Vom Hotel aus kann man alles sehr gut zu Fuss machen. Zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer waren grosszügig mit eigenem Balkon. Zimmerservice war gut.

liegt ganz nahe den falls gutes fruehstuecksbuffet nahe dem hotel (restaurant cooks), balkon super, bett sehr weich, supermarkt nahe dem hotel sehr teuer

It was a budget place to stay and convient to attractions.

not close to much just the new casino, everything else requires a cab.

Our stay at the Best Western Fallsview was perfect. The location was ideal for a variety of restaurants in all price ranges. The hotel was very close to attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable; a great value all around.

No refrigerator, no microwave, 10$ for parking. For the cost per night, there should have been more included. Will never ever book this hotel again.

Great online registering and reserving room - SAVED at least $100! Names of hotels were given so that online comparisons could be made quickly and decision to book was an informative choice. Hotel had spacious room and double sinks (bathroom and kitchenette) were truly appreciated! Hotel now, thankfully,dispenses soap and shampoo instead of wasting […] those mini containers! Now you just have to provide a dispenser for the vanity sinks too! Soap, shampoo and hair dryer, iron/ironing board still provided! YAH!!! Mehr

Parking was an extra charge and the lot got full early in the evening. I was lucky to find a place to park even on hotel property,..obviously people that are not staying at the hotel and parking in our places and nobody cares,..Can't find the people, can't move the cars,..Oh well, we survived two nights,.other than that, Hotel was Ok!!

This was the worst Hotel ive ever stayed in, i will tell all my friends to never stay at this Hotel, i will make it known around the surrounding Niagara area to avoid this hotel, (if you want to call it that) there are better discount Motels in the area.I would rather sleep in my car than get a free room here.

An older hotel, but clean. Friendly staff and the room was very large and comfortable. Within a nice walk to the fallls so it was a convenient place to stay.

After waiting to get helped at the front desk for about 15 minutes, we were told they did not have our reservation and they insisted we were at the wrong hotel. I used the computer in the lobby to print out my reservation. The attendant had disappeared in that time and we waited another 15 minutes for someone else to help us. Turns out they had us booked […] on the wrong date. Since they had us booked on the wrong date they obviously didn't read the reservation. We were on our honey moon and I had asked for any upgrades they could accomodate. We were in a room with 2 double beds on the 1st floor next to a minimart, with a sliding glass door with no lock(it had a bar stopper) out to the parking lot. I know this room was not expensive and we booked it because it was what we could afford, but during the week in october, they could have given us something better. I work in the hotel industry. I know how it works. By the end of our stay I got over all that because the Location was perfect. But We will not go back to that hotel and spend the money to go a few feet down the road to the Hilton which is on the same block. Mehr

Spent 2 nights here while visiting Niagara. A very convenient hotel in terms of location, just up the hill from the Falls and close to the main hotels and restaurants in the area. Room was spacious and comfy and in our case extremely good value. If I was going back to Niagara I would stay here again.

This was without a doubt the largest room I have ever stayed in. It was just beautiful, clean and close to the falls, although at our age it was quite a walk but we made it to the falls and back. It was a honeymoon trip for us. Would most definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in an excellent location! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to the new casino/nice restaurants. The only disappointment was the parking. #1 the cost and #2 not being able to have more than 1 vehicle under the room. Other than that I was very happy with my stay!

This Best Western is conveniently located for most things in the downtown core, and an easy walk to The Falls and Maid of the Mist. We got an awesome deal through Hotels.com! We had a huge room, sparsely but adequately furnished. everything looked tired...everywhere around the hotel. The staff at reception were civil, but certainly couldn't be described […] as warm and friendly. I felt sorry for a party of German tourists who were checking in, and who did not get a warm and friendly Canadian welcome. Mehr

Remember to add $11.20 per day if you have a car. Great location, walk to falls on the Canadian side. Great shows across the street at the Casino. Fireworks on Friday nights and colored lights on the falls nightly.

Beautiful room, great location, very clean and everyone was helpful and friendly! If I ever go back to Niagara Falls, will stay there again. Also, the woman I spoke to at Hotels.com was extremely helpful.

