The hotel is of good location. We were proposed to update out room to suite free of charge. The room had wonderfull mountain view.

"Knights Inn in Dillard, GA"
There are 3 buildings of rooms. Can't see building 3 in the back from the road. Look like a hotel you see on interstate that has been closed for a couple of years. The inside of the room was okay but the outside was really bad.
This is a very nice and reasonable motel to serve as a base for checking out the fall colors in the Smokies and the surrounding areas. About everything of interest is within an easy days excursion.
"Clean rooms, great location, great price"
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We knew the hotel is probably old and needs renovation but we just needed a night to stay for a day's hike at Black Rock Mountain. The bathroom was squeaky clean, the sheets were fresh and the view from our balcony was beautiful. We even have rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel is also right […] across Scooters(best bbq restaurant!!! ), a Mexican restaurant, Subway and Piggly Wiggly. There are nice antiques stores along the streets. We will definitely come back!! nice place to stay especially if traveling with a pet. The hotel has a great location and we liked the well maintained grounds. We'll stay at this hotel again!

"Cheap! and you get more than you pay for!"
Loved this hotel....very nice views. It is older....and any of you 4-5 star hotel fans won't like the "no frills". But I have personally stayed in much worse for much more $$. Recommend!!!

"Knights Inn of Dillard"
Lucky for us, we just needed a place to sleep and required no thrills or frills. We were give a very old room in the oldest of 3 sections of the hotel. The over all appearance of the room was clean, however the cloth covering the chairs was very badly stained/dirty. The chairs should have long ago been discarded or recovered. Just made us wonder how […] clean the room was. Dillard was a half way point for us on our second honeymoon. It was central to so many wonderful sights, which is why we chose to stay there. "Knights Inn -- Dillard, Georgia"
This was our first trip to NE Georgia. We chose Dillard, because the rate was less than in Clayton. After our misunderstanding at check-in, Knights Inn served very well as a place to sleep, allowing us to tour the mountains of Northeast Georgia.
"Clean and Spacious"
The room was spacious and clean. We had a refridgerator and microwave which came in really handy since everything seems to close early. The pillows were big and soft. The management was extremely helpful and nice.

This part of Georgia has got to be one of the best kept secrets I've run across. Rooms are nothing fancy, and the tv reception could be better, but for a neat,clean place to sleep with a helpful and friendly staff, it's on a par with many larger hotels where i"ve stayed.The mountain view from our deck was awe inspiring, and we were within 30-45 min […] from many wonderful towns and activities. The room was very spacious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Being right in the heart of Dillard - the location was perfect. The staff was very courteous.

"Good value for the money"
Excellent view of the mountains. A deck that runs the whole length of the hotel. Large room. Needs to be updated. Definitely shows its age, but it was clean and reasonably priced. No amenities whatsoever. Basically, a clean room to sleep in and a deck you can rock and look at the mountains from. Not much else.

The ac worked very well. The bed was comfy. nice quiet place. ice maker did not work but we had an ice chest. the staff very friendly. the bathroom area was nice and spacious.
