My wife went to the front desk to alert them that someone had left their lights on in the parking lot. The clerk seemed disinterested and simply told her, "Yeah, I seen it" Holiday Inn should collect license plates numbers so they can contact certain people in the hotel if there are issues with their cars. The room was spacious, king-sized bed non-smoking. Bathroom was clean and the room appeared to be relatively new. Liked the thermostat air conditioning/heat controls. Bed was comfortable with enough pillows and blamkets. Flat-screen TV with numerous channels completed the package. If in Milwaukee, will stay again.

This is a very nice and clean Holiday Inn. Nothing fancy but bed was comfortable and blueberry pancakes were suprisingly good in the restaurant.

We spent two nights at the hotel. It was very comfortable and the employees we had contact with were very nice. We had breakfast in the restaurant the second morning and it was very good.

Our stay was good, not stellar but good. Only real complaint was when the fire alarm went off, no one from front desk was outside to explain what procedure was or what was going on. When we did ask after the " so called" all clear was given, front desk people were less than cordiall about it and were acting like it was a great inconvenience to them. […] I think they need to review there hand books and spend some time with " Mrs. Manners" on dealing with public and customers....... other than that it was a very good place to stay. We did not spend a lot of time at the Hotel - as we were at Germanfest in Milwaukee. We appreciated being able to have a full breakfast, of our choice, every morning. The staff in the restaurant were very accomodating. I used the restaurant as a meeting place for a cousin and we were able to visit even after the restaurant closed.

The staff was very helpful even though they were terribly busy. The king suite we had was great and we were able to get a rollaway bed for our son. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The only thing that turned us off a bit was the funky smell in the lobby- not sure what it was.

Hotel was quiet, clean and in excellent condition. Can't really find a fault to complain about!!

Our phone didn't work so went in my sister inlaws room to call front desk because our room smelled of smoke and we were on a non smoking floor. The front desk said yeah we know and hung up on me. the breakfast was horrible. Very small portions. Asked for extra sauce brought some on a small cup cold. Had to go find them in the kitchen to get refills […] on soda. Mehr

excellant place to stay and could leave our car at hotel while they shuttled us to airport. They also picked us up at airport and when our car wouldnt start becauce of the extreme cold conditions they helped jump our car to get it started. Much appreciated.

The people at the front desk were unprofessional. The clerk was checking me in using another person's information (with my credit card and all). The non-smoking room smelled like smoke (really strong) that we had to change rooms. The bedspread was stained with someone's dried blood. I complained to the manager, but she didn't even come up to the counter […] to talk to me. Mehr

I stayed with my husband and young child at the Holiday Inn Hotel Milwaukee Airport the weekend of May 22 and were pleased with the hotel. We had a King leasure suite and the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We were happy to have a small refrigerator in the room. Despite quite a bit of activity at the hotel, the room was quiet. The pool […] was bigger than some other hotels in this category. We were attending events in downtown Milwaukee and the hotel was only a 10 minute drive from downtown. The only problem we had was the surrounding road construction at the hotel. There were road closers that effected our ability to get on and off I94 when coming and going from the hotel- we were thankful we had a GPS system in our car or we would have been very lost. Mehr

The bed pillows and blankets were very comfortable it felt like I was sleeping in my own bed

The room was wonderful. The restaurant food needs inprovement. Had a horrible breakfast and was expensive. However, I would recommend this hotel.

A room is a room is a room, but the hotel staff really went above and beyond to provide an unparalleled level of service.

Good hotel but if you are planning on leaving your car there and taking off for a trip from the near-by airport, plan on being charged $25 per week. Not free parking like some of the other hotels in the area.
