Hotel Indigo Toronto Airport - Toronto

Wir waren nur kurz auf Stopover in YYZ und wollten sowohl Freunde, Niagara als auch Downtown besuchen. Dafür war die Lage und das gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Das Hotel hat ordentliche Zimmer, wobei etwas mehr Sauberkeit wünschenswert wäre. Die Zimmer sind jedoch in gutem Zustand. Nötig wäre eine Renovierung der öffentlichen Bereiche, Lift […] (1 von 2 defekt) und Lobby.Spannend sind die landenden Flugzeuge direkt (!) über dem Hotel, die Zimmer sind aber gut gegen Lärm gedämmt. Ein Auto ist Pflicht, da fussläufig nichts zu erreichen ist. Toll fanden wir den Innenpool, Sauna und Dampfbad, hilft gegen den Jetlag. Mehr

This was a nice hotel, but some things that were advertised were either missing or well-hidden. We couldn't find the room safe, the fridge was missing (apparently they were all being repaired) and the hair dryer was nowhere to be found. The hotel itself seemed nice enough, but we were disappointed with the missing items.

Very comfortable and roomy. No soap in the bathroom but I think that was a simple housekeeping oversight. I would have called for some but I flew in close to midnight and left at 6am. The soap being the only issue, I was pleased with my stay.

The hotel staff was excellent! The room and hotel in general is gorgeous! I would recommend to anyone. There should DEFINATELY be more locations. The only problem I had was that the rooms heating system wasn't working so I froze when I got out of bed and the shower had traces of hair. But minor details compared to everything else. Very nice room, excellent decor, great service. I am not into strip clubs but if you are there are a couple within walking distance. Free shuttle to the airport, 5 minute drive. Exactly what I needed. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller wanting to stay near the airport.

We arrived later than midnight but the shuttle only took a few minutes to arrive. The concierge was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Although we could have used a snack, and there was a canteen there, we opted out of their selection. The buffet breakfast the next morning although more than adequate, was one too many buffets, so we ordered from the […] menu and we were more than satisfied. Shuttle service back to our connecting flight was excellent. You need to read their conditions however, which state 2 hours notice are required to book it. This might not be necessary, since they bend over backwards to please you. I would stay here again: I could watch the incoming AC flights and not hear a peep - my kind of airport hotel!! Mehr

Nice hotel, the only think we were upset about, was that we had to leave the hotel to get food for our kids. The food in the hotel is geared more for adults. other than that we were quite satisfied.

I ate dinner in the restraunt. There were gnats swarming all over the place and they served an overpriced, bland, raw steak sandwhich.

We stayed for one night and it was great, only comment was the hotel shuttle, had to call 3 times however front desk staff was very apologetic and offered compensation for our inconvenience.

I stayed here the night before a flight back to the west coast the rooms were excellent and service was great I arrived late 1am and had no problem checking in

The hotel was wonderful. Aside from the loud airplanes, it was excellent.

I needed an airport near the hotel because I was getting in late at night. I wanted something clean and nice. The Indigo was just that. The surrounding area was a little trashy with strip clubs and such...but that is common near airports. Overall, I would stay here again.

Booked the hotel online with hotels.com. Room was to have a refrigerator and a breakfast included. THERE WAS NO REFRIGERATOR AND MY INCLUDED BREAKFAST WAS A $10 CREDIT. WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

This hotel was a very nice hotel, close to the airport and the room we had we could see out the window and watch airplanes come into the toronto airport. It is a little bit of a ways to downtown though, but that is expected. rooms and lobby were very clean and well maintained. the only thing that sucked was the charge for parking

The hotel has very nice, the room had a great appearance. The WiFi connection had good and stable connectivity. If I have the chance to go to Toronto again, I’ll definitely stay at the Indigo. It is extremely close to the airport, and the shuttle was on-time both pick up and drop off.

The only issue I had with the hotel is the location. It is RIGHT next to the airport and some "adult" entertainment areas. Some roadways were closed, so we had to drive around a couple times to get on the highway (if hotel staff gave us a heads up, it would be great). Also, you had to pay for parking, but it seem like there were plenty of spaces, one […] would think they give out passes to hotel customers (but not so). Hotel itself was really clean. Everything seems new or barely used (which was excellent). The service was good (asked for extra pillows, and house keeping brought it up within 10 mins of arrival). Overall, a good experience. If you are going to or coming from the airport, this will be a good hotel to stay at; since they have shuttles for you. Suggestion to the hotel: when occupancy seems a bit low, so you might want to reconsider on having guests paying for parking. Mehr

This is a comfortable hotel which inside feels like a high-end holiday inn. The staff is terrific and can't do enough to please. The location of the hotel stinks. Its on the end of the runway so the airport noise is considerable. The building neighboring the hotel are strip clubs - 4 or 5 of them actually.

Hotel Indigo is an awesome hotel chain. I love their design concept and the rooms are also comfortable. I also like the wooden floors, as it seems things are cleaner. So many hotel carpets seems to be hiding so much from previous guest. They have comfortable beds and nice amenities. They serve Starbucks at a charge in their restaurants but do not have […] it available in the rooms for the guests for no charge. Found this to be kind of hypocritical. The Westin in Ottawa had Starbucks for our in room brewer. The internet was FREE which was a plus but parking was $10 a night. The cons...room attendant carts were left in the hallway, as were a crib and refrigerator outside our room. The hotel is all non-smoking, but guests are allowed to smoke on the rooftops which trail into the hotel and into our room. YUCK! I picked the hotel for that reason and did get our room changed after it happened one too many times. Have to say it was lazy, smoking hotel guests since it was great weather and they have tables and chairs outside the entry. Air in hallways was so frigid...so inefficient energy wise. Pool and Hot Tub are small and in a room without windows. Did like the hot and wet steam rooms. I would say this Hotel Indigo location is better suited for the business crowd and not for families. It is about 20- 30 minutes from downtown Toronto and traffic is really bad in Toronto. I will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again, just not in Toronto. Mehr

Se voce estiver de carro é uma boa opção, mas está distante do centro de Toronto e o trajeto é demorado em horário de pico. Por outro lado se seu objetivo é estar perto do aeroporto, então opte por ele. A internet e o estacionamento são bons e gratuitos. Estive hospedada em setembro de 2011.

De retour de nos vacances en République Dominicaine, nous avons fait une escale d'une nuit à Toronto avant de reprendre l'avion le dimanche 7 août pour Montréal. L'hôtel Indigo que nous avons trouvé sur Internet a été une excellente surprise avec un un accueil très chaleureux. La gentillesse et le service du personnel du restaurant ont été appréciés […] après une demie journée de voyage. Par ailleurs, le service de navette fut efficace tant à notre arrivée (10 minutes d'attente à l'aéroport après notre coup de téléphone) qu'au départ le lendemain matin très tôt. Une belle expérience avec un cadre moderne et chaleureux et un tarif tout à fait abordable. Nous le conseillons aux personnes qui souhaitent passer une ou plusieurs nuits Cordialement Odile et Christian Mehr
