Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms but a little small. Great value for the money.

Room was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in. The door to the hall had a gap so we heard everyone who went by at all hours of the night. We would never stay at another Micro-Tel.

Our stay at microtel was absolutely amazing. The staff was very pleasant to deal with the room's were clean and comfortable the pool is great especially if you have young children. I would highly reccomend this hotel and look forward to staying again

The hotel is nice, room was a bit small only a bed and bath, not room for much else. No iron and iron boards in room, which would have been convenient. Breakfast was VERY meager, so didn't enjoy. The pool was nice and would have been great had we brought the kids, but it would have been nice to have an "adult swim" say from 11 pm to 12 midnight. Very nice place.

We reserved 2 rooms. We were given one room on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd. Normally it would not be a problem but the rooms are not very soundproof. Both right across from the elevator and in the case of the second floor, the ice machine. There were people talking while waiting for the elevator at all hours and every time someone would use the […] ice machine the noise would drown out the TV. . We could even clearly hear someone snoring in the next room. On the bright side, the staff was among the nicest I have ever encountered and the hotel was as clean as could be. If the walls were a bit better soundproofed, I would give this hotel all fives. Mehr

Four adults were placed in a room three doors down from the pool which was very loud to begin with but the room next to us and the hallway were noisier than the children playing in the pool area which you could only hear when someone opened the door. This noise had to be heard at the desk as we were on the first floor not far from there. We also had […] a little person above us who was jumping around as kids do but it sounded like he/she was coming through the ceiling. I would never stay there again. Mehr

Everything was perfect about the hotel--cleanliness, amenities, and the interesting pool area. My daughter liked sleeping in the little window seat. However, when I woke up at 4 a.m. I could hear our neighbor's TV going. It wasn't even the wall I was sleeping beside.

Checked In late because we stayed by Lambeau after a game. We laid down and was almost alseep and was awoken to the hotel staff knocking at the door telling us to please be quiet!?! Then we woke up a 330 am to people in the hallway. Didn't think much of it and went back to bed, only to be woken up again at 830 to some lady banging on the door across […] the hall screaming and yelling to let her in. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room. Other than that, it was a great value!

Was kept up until 2:00am by loud, rowdy group of rude 20-something "men". After multiple complaints by me and others, the night manager knocked on their door- a 2 minute fix. They should've been asked to leave leave after the second or third time this scene played out. Ok hotel but manager(s) need to manage

The bathroom wasn't stocked with bathroom supplies properly. There was only one shower towel and when my wife asked the front desk for a clean bath towel, the response was "we don't have any clean ones...they had to search the hotel cleaning carts for a clean towel.

Very nice motel for the price. We LOVED the pool. It had a fun waterslide and nice hot tub!

The Microtel chain is almost always a good deal. Rates are low, the rooms are nicely furnished, and generally the morning breakfast adequate, though high on the carbs. The Green Bay one is an unbeatable place to stay anytime, but particularly if you're extending your stay a day or two around a Packers game.

Came to Green Bay for the Willie Nelson concert with my husband and 2 grandkids--what a nice place to stay!!!!! Close and convenient for order out and carry in food from restaurants-close to the casino (where the concert was held) and the pool was the selling point for us. The hours open were unbelievable: 6a.m. to 12midnight!! I nice water park-like […] slide and the 3 pools combined made for a nice sized swimming area. This was the smallest room I,ve ever had at a microtel. most of the room was clean the rug could use a shampoo .they forgot one day to clean my room 1 of the 4 days , the staff where very nice yes i would stay there again but never across from the elevator again people never shut up when going down the hall but they are worse buy the elevator

Comfortable low cost hotel. Clean, but carpets are in need of replacement. Fairly close to Airport. Not much to contintental breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The pool was great and very clean.

Had a pleasant stay, the room was clean and service was great. We all enjoyed the pool, definitely will be back.

The hotel was priced low, so we were not certain of how nice it would be, but it was clean and well maintained. Small rooms, but that's to be expected. We needed a place to bring our dog, so we were happy with the service!

