I was very happy with the hotel, Room was clean and had all you need for overnight stay, the position of the hotel was good, the service was good, and the breakfast had a good choice. Staff very friendly and made my stay nice.

Good location next to the station, clean and surprisingly quiet. Firm bed - so good sleep. All together, great value for money.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. My room was nice in general. Bathroom pod was very nice - especially the power shower which was great. Air conditioning/heating uni worked well. I could hear announcements from the train station early in the morning, but a pair of earplugs sorted that out no problem, My only gripe is that the bed wasn't […] well made, and the mattress wasn't a spring one - but some sort of foam. Had a good nights sleep nevertheless. Had dinner at the hotel - the vegetarian stew in a Yorkshire pudding was excellent - would recommend having it! Mehr

A very good place to stay if you are new to the place and looking for a budget hotel. It is situated next to the railway station that is an adv.

Limited car parking available and for late arrivals the only option is a public car park at additional cost. The room allocated was already in use and not serviced and it took a little time to sort this out despite having pre booked. Food options are limited although the food is tasty and fresh.

For a lower market hotel the rooms were basic but adequate for an overnight stay. I have to say the bathroom pods are a great idea and were extremely clean. I asked for additional pillows and my request was quickly accommodated.

For the money good hotel in a very central location. Excellent double glazing meant that I could not hear any station noise.

Very basic hotel, low bathroom toilet hygiene, smell coming back up drain, non smoking rooms smelled of tobacco. Soaps had to be asked for. No hand towels. Kettle half full of water from previous guests. Air condition was switched off centrally. Rooms very hot. Couldn't sleep all night as windows were left open to cool and very noisy traffic.

I booked this hotel 1st time .. I enjoyed my stay there.. staff was kind and polite.. room was cosy and clean,, and the bed was comfortable.. and it had all what a hotel needs to have in the room,, I mean tea/coffee,tv,hairdryer,Ac... I would reccomend this hotel to anyone..Im going to book again on my next visit to leicester.. thank you Ibis

Hotel staff were very hard working and helpful. The station was quite near and I could hear annoucements for what seemed most of the night. Clean hotel, perfect for the nature of my stay in Leicester.

parking at a premium-if no spaces left have to go all the way around one way system to get to long stay car park stale cigarette smoke smell in room shower not working properly-had very short stay (1 night) so not worth making a fuss about wedding party staying at hotel and a couple of people decided to have an almighty row in corridor at about 4am […] (rather loud until someone shouted for them to shut up!) The hotel was very good and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very good and extremely polite. The breakfast was very good. Parking was free which I found very helpful. The only comment I can make which is slighly negative is that although the room was non smoking, it smelled of smoke so obviously, someone had disregard for the room and had smoked in […] it. This is very selfish and incinsiderate for non-smokers whouse the room after them. Mehr

I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 nights & it was lovely. Very cheap so didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean & recently updated rooms - bed a little uncomfortable but overall very nice.

Got a twin room with disabled wetroom style bathroom which I didn't like. Asked for a Double Room. No bedside tables.

For the price I paid I was 100% satisfied clean room privacy was good. Not very noisy considering location nice staff good environment would recomend this hotel if ur looking to budget best 2* if stayed in so far

good location for food and bars, used as a break in driving and was happy and would use again..

This is ok for a place to sleep but I wouldn't book it for a long term thing, there is a weird smell in the bathroom which is probably a sewage problem but other than that you get what you pay for.

Great hotel. Reception staff very helpful. They gave us extra tea bags and milk when we asked, and an extra pillow for me was found straight away. I hired a hairdryer (£10 deposit which was returned to me on checkout). Toilet and shower lovely and clean, and fresh towels given daily. The hotel itself is clean and modern. However I booked the hotel on the basis it had parking. It does have parking, but the car park is small and well over subscribed. I was unable to park at the hotel, and had to park in a NCP carpark. When I booked the hotel the web site said nothing about limited parking, so be warned!!

hotel tres bien situé,proche centre ville et proche de la gare j'ai bénéficié d'une bonne promotion donc rien à dire sur le rapport qualité/ prix par contre hotel bruyant si votre chambre donne sur la route personnel accueillant

Dette hotellet er billig og bra. Hyggelig betjening, grei beliggenhet og ok rom. Eneste er at sengene er litt harde. Ellers er alt godkjent. Kan trygt anbefales.
