Wir haben bereits das zweite mal dort jeweils 2 Tage übernachtet, wenn ich wider in der Nähe seien solte immer wieder. Sehr nette Menschen die dort Arbeiten und die einen den Aufenthalt angenehm gestallten.

This is a great place to stay. Right off the freeway and only a few miles from restaurants etc. A bit tricky to get to but very clean, quiet and the staff was very nice and professional. And I'm very picky and I'm hard to impress when it comes to good customer service. We stayed the night while driving through to Phoenix and as our car broke down the […] next day upon leaving, the staff was courteous in letting us check out late and keeping our luggage while we played at the great pool waiting for our car repairs. I stayed at the Best Western Date hotel for two nights while I was in town on business. I chose the hotel for the low price and very high ratings given by former guests. The hotel lobby was clean and brightly lit and the staff were very hospitable and helpful. The check-in and check-out were both smooth and quick. My room was extremely clean and spacious. […] The bed was very comfortable and reminded me of a much more expensive hotel. The TV was not a flat screen, but this did not bother me. It was easy to operate, and I liked that it was on the same channel I left it when I watched it last. (Most hotels set the TVs to revert back to some internal house system and force guests to have to go through the same time-consuming process to get back to the channel they want to watch. This TV felt like the set-up at home.) The DVD player was also easy to operate. The hotel maintains a very good selection of current and popular DVDs in the lobby for guests to borrow free of charge. I watched two films while I was there. The room was very quiet in that I heard no other guests in the adjacent rooms. However, I think the doors need to better fitted to the frames or "weather-stripped" because whenever anyone was talking in the hallway it sounded like it was in my room. Fortunately this only happened twice in the earlier part of each night I was there. I did not get a chance to try the pool or spa. However, I did take a peek. The pool is huge and very inviting! I cannot wait to try it during my next stay. I did not sit down for the full free breakfast, but I did grab some fresh fruit and juice on my way out one morning. I also appreciated the cold, crisp citrus water (water with slices of orange, lime, and/or lemon) and fresh, local dates on hand in the lobby. Again, a nice touch which is actually the mark of a much higher-end hotel. The location is a bit removed from any major restaurants or shopping... but this was not a concern to me. a good overnight stay, lots of interstate traffic in the vicinity, but the room is quiet nonetheless. I'd stay there again at the right price.

We booked this hotel via Hotels.com and had no idea if it would be all right or not. We relied on these reviews and had our fingers crossed. While the surrounding neighborhood was a bit run-down, the hotel itself was perfect for us. Room was updated, clean and quiet. We slept great and the location was terrific since we were in town to go to the Humana […] Golf Tournament, which was only about a 15 minute drive. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but found the breakfast options adequate and the price was a good value. We will definitely stay here again. Mehr

Complimentary breakfast was nice. DVD player was equipped and free rental was enable. If I go to Joshua tree national park or Salton sea, I will stay here again.

I reserved this hotel because it had wi-fi. It was only after lugging my very heavy suit case up two flights of stairs -- no elevators -- that I discovered there was no wi-fi in my wing of the hotel! Surely something that should have been mentioned -- along with the lack of elevators. I'll not be staying at this hotel again.

In Indio for a concert, and needed a hotel close by. Chose BW Date Tree based on TripAdvisor reviews. This hotel was everything we expected. Not fancy, and yes slightly dated, but clean, convenient to our destination, and staff, especially Andrea, was exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked online, had confirmatin numberf, but hotel did not, but, they were very accomodating and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I stay here frequently as the location is very convenient for my trips.

This place is in the worst neighborhood, bordered by a rundown trailer park. I did not end up staying here, and wasted my money. If you are staying in this area, you are better to stick with one of the casinos. More pricey, but worth it!

Front desk, Jason or Jacob, was very helpful. I called the hotel the day before arrival and he arranged a room for the 3 of us. The first room was a bit too far from the pool and breakfast room and he cheerfully arranged a room on the ground floor which was convenient to both the breakfast room and large pool. I am a fanatic swimmer and choose hotels […] on the basis of the size of the pool. Breakfast was satisfactory for a continental. Nice waffle machine. Clean room. One big plus: the free use of the computer in the lobby. Fortunately, I did not have to wait as this is the slow season. This hotel has replaced the Clarion as the hotel of choice for our stop on the way to AZ. Mehr

Despite the closeness of a train and the less than dark room, this hotel was great. The room was spcious and clean, free videos to watch, 24 hour pool, tasty breakfast and super friendly, knowlegeable staff. Very happy with our stay.

This hotel is a really good value. I stayed for 1 night in town from LA for a concert. The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially maintenance supervisor Jeff!) and I was able to check in and out with ease. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something reasonable priced without hassle.

The hotel itself was worn down, the neighborhood was awful, boarded up buildings, right across from a railroad track, very disappointing

This hotel is very good they got great staff working and for the price is not bad. If I have the chance to be in Indio again I will stay at thishotel.

We stayed one night while visiting family. Nothing fancy, what you would expect for the price. The building we were staying in ran out of hot water in the morning. I think that had a lot to do with a large group of young teenagers that were staying there to compete at a local sporting event.

Rooms were what was expected for the area and the price, what I didn't expect was a 2 inch cockroach waking me up at 3 in the morning.

The employees were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was very clean and nice, would stay here again and recommend it.

It may sound like a strange place to escape too, but i like Indio. The 24 hour fitness nearbye is the best gym in their chain, the JackaLope Ranch is an awesome restaurant with an unbeatable happy hour, and fun sports bar atmoshere.. For the price it is a great one night get away from los angeles

Great place to stay close to town nice grounds and attentive staff, son liked the free dvd movies and Waffles you could make, they did not clean room but that was ok, but be sure to gather all when you check out they are very fast to clean the rooms.

Very expensive for the quality. Bath was only a small shower. Charged $20 for a small dog.

The hotel, really a motel, is not very convenient for Palm Springs but has easy access for travelers passing through the area. The property is dated but they've done a good job of trying to make up for it. The groups are nice. Interior hallways too institutional. But they have plenty of ammenities such as free DVDs and Internet.

Needs improvement in the rooms. Everything was old(chairs,bed, etc..) Blanket and sheets seemed very old. Room smelled a little old and dirty. Dresser drawers were broken. They kept opening up wouldn't stay closed. Overall everything was ok the rooms just needed to be worked on. A good place to stay for the weekend.

Outside color could be repainted but great Hotel and staff!!! If ever in the area i will go back to this Hotel!!!!

Very helpful staff. Excellent overnight stop about 200 miles out of LA. In July 114 degrees outside, but nice and cool in this hotel. Most rooms have microwave, making it easy to pick something up at a grocery store and heat it up when ready for dinner.

The guy who checked us in was wonderful. I would love to have employees like that. Very helpful and kind. Everyone who works at this hotel are doing a wonderful job...

This is a great sleeper value. The staff was genuinely courteous. The amenities were nice: free cookies, room coffee maker, free DVD's. The physical structure is beginning to age, but was very clean and functional. The price was great.

We loved our hotel stay at TBWDTH. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel had an ice machine, frig. in the room, movies to borrow (new releases too), the complimentary breakfast consisted of "make it yourself" waffles, fruit, pastries, bagles, yogurt, toast, juice, oatmeal, and more. Staff were very friendly and helpfull, everything matched expectations. Location was quiet and abit far from good shopping or dining.However that was clear before booking. All in all an excellent little hotel.
