done. Nice location, great food and bars in the walking area. If you are looking to have a look back to the old days and imagine yourself back in time this is the place for you. Piano music in the Lobby. Great Bar. Great Helpful staff. The floor boards creek under the carpet, old style bath tubs, […] and heavy wooden doors that gives this place its charm. Rooms are medium size. Parking is under cover. The Hotel Bethlehem in Bethlehem, PA was very nice and the Sunday brunch is fabulous. We attended a wedding and the presentation was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Great redo of a classic old hotel. Modern conveniences and retaining the charm. Only quibble is that hotel walls are a little thin.

We had a comfortable stay at this historic hotel. They upgraded us for free to a king room which wasn't huge, but comfortable enough. Be sure to check out the Sunday brunch- we have been a few times, totally fantastic with a buffet with everything you could ask for, live music, and a great setting. Usually need reservations a couple days in advance. […] The hotel location itself is on a street with tons of local shops and restaurants so you can walk to them. Recommendations: Mama Nina (BYOB italian), Tapas (Central American food), Johnny's Deli (across street from hotel, also great for breakfast). The hotel was very nice, however there was some maintenance issues associated with age. Overall the hotel had a great eclectic feel with good service and great location.

The hotel is in the center of the activities and very convenient to access the Musikfest venues. Very helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Our room was relatively small,but well-appointed.Perfect location for Musikfest.Staff at registration couldn,t have been more welcoming.Having directions in advance would have helped us to get to the hotel given that Main Street was closed due to the Festival-but a call to the Desk pretty much resolved that problem[Get on New St.and take it to Church […] St.].The parking lot is conveniently located behind the hotel.
