Quality Inn & Suites - Sunnyvale / Silicon Valley - Sunnyvale

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Too many problems to even begin to list. Broken toilets above me, maid service knocking on doors repeatedly (even with do not disturb sign) and coming into room.

T hought tyhe Hotel was very well furnished, clean also could not believe the wonderful breakfast tha t was part of he charge. Would deff. return.

the rooms are very small its like it used to be a retirement facility. They let homeless eat breakfast with you. and hotel is smack in the middle of a bad residential neighborhood. again ROOMS ARE VERY VERY SMALL. worst quality inn i ever stayed at

my room was somewhat noisy as it was near 101 fwy.

To start, I would like to say that the beds are extremely soft and comfy, i must have dozed off very fast, as i do not remember falling asleep (always a good sign!). The rooms are very clean, along withh all the common areas in the hotel. Quality Inn has continental breakfast and it is so tasty! I stayed at this location due to the parking restraints of a large RV but the hotel was so discusting that we checked out early. There was no hot water, the rooms smelled and the tile outside was so slippery that I fell two times which could have lead to serious injury. Door locks did not work all the time or were intermittent. Not enough table in complimentary breakfast area

Having stayed at many Quality Inns, I was very disappointed here. Two large bags of trash were left in the hallway in front of my room for more than 24 hours. Two of the light bulbs in my room didn't work. When I checked in I asked for a room away from freeway noise. I was given a room in a separate building which was quiet. When I found out the door […] to the back parking lot was continually propped open, I felt unsafe as a woman travelling alone. I spent a few hours in the breakfast room working and overheard 5-10 guests register complaints at the front desk. A few asked for refunds or cut their stay short. The rest said they'd never stay there again. One was ushered into a back room - I presume they gave her a refund. On the good side - wifi worked and breakfast was tasty. It's a convenient location and priced below many other hotels in the area. The price was fair, considering it was like a Motel 6 with a good breakfast included. Mehr

The hotel staff were superb! Very helpful and offered to have our room changed after we unpacked and discovered that the A/C did not work, that the screen on the window was cracked and when we needed multiple attempts and keys in order to enter our room each day. However, we had far too much "stuff" that the thought of unpacking/re-packing was too much […] for us. The walls were in need of fresh paint and the carpet, although clean, was in desperate need to be replaced. The "breakfast" was frequently out of items and the smell of cigarette smoke was evident throughout the entire complex. Once again, the staff did whatever they could to make things better, but there is just too much that needs to be done to upgrade the facility. Mehr

Very nice hotel. Location close to concert site.

when i got there, i found out the appearance of the hotel (outside and lobby,), looks so different from the pictures. it is like a cheap motel out of maintenance. i decided not to stay there even they refused to cancel it. i later figured out all the positive reviews of this hotel were entered years ago. there's nothing much in the surrounding neighborhood […] either. i can't find any restaurants or coffee shops. The hotel was a total dive. Every single time except once, my card didn't work and I had to go back to the front desk several times. They even had to reset the main switch on the lock a few times for me to get back in. The carpet was stained and ripped, the towels were thin, and the sheets had cigarette burns in them. The only vending machine that worked […] was mostly empty. The downstairs breakfast room only had coffee or tea until 9am, and all the dishes and cutlery were plastic/disposable. What a waste. Running a dishwasher would probably be cheaper than buyig so many throw-away items! The staff were nice enough and the location was good. I will not be staying here again for any price. Mehr

I booked this hotel since it was nearby to a business meeting. This was about 1/3 less but was well appointed (breakfast and TV room, free popcorn, pool, free internet.) I had no problems with check-in/out. However, my bed did shift when I sat on it, but it was too late to change rooms. I doubt this is a common occurance. The room is a bit small, but […] everything was there, incl coffee maker. The shower unit was new with a fancy shower head. The room is near one of the main roads so you may hear traffic in the morning. I'd stay here again if I needed to be near Sunnyvale. Mehr

For the money it was clean, breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom light was not very bright. CLose to highway and stores. Would stay again.

安い割りにベッドも大きく、部屋もきれいで快適でした。 バスタブはありませんがシャワーがあるので十分です。