This was definitely the stay from hell. Check-in staff was miserable, and took 20 minutes to complete the process. Room wasn't absolutely horrible, not a top tier accomodation by any means, but adequate. Checked in @ 7pm, went out for dinner at 7:15pm. Came back to the hotel at about 11:00pm, got ready for the casino. Noticed that there was some noise […] in the hallway, a large younger group getting ready to go out, nothing out of the ordinary (it is the falls on a long weekend). As we were leaving for the casino at about 11:30pm, an employee (no introduction, but seemed like a security guard) stopped us to tell us we had a complaint, and this was our final warning. We informed him he must be mistaken for the large group running down the halls, but not a big deal as our group wasn't making any noise. We came back from the casino at about 2:30am, everyone was in bed by about 2:45am. We received a phonecall waking everyone up at 3:30am informing us that we had to answer the door immediately. I answer the door, and this same Best Western employee was pushing himself into the room, telling us that we had 2 choices, leave the hotel immediately, or he was calling the police. He refused to offer an explanation, only responding that we must think he is an F'n idiot while pointing a flashlight in my face. I informed him that we had been sleeping, so he obviously has the wrong room. He proceeded to get into my face and push the door open. I informed him he could call the police, as we have not done anything wrong, and I would not be treated this way. 4 officers arrived, and woke us up. We had fallen back to sleep, and they were surprised that we were being asked to leave as well, but there is nothing they could do but adhere to the hotels request. We informed them that we would be unable to drive, as we had previously been drinking. They understood, and informed us that we would still have to leave. We understood the position the officers were in, and adhered to the request. Mehr

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were more than satisfied with our choice. It's a few mins walk from everywhere and anything that you want to do and see. Next year when we go back for our anniversary we will be staying here again. For the price I expected average, but was blown away by this place. I highly endorse it.

I would only recommend it because of its location. The hotel itself is very mediocre.

This hotel was convenient to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. It was a short walk to the Table Rock Welcome Center and a bit longer walk to the Clifton Hill area, but we were a group of 4 seniors ranging in age from 64 to 70 and were able to do the walk in about 20 to 25 minutes. We were right across the street from one of the casinos. The room […] was comfortable, except for the bath towels, which were small and very rough. There was no safe, fridge or microwave in the room, but we made due with that. We ate breakfast at their restaurant every morning and the food was good, plus they gave us a 10% off coupon for the restaurant so that made it even more affordable. Food in Niagara Falls is NOT cheap. I would definitely stay here again. The Clifton Hill area is more central, but also more expensive. It is also a lot more built up than it was the last time we were here and geared to the younger crowd. This location was just right for us. Mehr

Nice hotel, clean, rooms were spacious on north side, would stay there again because it is cheap and central.

Location was wonderful, really close to all the sights. Price was good - missed not having a fridge in the room.

We chose this place randomly from hotels.com because the rates were pretty good. We've never been to the area before but consider ourselves lucky because this hotel is just minutes away from the Falls. Rooms were pretty clean, parking was $10 a day. Not too bad considering you have to pay for parking pretty much anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the […] falls. I caught a glimpse of an indoor pool but didn't get to use it. overall a good hotel. doesn't have a lot of modern amenities but it was clean and comfortable. just want to note that the hotel makes you sign a section that says they can kick you out if you make too much noise. we asked the attendant why and he said its because a lot of people go there from the casino across the street and have parties. luckily, we didn't experience this. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Allowed for baggage drop off prior to checking in, as the room would not be ready until 4pm.

- I had a pet and the staff was exteremly friendly with him & accomodating. - The staff is general is very friendly. - The T.V did not work properly, the volume did not work from the remote & the T.V. We did mention it to the staff but no one came to fix it. - I was initially charged for parking even though I had mentioned that I had no vehicle. […] That charge was dropped after I mentioned it the second time. Guest check in staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. Walking distance to the main areas and easy access to the main highways. TX

This hotel was great for pets. We were able to leave our dog with them and they walked our dog when needed. The people where very nice. There is an extra charge of 25.00 a day for pets and 10 a day for parking.

Our family was looking for a reasonably rated Niagara hotel to spend a night. This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased when we opened the door to our room. We immediately felt comfortable. This hotel is close to all that Niagara has to offer. We had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant the next morning. We would definitely stay […] again. Mehr
