Wir haben zu zweit hier übernachtet. Sehr günstig für 3 Nächte über Ostern. Für ein 2-Sterne-Hotel echt TOP ... mindestens so gut, wie die meisten 3-Sterne-Hotels! Das einzige, was gestört hat, waren die unfreundlichen Reinigungskräfte - trotz "Do not disturb"-Schild sind sie einfach reingekommen, und waren sehr, sehr unfreundlich, weil wir noch nicht aus dem Zimmer waren. Die Metro ist ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir sind anfangs mit dem Auto nach Paris reingefahren... ist aber nicht zu empfehlen - die Metro (Tagesticket lohnt sich!) fährt sehr regelmäßig und überall hin und man hat keinen Stress mit der Parkplatzsuche. Einen Supermarkt hatten wir nicht gefunden... aber der McDonalds war auch nicht weit ;-)

"Super Lage"
Das Novotel les Halles liegt direkt an einer Metro-Station und mitten in einem sehr belebten Quartier mit vielen Bistros und Restaurants. Sehr guter und unaufdringlicher Service. Ein französisches Frühstück konnten wir gleich um die Ecke für ein paar Euro geniessen.

Wir sind mit unserer Familie im Sommer 2011 im Rahmen einer Städtereise in diesem Hotel gewesen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, insbesondere die zentrale Lage (Paris war fußläufig zu erkunden) unmittelbar neben einer Metro Station war von Vorteil. Ausgezeichnetes Service, Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist öffentlich sehr gut zu erreichen. Dies betrifft besonders Reisende, die vom Flh Charles-de-Gaulle kommen und somit per Bahn anreisen.

Die Toilette ist klein und hat kein WC-Bürstchen. Wasserkocher ist super. Das Frühstück ist teuer, aber sehr fein.

Great hotel! Staff are friendly. They smile to you and greet you. Room is clean and comfortable. Good large bed. Nice bathroom with both a shower and a tub. We had a coffee maker and a tea maker in our room, both with the minibar. Location of the hotel is great. Just five minutes walking to the river, 7 minutes to the Louvre. "Great Location"
Right near the Louvre. DInner was fantastic, rooms are clean and nicely appointed, but could use an update. Parking is at the hotel and there is a hidden shopping mall directly behind the hotel, all underground, and is oriented towards teenagers. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
The quality of the bed was marginal to a point where we had some backaches after the second night. We would have liked a couple of more electrical outlets (phone, computer, I-pod for 2 people) made it rather cramped with 2 (+ 1) bathroom outlets. The windows could not be locked.

The hotel in it self was in a fantastic location but it took a bit of finding in the first place as it is tucked off the main drag which is good for noise. The staff were all very attentive and helpful with all our requirements. The only fault we had was we could not open the windows and the heating was set too high so the room was rather warm. Best aspect is central location but tucked away in quiet corner. Outside the door is an entrance to a metro station which is at the heart of the metro system. We arrived at about 9 pm so just had meal in the hotel that first night - we were very pleasantly surprised with that.

Hotel staff were very friendly and spoke in multiple languages. Continental breakfast in the bar area very sufficient and reasonably priced. Live music nightly in the bar was enjoyable for our nightcap. Bar closed at midnight. Coffee/tea wasn't replaced daily in the room. Close to all modes of transportation. Some employees were on strike and every day from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. they were in the lobby making horrendous noise. This was very distasteful.

great quality hotel for a 4 star, good location, however its not on the main street and you have to sort of go behind the main street to get to it...wasnt an issue for us at night. too far to walk to Champs Elysees', but close to the Louvre Museum and you have the metro right outside the hotel which was the best thing

Cons: terrible bed, loud contruction (they are re-doing Les Halles right behind the hotel and they start hammering early in the morning), rude at the reception desk, very pricey for the room quality...you […] are paying for the location. We very much enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paris..... It was convenient, very comfortable, clean and affordable. We had a few little things that needed attention and they sent staff up to our room to take care of it within the hour of our call to the front desk. Location was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again....

The Novotel Paris Les Halles provided good service and was in a great location to be able to access the Parisian sites. The hotel's atmosphere was comforting.. Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was buzzing with life and cafes were abundant. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom and room provided all necessary requiremenst. "Novotel Paris Les Halles - Weak first impression"
The only issue with the hotel is that when we went to check in, the woman was on the phone and turned her back to us without a word. After that call, she then took another call without a simple "I'll be right with you". We went and stood in another line, and got checked in ok, but that was not the "first impression" I was hoping for.

Good points: fairly new hotel with a nice look and feel. Ice machines on each floor is a nice touch. Staff friendly, speak english and were most helpful. Pont Neuf and the Louvre are a short walk away (2 blocks) as is the bus stop for the hop on hop off sightseeing tour bus (a must do). Metro stop and super market 100m away. Lots of cafe's and bars […] to choose from. Not so good points: current construction around the hotel is a bit noisy during the day. Avoid the rooms at the back of the hotel as they face a walkthrough which is noisey all night. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel for three days on our way to the South of France. The hotel is great for the following reasons: (1) It's easy to get to (by train) from Charles de Gaulle Airport (2) It's in a central location that makes getting to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and many other attractions easy by foot or by train […] - bring comfortable walking shoes (3) There is a large amount of (authentic Parisian) restaurants to choose from in the area at a range of prices - so there is no need to eat at the hotel all the time and you get by at any budget point (4) Good shopping is close by - both malls and high end boutiques (5) The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff were attentive and friendly (6) The area around the hotel is secure and safe for men and women (together and seperately); however, I would recommend using the same precautions that you would use in your own neighborhood or any big city - no need to tempt fate. My only critics is that the size of our (standard) room was not very big, but this is typical of many Parisian hotels. That being said, it was more than enough room for two people. I would definitely stay at this hotel (and another Novotel hotel) in the future. It was the perfect start to our 14-day trip. Mehr
