Comfort Inn Toronto Airport - Mississauga

The rooms were clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The only flaw is that the bathrooms don't have a fan in them.

Room was cheap, large (king room) comfortable and clean. It was close to the airport and international centre with free parking and wifi for the night. That's pretty much where the positives stop. This older building needs some serious renos. The wallpaper was ripped/pealing on all walls in the room, the tv buzzed when it was off and the bathroom light […] buzzed when it was on. The shower head leaked profusely at the pumping connection and the phone would not let me dial out by pressing '9' (as directed in the service folder). I tried to order food at the pub, but was told to call the pizzeria. when I called the pizzeria, the lady was talking to customers while I was trying to order, then said I couldn't charge it to my room even though the Inn had my Amex on file. Didn't eat supper that night so I gorged on the free breakfast, which was pretty good. Sometimes planes could be heard due to the proximity to Pearson airport. Inn staff were all pleasant and helpful. I might stay again because it was clean and comfortable, but I'd get food to bring back and charge my cell phone... Mehr

Second time staying at this hotel, again it was as good as the first time, friendly staff, great meals and service at the ZaZi's Restaurant and Pub. Clean room. We will be back.

The downstairs rooms were musty - when we moved upstairs it was fine... but there was no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage. There is a nice b'fast, it is very close to the Airport if you are driving (the shuttle only goes 1/hour) and the bar and restaurant serve good food (try the fajitas!). Chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I thought I can book a room before and after my trip to Orlando and receive free parking for the days before and after my trip. When I checked in tge lady was rude in saying that I could not park my truck there during my trip, she didn't even offer any kind of parking besides park and fly. Not impress […] with the service. Front counter staff was very pleasant to talk to, especially since I believe that the were understaffed. When we came in the front door, there was a gentleman getting registered and then the receptionist told him that she would be just a moment, and ran off somewhere in the hotel. Then came back after 2-3 minutes and apoligized. So basically it took […] us 10-15 minutes to register and it wasn't even busy. Also, that bathroom needed a little more attention. Great price and location. Perfect for our overnight stay. Kiddo wished there was a pool and no elevators but otherwise very happy with this hotel. Food at restaurant downstairs great too!

Not impressed all at. We were using this hotel as a stop over hotel with the assumption that because they offered an airport shuttle that we would have parking for the week. Not the case. When we arrived there was very limited parking available and when I checked in and made inquires about the parking for the week, I was advised that their parking was […] sold out. They said we only had overnight parking and would then need to go to park n' fly. Parking was a problem. It seemed liked the hotel is renting out spaces for guests to leave their cars at the hotel while they have gone to take the plane to another city. During our stay, we noticed cars covered with dust parked at same spots for days. Although there is additional parking they are next door by the fence and very dark. This Hotel was great for what I needed. The breakfast was also very good and had a good selection of hot and cold items. The only downside of the stay was the lack of good internet service where there was no signal in the rooms and staying for business made it difficult.

The hotel and the room were fine. We were only there for a short overnight stay before our 6:00am flight but enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and pub for dinner.

Shuttle bus to hotel was good. They were busy and the hotel was full. Fast registration. Hotel was clean and they were installing new carpeting. Have stayed there about 8 times and will go back. Good value and close to the airport.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said that in fact I had not been booked for park & fly, and that hotels.com regularly deceives customers about this in order to get the booking. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pub on site was nice, not the greatest service, but ok. I was totally amazed at the free breakfast in the morning!! Very good, very tasty and such a nice selection of dishes!! The location was so nice and close to the airport! Loved that and the shuttle included in the price!!

We were pleased at the location, close to Air Port, free shuttle, to and from. Great breakfast included. Staff friendly, and accommodating It was great and we will definitely use again. No elevator so if you are not on the main floor, you do have to get your bags up a flight. .