Basically the room was clean, but my husband and I could not sleep because the beds where so hard we would get up with back pains, the pillows where very flat and the A/C never worked. We turned the A/C on as soon as we got to our room and went out for dinner and a little sightseeing but when we came back the room was still hot, I called the front desk […] and the staff member changed our room and the A/C still didn't work, since we didn't want to make any more complaints we went to wal-mart and bought a fan and new pillows. The pool at this hotel was really built for kids, but still has a hot tub that is separated for adults to relax in. The only problem we had was that the bed was way too firm for me and I felt like I was sleeping on a rock all night.

Our family stayed in three rooms. All three rooms were great. My grandsons and my sons loved the pool. Fantastic place to stay, exspcially with children. We will be back.

A very small (hence the name of the hotel chain) room, but why include a fridge and large wardrobe to take up so much floor space? And fluorescent tube lighting over the bed? Eeesh. But a clean room and friendly staff.

We stayed here on our way to the Upper Peninsular in Michigan and found the hotel to satisfy the needs. We were one of the first rooms next to the elevator and near the lobby area so I felt the room was uncomfortable as I woke up early from the noise. However, my fiance did not have a problem. Booked the hotel for 2 nights with 3 friends. At first we were checked into a room that was undergoing maintenance, but we were given a new room right away. Good size, very clean, nice price, great service. We really liked the window seat! The pool & hot tub area was great, too. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the help at the front desk was very kind. My children loved the pool. I would definately stay again.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shops and within 1/4 mile of the highway. Bed was firm but overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Every thing about this motel was great. Price was in line with other motels of lesser quality that feel they can gouge you because it's Green Bay Packer game day.

I booked a non-smoking room at the Microtel and when I confirmed that at check-in, I was told the entire hotel was smoke free. When entering our room on the third floor, the smoke smell knocked us backward. It was obvious that someone had been smoking in the room very recently. I called the front desk to ask for a different room and was told there were […] none available as the hotel was sold out. The clerk said he would bring up an "ozone machine". It turned out to be a table fan that had a timer on it for an hour's worth of operation at a time -- totally useless. We ended up having to sleep with the window open. When we got home, everything we had brought into the room reeked - our cooler, our suitcases, our clothes, our shoes, even my makeup bag!! It was the smokiest hotel I've EVER stayed in. It ruined our trip. The other disappointment was the lobby area -- why offer a continental breakfast when you have no space for anyone to sit down and eat it? The pool area was nice -- obviously newer than the hotel, but it smelled so strongly of chlorine that my eyes burned and itched the minute we walked into the pool area. Overall, we were very disappointed. The hotel needs to replace the carpet, drapes and bedspreads in the rooms, at a minimum, to cut down on the smoke smell. We come to Green Bay at least twice a year and we will definitely not choose this hotel again. Mehr

When checking in the cust. service rep. was totally overwhelmed. She had one cust ahead of me with a problem, then the phones kept ringing so she would have to answer those and then had my room wrong and had to switch. She tried her best. The guy in back should've been out front helping. The room was a basic 2 queen beds. It was ok on comfort. We were […] at the pool most of the time. The kids LOVED the pool. Has a slide, basketball net, and whirlpool. The pool area and bathroom needed cleaning up. The room was good. For the price I would recommend to friends on a budget. Mehr

From the moment i first saw this hotel from the outside till i moment i checked out, this hotel was just perfect. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and the the inside is well maintained. I had a queen suite and it was a great size. The indoor pool and hot tub, which is open 24hrs where both enjoyable and again well maintained and clean. The staff […] where friendly and polite. The hotel is less than 20 mins from the airport. The Legends resturant is just across the road and has a great atmosphere and excellent food. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone from a single traveller to a family group. I have no complaints with this hotel and when i return to America later in the year i will be staying again. Mehr

I was a little leary about this hotel with the price being so cheap. It was pleasent! Small, but we were there to sleep. The staff were very nice and friendly and the pool a good size and fun! We'd definitely stay again! Thanks Green Bay for a wonderful weekend!
