Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist gut erreichbar. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist selbst bei der sonst schwierigen amerikanischen Küche genießbar.

Beim Einchecken wurde uns erstmal am Empfang eröffnet, dass wir nur ein Raucherzimmer bekommen könnten. Bei dem von uns gebuchten Angebot über Hotels.com sei eine vorab Auswahl über Raucher- oder Nichtraucherzimmer indes auch nicht möglich und wir müssten das nehmen, was zur Verfügung steht. Nach Besichtigung des angebotenen (stinkenden) Zimmers und […] deutlicher Intervention gab es dann plötzlich doch ein Nichtraucherzimmer - unschöner Start. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr schön, die Zimmer komfortabel und die Lage excellent mitten in Downtown, direkt bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Mehr

Have stayed at this hotel before. Great service, huge rooms. Bathroom needed some attention as the handle to the toilet was falling off. I didn't see in the services that the offer the turndown services anymore, which is a shame.

Great room and place to stay to enjoy the Christmas holidays with excellent shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel is great. The rooms were well appointed and had Bose stereo system along with a great television. Nice set-up for the bathroom.

We were very pleased with our room at the Conrad and the wonderful location to shopping and restaurants. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast selection of delicious food. The bar area is quite comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was all very accommodating and friendly.

We went for a hockey game and shopping to this hotel with friends and we all had a blast! The hotel is connected to a 3 story Nordstrom and lots of other stores and right when you walk out the door you are on the Magnificent Mile. We got there 3 hours early and they already had our room ready which we loved too! Overall awesome hotel!! Hoping to go […] back in the summer! Mehr

I had the pleasure of staying at the Conrad Chicago and being a member of the Hilton Honors program I asked to have my number attached to the room! IU was told by the front desk staff that it was the Hiltons policy to not reward members who booked through a 3rd party reservation system! An excellent hotel; excellent staff; and, terrific location on the Magnificent Mile. The only downsides are the parking costs and getting to the hotel (the one-way streets and the long way around to circle back).

$51 dollars a day for parking is very expensive. Room Service.....$73 dollars for and American breakfast and a bowl of soup......way too expensive

Great location, impeccable service, clean inviting rooms.

The general service attitude was poor quality. the hotel entrance area is very strange and devoid of any charachter. The hotel operate a part time concierge service which given it's location is a very poor service indeed. Overalll this is a very poor example of a Hilton Hotel where the service levels are similar.

Stayed at the Conrad 10/14-10/16/11. Could not have been happier with my stay. Room was perfect, clean, and just the right size. Great location that's not too close to all the noise of a typical downtown of a city like Chicago. Walked everywhere. Awesome lobby, bar, restaurant area. Just a really cool cozy hotel.

We had a great stay at the conrad but the extra $ for the city view was a total waste. Maybe it was just because we got put on the 6th flr,but I would not recomend spending your money on it.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Close to great shopping and walking distance to Navy Pier.

The hotel is centered in the business district and was convienent to the conference we attended. Courteous staff and room cleanliness was perfect.

I found the hotel through tripadvisor where it's rated as #4 hotel by guests. The location can't be beat if you want to be in the tourist part of town. It was an easy walk to Millennium Park and the river boat tour. The Chicago Architecture Foundation river tour is not to be missed. We did the 5:30 tour and it got dark at the end and we saw all the […] lights come up -- the docent was really really good. More on the hotel: The Terrace rooftop bar was really on the same floor (5th) as the lobby, so it wasn't that appealing as it was wet and cold. The hotel restaurant was completely empty. You do have to take the elevator from the street to the 5th floor lobby. And then another elevator to the rooms, but that was no problem. We were on the 11th floor with no real view. But, the room was spacious, the beds were comfy, best linens. The tv is hooked up to a Bose sound system. I appreciated the free wifi. I peeked into the workout room and it was larger and nicer than your typical hotel gym. Our room was surprisingly quiet, just occasional people going down the hall. Stayed at Conrad Chicago for one night while traveling for business. Very comfortable bed although the air conditioning did not seem to work run consistently throughout the night. The room temperature kept getting warm despite making adjustments to the a/c. Other than a few, perhaps nit-picky items, I was very pleased with my stay. Was told of a pool that is accessible for hotel staff at a nearby "sister" hotel, however, the access card that was given by the front desk did not work at the pool. Breakfast, as with most hotels is overpriced, i would recommend grabbing a bite to eat at the Cosi for a quick and affordable breakfast, located across the street from the hotel. Mehr

Excellent hotel. Fab location, right on the magnificient mile. Stayed there with my husband and 4 and a half year old child, and must say it was so quiet even though we were in the heart of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel very clean. The only really small negative I would say is that we had a room with 2 double beds, but the beds were […] tiny, and its only the king room that has a bath, otherwise would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Came from out of town for a Cubbie's game. From the day we arrived until the day of check out, everyone was friendly & helpful. The room was spacious and clean, great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back for a visit.

Our stay was great. I looked and looked for something to complain about, and the only thing I could come up with was the fact the room did not have a coffee maker..other than that, this hotel did not disappoint. We had booked at Hotels.com, and got a good rate, and I asked about any upgrades upon check in and we found ourselves on the 10th floor in […] a junior executive room overlooking Michigan Ave. You can walk everywhere from here, shopping is the closest thing, and lots of restaurants are very close by. We arrived early (9am) and were pleasantly surprised that we could check in early!! The Conrad Staff is always ready to assist and guide you to great attractions, food and shopping. We always look forward to our stay here.

I spent two nights at the Conrad Chicago on 8/20-21/11. I would call it a boutique hotel because it is smallish in terms of rooms. It is elegant and new and connected to Michigan Ave. through a shopping mall. It is 3 blocks from the Grand & State red el line. The service was very good. My second stay here. Better than ever with great staff, Terrace Restaurant for food and ambiance, large comfortable rooms with nice amenities.

Quality, service, location superb! Recommend highly! One of my favorites!

Great hotel - check out the roof top deck for drinks - food sizes however is a bit small.

I know to some it's a small thing but I hate when hotels have weak water pressure. The shower in my our room was AWESOME; especially after walking all over the city. The towels were the largest and softest I've ever had at a hotel. It was a great experience overall. My only disappointment was that the gym was kind of desolate. The doors to the gym were […] solid wood and it was located on a regular floor where there wasn't a lot of foot traffic. I like to work out very early but did not feel completely safe doing so in this gym. Other than that, it was a clean, wonderful hotel near train and bus and walking distance from some stuff.
