"Great hotel"
Excellent location, great friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. The beds are getting close to being up graded as the one we had was starting to sag on the sides and was hard. Staff are very helpful with directions/recomendations for the area. Have two restaurants within walking distance. The one next door (Carlos O'Kellys) states it delivers to the […] hotel. Stayed for 3 nights during the National Farm Toy Show. No complaints at all!. Easy to find, conveniently located. The continental breakfast is great! Eggs, waffles, ham, sausage & biscuits, plus the usual juice, donuts, & cereal. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and stay open until midnight for adults. Everything was as good as expected. We had Box elder bugs in our room, but I imagine that was the season and they were quickly done away with and sent down the toilet.

This hotel had a great location, near shopping and dining yet easy to navigate to. The kids loved the pool. The Noon check-out time really helped with our schedule.

Clean & comfortable room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast, although had to wait 5-10 minutes for hot items & juice to be "restocked". Would stay there again.

Everything is more than satisfactory at this hotel. The breakfast is excellant and extremely clean. The coffe is great!!!I really enjoy the cookies in the evening.

For comfort and cleanliness, none surpassed in this area. We only stayed two nights but were very inpressed. Quiet, comfortable, and a great breakfast in the morning.
Breakfast did not have eggs or meats and the feather down pillows are uncomfortable a regular pillow would have been better. Other than that everything else was great.

"What ! Where! How!"
Everything ok as long as you ask for what you need. Where is breakfast. Where is the fitness club. Oh I need a key to get in? OH! How do i get up stairs. What Where How. Beside that everything was fine. If you don't ask the front desk they don't seem to tell you what is going on.

Andrea at the Front Desk was accomodating and helpful. y sweetheart was "Guest of the day " so they upgraded him to a suite and the room was scacious and exceptionally clean. I asked that a cookie be in the room or his arrival with a note "JUST ONE!" and it was waiting there as promised.
